Hi. My name is Erica, I am 35 and a mother of four. I became certified as a holistic doula in June 2024. I was lucky to have a doula for the birth of my first son and knew this was my calling. I advocate for all mothers decisions either natural births or medicated, and push for nurses and doctors to follow birthing plans to the best of their ability. I myself had three natural births and one c-section. I assist with any needs from pain management to help with breastfeeding. I am here to be the voice for mothers and babies during pregnancy, labor and delivery, and postpartum.

We fear labor and birth because it is unknown. Im here to educate, empower and support you throughout your pregnancy and labour using evidence based techniques and indigenous wisdom. If Doulas were a pill, every pregnant person would get one. Numerous Studies across the globe prove that that people who received continuous support were more likely to have spontaneous vaginal births and less likely to have any pain medication, epidurals, negative feelings about childbirth, vacuum or forceps-assisted births, and Cesareans. For this reason, doulas in the USA are in high demand because of their ability to lower the cost of birth by tens of thousands of dollars. In addition, doula assisted pregnant people's labors were shorter by about 40 minutes.

Dayle came in last minute when our original doula could not make it, and she was an absolute blessing! She had everything my wife needed and asked for in her doula bag, ready to go, at her service. She has warmth, a sense of play, and is skilled in breath work and other techniques that helped my wife through her natural birth (no drugs!). highly recommend.

Hi, I'm Lindsey! I'm newer to the doula community working towards certification. I made the transition to doula care from being a nurse. I practiced in reproductive health, family medicine, and pediatric care. I have spent the last few years absorbing everything I can get my hands on related to birth and go about my day listening to my favorite podcasts- all of them about birth maybe a few conspiracy shows too. I take a fairly natural approach to my life and my personal health but I understand that that is not an easy or sustainable choice for everyone. I completed my doula training with DONA International, as well as child birth and lactation education. I seize every opportunity I have to attend classes to further my education in all health related fields. In the summer I spend my free time kayaking or gardening and in the colder months I hand stitch quilts! I look forward to getting to know you, your family, and understanding your values surrounding your pregnancy and birth so that I can be a strong asset and advocate for you- I want your birth experience to be everything you may hope, pray, and dream of!

Mostly overnight postpartum doula who also offers first trimester, virtual and lactation care. My philosophy is that we are there to support mom and baby while allowing them the space to grow to independence; my goal is to leave a family with all questions answered and support in a way that promotes confidence when I am gone. I homeschool, have 3 children (one who I am currently nursing,) have experienced formula and breastmilk feedings, as well as hospital and home birth. I believe my biggest asset is my well-rounded, real-life experience that is still relevant today.
