Hello! My name is Lindsey am a Certified Postpartum Doula located in Huntington Beach CA. I am also a Lactation Educator and Infant Nanny. I am married and a mother of two teenage boys . We are so grateful to have had Lindsey as our night nanny during the first six weeks postpartum. Bringing home a newborn can feel overwhelming, but Lindsey gave us such a sense of calm and confidence from the very beginning. She was incredibly trustworthy, dependable, and knowledgeable, which made it so much easier for us to rest knowing our baby was in such capable hands overnight. One of the things we appreciated most was her support with breastfeeding. Lindsey was patient, encouraging, and full of practical advice that helped make the process far less stressful during those early weeks. Her guidance and reassurance were invaluable, especially during the middle-of-the-night feedings when emotions and exhaustion can run high. Beyond her expertise, Lindsey was warm, kind, and truly cared about both our baby and our wellbeing as new parents. She made such a positive impact on our postpartum experience, and we honestly can’t imagine those first weeks without her support. We would wholeheartedly recommend Lindsey to any family looking for an exceptional doula or night nanny.

Hello There! My name is Aly Gonzalez and I identify as she/her. I'm a mother to a sweet four year old boy named Luke and married a former Marine for almost 7 years! My Journey in Newborn care started way before I had my son, began back in 2018. I was introduced to an amazing family who needed the extra help overnight and I took up the opportunity as I knew I was more than cable of helping out the family in this new season. The family really opened up my eyes to an amazing opportunity of being able to help families with new babies. I was fascinated and took a leap of faith to start my own business as a New Born Care Specialist. I got certified and never looked back. Had my baby boy three years later and dove back into my business, as an ever better NCS because I now had a better and deeper understanding what it was like to come from the hospital with a new baby. I fell in love deeper with my job and got certified as a Postpartum Doula, furthering my education in the postpartum world. I'm now a newborn care specialist, postpartum doula, and a breastfeeding specialist. I'm Constantly continuing my education in newborn and postpartum care. I've worked with singles, multiples, and babies with special needs. I offer personalized care for every single one of my families depending on their wants and unique needs. I'm here to help support you emotionally, physically, offer lactation support, education, resources and empowerment. I truly love my job and being part of my clients postpartum journey, please don't hesitate to reach out!

Alejandra was an absolute godsend during my postpartum journey. Her calm, nurturing presence made those overwhelming early weeks feel manageable and even beautiful. She supported my daughter, helped with the baby duties, and reminded me to care for myself — all with kindness and expertise. I truly don’t know how I would’ve done it without her. My daughter’s sleep schedule now is amazing and I know it was from her doula support. Highly, highly recommend!

Supporting families through birth and postpartum has been woven into my life from the very beginning! As a Labor & Delivery nurse, I have the privilege of witnessing strength, vulnerability, and the incredible transformation that happens when a baby is born — and I never take that honor lightly. Long before nursing, I learned what wholehearted caregiving looks like from my mom, an incredible doula whose heart for families shaped my own. Watching her show up with patience, tenderness, and unwavering support inspired the way I care for others — with warmth, intention, and genuine joy. Beyond the hospital setting, I bring extensive nanny and night nanny experience, along with serving as Director of a postpartum retreat in Philadelphia, where I supported families during their earliest, most tender weeks. That experience gave me a deeply intimate understanding of postpartum recovery and what families truly need — reassurance, education, calm energy, and someone who feels like part of their village. I am highly communicative, organized, and intentional, while also easygoing and adaptable to each family’s rhythm. I love teaching parents about newborn care and the postpartum process, empowering them to feel confident and supported every step of the way. I take pride in leaving homes more peaceful and cared for than I found them. Having recently relocated to California, I am so excited to build roots within the birth community here and to walk alongside families during one of the most meaningful seasons of their lives.

Rachel Meakins is a doula, lactation counselor, childbirth educator, newborn care specialist, and maternal health advocate based in Los Angeles. Through her practice, Zenbari, she supports women and families through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, and the transition into modern motherhood with a calm, highly personalized approach. With a background spanning pre-med studies, psychology, public relations, maternal health coaching, and perinatal education, Rachel brings both emotional depth and practical systems-thinking into her work. She is known for helping families feel informed, steady, and genuinely supported — not only during birth, but throughout the massive physical, relational, and identity shifts that come with becoming a parent. Her care combines evidence-based education with intuitive, real-life support. Clients often work with Rachel for guidance around birth preparation, feeding, newborn care, postpartum recovery, household dynamics, partner communication, and creating sustainable systems that allow mothers to feel more resourced and less overwhelmed during the early months. In addition to her private client work, Rachel works in maternal health education and community advocacy, serves as a Fair Play facilitator, and is a health coach focused on the vaginal microbiome and women’s health across fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum. Her philosophy is that mothers deserve thoughtful, coordinated care that considers the full picture — not just the baby, but the woman, her relationships, her recovery, her nervous system, and the life she is returning to afterward.

Birth is not a personality trait. It's practice, clarity, and support. I'm a second-generation birthworker and Full Spectrum Doula with nine years of experience. I walk with families from conception through postpartum, and my practice is rooted in trauma-informed care, Black and Brown resilience, and care for all bodies and identities — including size inclusivity and LGBTQ+ affirming support. I specialize in helping parents navigate unmedicated births, VBACs, cesarean recovery, and parents over 35. As a Childbirth Educator, Community Lactation Educator, and Maternal Health Consultant, I meet you where you are with high-touch, personalized care. As a yogi, I weave mindfulness, breath-work, and movement into care, helping families find balance and resilience in real time. Whether you're preparing for birth, navigating postpartum, or a partner trying to make sense of it all, you're welcome here. Let's nurture this journey together.

We are beyond grateful to have had Andrea by our side. She prepared me so well for birth and has continued to support us postpartum with her knowledge, experience, and thoughtful guidance. During labor, she was an incredible source of calm and strength. She empowered us to make our own informed decisions, always making sure we understood our options. She worked seamlessly with the doctors and nurses while also advocating for our wishes. She seemed to know exactly what I needed, even before I did, and communicated with the medical team when I couldn’t. Andrea made us feel safe, supported, and truly cared for throughout our journey. We couldn’t have asked for a better doula, and we will always be grateful for everything she did for our family.
