šø About Me: Hi, my name is Esther, and I am a certified postpartum doula and nursing student based in Utah. Supporting women through motherhood is not just my work it is my passion and purpose. As the oldest of nine children, caring for others has always been a natural part of who I am. From a young age, I learned patience, responsibility, and the deep importance of nurturing. Today, I bring that same heart into my work with mothers and families. I am fully certified, insured, and CPR/BLS trained. As a nursing student and future midwife, I bring both professional medical understanding and emotional care into every home I serve. My goal is to ensure that every mother feels safe, supported, respected, and never alone during her postpartum journey. Womenās health is my lifelong calling. I am honored to walk beside mothers during one of the most powerful and vulnerable seasons of their lives.
Esther is friendly, kind, and knowledgeable. Sheās very helpful and eager to to please. Just let her know how she can help and sheās there. I had my baby in the thick of school so that proved a little tricky schedule-wise at times, but when I had her she gave in her all. I appreciated her help with my other littles. God knows they needed extra love and attention after the baby came.

Iām a doula dedicated to compassionately guiding women and their birth companions through an incredible journey of strength, resilience, and empowerment. We are created to birth our babies into this world. That process is more than just an event- it is a transformation. As a doula, I carry this philosophy at the core of my approach. I believe in the innate strength within every woman, and my role is to guide and empower you, alongside the rest of your birth team, on your unique journey. Furthermore, I firmly believe that as we face our fears and discomfort, we have the potential to emerge stronger and more resilient. Birth, with all its uncertainties and challenges, provides a crucial opportunity for personal growth. This strength carries with us through the rest of our lives and empowers us in our role as a mother. I recognize the invaluable role that partners, grandmothers, sisters and others play. My doula support extends beyond the individual, creating a collaborative and inclusive environment that fosters a sense of unity and support. I hold a deep belief in the sacred nature of birth. My faith in God informs every aspect of my doula practice, guiding me to approach birth with reverence and gratitude. I would be honored to guide you on your journey.

Being involved in birth work has been a dream of mine for as long as I can remember! I graduated from Utah Valley University with a degree in Social work where I found joy in listening, and empowering people. Soon after graduating I gave birth to my first daughter and it reignited my passion for birth and desire to want all mamas to have a positive experience during childbirth. I completed my doula training with songbird maternity learning skills to support mothers such as breathing exercises, optimal positions for labor and pushing, massage and more. I am excited to help you learn more about the beauty of childbirth and feel empowered and amazed at what your mind, body, and baby can do when they all work together!
Hiring Charlee as my doula was one of the best decisions I've made and made such a positive impact on the birth and recovery of this baby. I wish I had used her for other births. If I was having more children I'd use her again. It was so helpful to have someone to message when I thought I was in early labor and it gave me more confidence heading into the mental work that comes with labor. Even though I went to the hospital in the middle of the night, she came as soon as possible. I also so appreciated her playing with our 6 kids in our hospital room after baby was born. That meant the world. She far exceeded any expectations I had. She treated us more like family or friends than a stranger. She also was involved postpartum, coming over to help with anything I wanted help with and even provided a meal, snacks, and baby gift. Can't say enough that she exceeded any expectations we had.

I became passionate about birth the moment I found out I was pregnant for the first time. Deciding to go through natural child birth was something I always knew I wanted to do and having a doula by my side, as part of my birth team, was something enhanced my birth experienced and allowed me to feel taken care of. It inspired me to want to do for other mothers. I am honored, and blessed to be a part of the births I have been thus far and hope to be able to attend to plenty more.

Passion for helping others has been ingrained in me for as long as I can recall. Creating a secure space where individuals can embrace vulnerability and find unwavering support is a facet of my character that brings me immense pride. No one should feel alone; it has always been my inclination to extend beyond expectations, offering a comforting presence to loved ones and patients navigating moments of solitude and unease during transitions in hospitals. To me, being your Doula is not just providing you counter pressure and support. Itās about creating that positive birth space for you, where you can completely surrender and lay trust into your surroundings! Where you can be fully present with yourself and your baby as they transition from being a part of you on the inside and into one of their own in your arms on the outside. This is your story that I, as your doula, am honored to be a part of. You are in control of your birth space and who is in it! For each of my birth clients, I craft personally written affirmation cards and offer assistance in materializing your dream birth space. Post-birth, as the fourth trimester unfolds, I step into a role of unique support. This chapter, where families acquaint themselves with quirks and routines, is as distinctive as each individual. As a postpartum doula, I provide physical and mental supportāwhether itās lactation guidance, rest, household chores, meal prepping, or engaging in profound conversations about life. In moments of exhaustion and when things seem askew, always remember: You are enough! Beyond my doula work, I engage with clients through informative calls, providing education on a spectrum of topics ranging from childbirth and parenting to Montessori principles. When Iām not immersed in these enlightening conversations, my off-hours are a dynamic blend of creativity and rejuvenation. To stay grounded and invigorated, I venture outdoors, whether itās through the exhilarating experience of cold plunging or the serenity of a hike in nature.
Madison was crucial in my positive postpartum experience. As our postpartum doula, she helped me, a first time mom, navigate the new realm of caring for my exhausted body while learning about and caring for my newborn. I couldnāt imagine anyone else in my little bubble with me. She had so much expertise and really had a way with my baby. She encouraged confidence in me and allowed for much needed rest whenever I needed it. I canāt recommend her enough. Iād hire her over and over again.

Hello! My name is Haley, and I am a certified full-spectrum birthworker. I am passionate about supporting all birthing bodies and holding space for lifeās big moments. I love being a steady presence and firm advocate for people throughout their pregnancy, labor, and postpartum experiences. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I also focus on providing inclusive care for people of all sexes, gender identities, relationship models, races, and beliefs. Ā I have always had an interest in the birth world, but for the first 20 years of my life, I was dedicated to pursuing my love for dance. I moved to Salt Lake City from Akron, Ohio in 2018 to get my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Ballet from the University of Utah. While I was studying for my degree, I started reading everything I could find about becoming a birthworker. My interest turned into an obsession and after dancing professionally for a year post-grad, I felt ready to take a break from dance and pursue birth work full time!Ā Ā As your birth support, I lean on my intuition and learned skills to guide me. Entering your space with a regulated nervous system allows me to tap into that intuition and support you to the best of my abilities. I believe that birth is one of the most transformative life experiences and I love helping people prepare for it! Ā As your postpartum support, I meet you where you are and embrace the unknown with you. The postpartum journey looks different for everyone, and each day comes with new challenges and joys. I feel honored every time I am able to support a new family and watch them thrive during this vulnerable, beautiful time.Ā Ā When Iām not geeking out about placentas and newborn reflexes, you can find me camping in the Uintas, doing yoga in my living room, hiking, snowboarding, dancing, singing bad karaoke at local dive bars, and spending time with my husband and our two cats.

Iām Whitney, a mother, doula, and the big sister who shows up with steady hands, a soft voice, and deep belief in you. My work is gentle and intentionalāholding space, offering guidance, and helping your birth vision unfold with clarity and confidence. Iām here to massage tired feet, melt tension with counter pressure, and bring comfort from my Mary Poppins bag of tools. I support you and your partner as you move through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with intuition, trust, and the reminder that you donāt have to walk this path alone. Birth is sacred. Support should feel like sisterhood.
Working with Whitney as our doula was one of the greatest decisions we made for our birth. She was absolutely incredible! From the very beginning, she jumped into action and had an amazing ability to read the room and know exactly what was needed all while maintaining a calm presence. One of our biggest hopes in hiring a doula was for my husband to feed confident and supported during labor, and Whitney exceeded every expectation. During our pre-labor visits, she walked us through our birth plan, answered all of our questions, and taught us strategies and techniques for pain management. Throughout the weeks leading up to birth, she stayed in close contact, checking in over text and offering reassurance whenever we needed it. When I was induced, Whitney was the first one at the hospital. My labor involved more interventions than I had hoped for, and she helped me understand each one, talk through my options, and know what questions to ask the midwives. Through every contraction, she was right there providing counter pressure and steady emotional support. Even though my birth took unexpected turns and didnāt follow my original plan, Whitney helped make it a magical, empowering and truly beautiful experience. I would recommend her to absolutely any and everyone. Whitney is a gift, and we are so grateful she was a part of our story.

First of all Iād like to thank Brooke for taking us on such short notice, we had a plan and our little baby girl had a different one coming 3 weeks earlier than expected ! Our original Dula was not available but quickly recommended Brooke and I am very happy she did. Right away Brooke was there for my wife when she needed it most, she provided my wife with a safe and comfortable environment. This being our first pregnancy we had no idea what to expect at the hospital or how this process would work. Brooke was quick to comfort her and teach her new techniques to ease the pain as well as answer any questions I had. She worked dynamically with the L&D team at our hospital and made my wifeās delivery even more smooth. Brooke was able to give my wife the confidence and positive energy she needed to have a healthy birth. Thank you!

I have been teaching somatics for over 12 years throughout my local Salt Lake City community. I acquired my BFA in Modern Dance and Education from the University of Utah in 2009 and shortly after gained my yoga teacher training in Hatha and Prenatal Yoga. I am a certified DONA Birth and Postpartum Doula, an ICEA accredited childbirth educator, parenting group coordinator, mental health advocate and community organizer. All of the diverse education and training, as well as years of experience, provided me the space to confidently educate the community of expectant parents during their reproductive years, while simultaneously providing unbiased evidence based care. I believe that guiding people to fine tune their own personal intuition and strength allows them to live a happier, well balanced and meaningful life.

Hi I'm Natalie! I am a postpartum doula located in Salt Lake County, Utah. I have 9 years experience as a nanny including newborns, multiples, and special medical and mental needs. I believe that your postpartum experience should be enjoyed. Bringing a new baby home is a beautiful and life changing experience, but it can also feel overwhelming and exhausting. As a postpartum doula, my role is to nurture and support your entire family during this tender transition. I provide gentle guidance, emotional reassurance, and practical help so you can focus on healing, bonding with your baby, and finding your rhythm as a parent. Whether itās offering newborn care tips, preparing nourishing meals, or simply being a calm, encouraging presence, I am here to make your postpartum journey smoother, more joyful, and filled with confidence.
Natalie is known as the child whisperer in our house. She started helping our family when our second child was three months old, guiding my husband and me as we adjusted to life with two kids. As our postpartum doula, she was an incredible support ā especially since we were both working and our baby had trouble sleeping. Our first child had been an easy sleeper, so we had no idea what to do with a restless baby! Natalie was the only one who could calmly guide our baby to sleep, and she had such a natural way of connecting with our toddler. She also taught us new approaches to parenting that made our home more peaceful and our routines more manageable. Iāll be forever grateful for the time she spent with our family ā even now, our toddler still asks when Natalie can come over to play. You should also know that Natalie takes initiative in the most thoughtful ways. She made our lives so much easier ā preparing meals for the kids when I had forgotten to plan ahead (which was most days!) and quietly helping with little chores around the house without being asked. Sheās truly amazing.

Hello, My name is Johanna and I am a certified postpartum doula and gentle sleep coach based in Daybreak, Utah! I love supporting families in their postpartum journey. I am happy to help wherever it is needed: caring for the birthing parent or the newborn, helping with older siblings, cooking, and overall helping you navigate life with a new baby! Moreover, I offer holistic sleep support that is tailored to your family. I don't work with any separation-based sleep training methods such as Ferber and CIO. Instead, we look for gentle and realistic ways to improve your baby's sleep. In addition to my trainings, I hold a master's degree in Psychology and am CPR/first aid certified. In my free time, I love to travel, read, do pilates, and do the crossword. I mainly serve clients in and around SLC but am open to travel assignments!
Johanna was our babysitter for our son Peter from 10 months until 2,5 y.o. And our daughter Clara from the first week to 5 months. Johanna is an amazing care taker, she is very knowledgeable and experience across all ages. She is very kind and loving with the kids, and can create a strong bound with them very quickly. She also know how to be strict and make sure that rules are being followed. We would also ask her for advice for sleep training as well as more little things like how to get our son be improve his skills with his balance bike. She always came up with great input and feedback. We all loved her dearly, she became a family member to us, and we hope you can now enjoy her service as much as we did.

My name is Jillian Cain and I am so excited to begin my journey as a postpartum doula. I hope to be able to support families in the Salt Lake City area, including as far east as Park City, Heber, Midway. I believe that postpartum care is just as much about caring for the mother as it is caring for the child. If the mother feels confident and supported, they are able to be more present and relaxed while supporting their new family member. Whether this is your first or third child, I believe a postpartum doula can help change the first 12 weeks after you give birth.

Jorie is a birth + postpartum doula and loves every moment of it. Sheās certified through Birth Boot Camp and has also trained as a VBAC doula to support clients having a vaginal birth after cesarean. Hello, Iām Lauren- a mother to two daughters and a holistic labor + traditional postpartum doula with an education focused on the Ayurvedic philosophy. I view pregnancy, birth, and the process of becoming a mother as not only a physical event; but a spiritual experience as well. In your most sacred spaces, I act as a gentle guide +space holder in pregnancy, labor, postpartum and beyond. Supporting mothers/families during their greatest transitions, and weaving in ritual+cereomy as a means to support and honor these initiations and grand transitions is a passion of mine. It is through my own difficult experiences with child birth and the Matrescence time, that I feel deeply called to give other mothers/families what I did not receive. It takes a village to raise a mother. None of us were meant to do this alone, nor should we have to!
As a midwife, Iāve had the privilege of working alongside many doulas, and Lauren stands out as truly exceptional. She brings a calm, grounded presence to every birth, with an intuitive sense of what is needed in each moment. Her gentle, steady voice and unwavering support help birthing people feel safe, seen, and empoweredāno matter the setting. Her deep knowledge and experience make her an invaluable part of any birth team. She collaborates seamlessly with care providers and brings stamina, grace, and compassion to every stage of the journey. Her postpartum care is equally thoughtful, with a strong focus on holistic maternal healing, both physical and emotional. I recommend her without hesitation. Sheās a rare and steady force in this work.
