Greetings! My name is Destinee, and I am a credential birth and postpartum doula with a decade of experience supporting families through one of the most profound journeys of their life' pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum transition. I am deeply passionate about empowering birthing individuals and their families by providing physical, emotional, and informational support throughout pregnancy, labor, and beyond. My role is to help you create a birth vision, offer comfort techniques, facilitate communication with healthcare providers, and ensure that your preferences and needs are honored every step of the way. Whether you're preparing for a hospital, home, or birth center delivery, my focus is on helping you navigate this experience with confidence, reassurance, and warmth. Beyond birth support, I also specialize in postpartum care, assisting with overnight newborn care, infant feeding guidance, emotional support, and light household tasks to ease your transition into parenthood. My goal is to provide compassionate care, helping you establish balance and confidence as you embrace this new stage of life. I accept Aetna Better Health, Anthem Blue Cross, Health Net Medi-Cal, and Kaiser insurance, and offer various payment options, including FSA, HSA, payment plans, and gift tokens from loved ones. Morgan Gray

Hi there! My name is Morgan and I am a birth and postpartum doula in Sacramento, CA. I am currently working towards my Maternal Support Practitioner certification through Bebo Mia. I’ve always been fascinated by birth, but after experiencing an unplanned cesarean with my first son, then achieving a VBAC with my second son, my fascination transformed into a passion. Everyone’s birth is different and unpredictable. My dream, in the chaos and beauty of birth, is to make sure all birthers feel safe, supported, and nurtured, both during labor and in the postpartum period. Being there to support one of the most transformational and emotional moments of life is truly such an honor. As I’m working towards my certification and need a specific amount of hours/births attended in order to reach that goal, I’m more than happy to work with sliding scale. Currently, I am unable to accept insurance but hope to in the future! When I’m not absorbing everything I can about pregnancy, birth, and beyond, you can usually find me trying to sneak in a few chapters of a romantasy novel, playing monster trucks with my boys, or laughing with loved ones.

Morgan has been absolutely amazing for our family. As a postpartum mom, one of my biggest fears was returning to work and leaving my son, Cruz, in someone else’s care. Having Morgan has eased that transition more than I can express. She is loving, attentive, and genuinely caring. I have full confidence in her — she truly understands babies and what they need. Her knowledge, instincts, and calm presence give me complete peace of mind every day. Cruz absolutely adores her, and it’s clear she cares for him as if he were her own. Morgan is always on time (often even early), dependable, and consistently shows up with a positive attitude and a smile. Beyond caring for Cruz, she thoughtfully helps with tasks around the house, which has been such a blessing during this season of life. Postpartum can be a difficult and emotional time, especially adjusting to life as a mom of two. Morgan has supported me through this transition more than she probably realizes. We are so grateful to have her, and any family would be incredibly lucky to work with her.

My name is Amber Bardini, and I am the proud owner of Blooming Families Doula Services, LLC - a full spectrum doula agency, serving our wonderful clients throughout the greater Sacramento area and beyond. As a wife, mom of three, and certified full spectrum doula, my mission is to ensure that every parent and parent-to-be feels empowered, nurtured, and fully supported as they navigate this beautiful transition. My journey into the world of doula work began with a passion to make a positive impact on the birth and postpartum experiences of new families. Becoming a parent was one of the most challenging transitions of my life, and I remember how lost and alone I often felt as a new mom. I knew there needed to be a profound change in how we treat new parents and parents-to-be. I am truly dedicated to supporting new families—so they never have to feel the way I did. I founded Blooming Families Doula Services to extend compassionate, professional support to families in every stage of their journey. My goal is to ensure that every family receives the dedicated care they need to thrive and to help them build a strong, supportive village around them. I believe that every birth and every journey is unique, and every person and new parent is different. What works for one person, may not work for another. We are here to support you according to your specific needs. I am committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and supportive space for everyone, especially within the LGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities. Everyone is valued, respected, and embraced for who they are. Thank you for considering having us as part of your journey. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you and support you every step of the way.

Bailey was my doula through Blooming Families! She was wonderful throughout my pregnancy and birth. I was happily surprised that her services were covered by my insurance. Bailey helped me know what to expect for birth and helped me made educated decisions in regard to my birth plan. She attended my birth (despite it begins 3.5 weeks early). Throughout my birth she helped advocate for my wishes and encouraged my husband in ways he could best support me! She also checked in with me postpartum. I am so grateful for her support and recommend her services, especially for first time moms!

How we care for you: * Overnight newborn care: Rest easy knowing your baby is in experienced, loving hands while you get the restorative sleep you need. * Daytime postpartum support: Nourishing meals, light household care, newborn education, emotional support, and space for you to rest and recover. * Lactation and feeding support: Compassionate, judgment-free guidance from experienced providers and IBCLCs. * Postpartum bodywork and recovery: Belly binding, gentle movement, breathwork, and somatic support to help you reconnect with your body. * Infant sleep support: Gentle, developmentally appropriate guidance as your family finds its rhythm. Whether you’re welcoming your first baby, growing your family, recovering from a cesarean, navigating a NICU transition, or simply longing for a little more rest, we meet you exactly where you are. Honestly, 10/10 doesn't even cut it for Soft Landing Postpartum and our amazing doulas, Emma and Cindy. Bringing home a newborn is a lot, but they made the whole transition feel so smooth and manageable. They both have this incredible depth of knowledge and exceptional professionalism, but they deliver it with so much genuine warmth. Whether we had questions about sleep, feeding, or just general newborn stuff, they always had the best advice. Most importantly, the way they loved and cared for our little girl was just beautiful. They felt like a natural extension of our family almost instantly, and we honestly can’t picture our daughter’s life without them in it. We were lucky enough to use them through our Carrot benefits, and the whole process was incredibly easy. If you’re a medical resident with Carrot benefits, do yourself a favor and book them right away. Surviving residency while trying to navigate life with a newborn is no joke, and having Emma and Cindy there to support us meant we actually got to sleep, recover, and feel human. It made a world of difference in helping us show up for our shifts and be present for our baby. We seriously can't recommend them enough!

Hi! I’m Tunisha (Nisha), a passionate certified birth/postpartum doula, mother of three amazing kids. My own experiences with pregnancy and birth taught me just how transformative this time is, and my philosophy is simple: every parent deserves to feel empowered, respected, and safe, no matter how their birth unfolds. Before becoming a professional doula, I was the go-to person for my friends and family, providing hands-on support, encouragement, and care during their pregnancies and early postpartum days. I believe in 'mothering the mother'—offering calm, non-judgmental, and practical support to help you navigate this incredible journey. I would be honored to hold space for you and help you welcome your baby with confidence.

Tunisha became my doula when I was 7 months pregnant. Throughout my journey, we had zoom meetings and communicated daily. Tunisha always checked in on me and shared informative resources for my pregnancy. Fast forward to the actual day of giving birth. Tunisha came to the hospital with such positive energy and calmness. She guided me through every contraction by reminding me to focus on my breathing and by pressing on my hips and back (this got me through the pain). During the time of pushing, she spoke out with encouragement and I held on to her voice. She made me believe in my body and what my body was capable of doing. She was my advocate and my rock. Tunisha asked me if I wanted to labor and push in all the different types of positions; I did and I finally found a comfortable position. I gave birth unmedicated and this was an amazing experience. I always felt safe and secure with Tunisha by my side. I am forever grateful for the support of Tunisha.
