Hi! My name is Kayleigh, I’m looking for families who could benefit from affordable overnight newborn care. I’m a mom to a one year old boy, Emerson and he’s the light of my life. Ever since I was a young girl, I’ve always had very strong motherly instincts. As the eldest daughter of 7 siblings, caring for little ones has always been second nature to me. I’m currently working toward becoming a Certified Postpartum Doula, specializing in overnight newborn care. While completing my certification I would love to support you and your family and I would love for you to be apart of my journey along the way! Whether you're welcoming your first, second, or third baby, every postpartum journey is different, and no one should have to navigate it alone. I will provide compassionate, reliable overnight care so parents can rest, recover and wake up knowing their little one has been cared for with love and attention. I come to your home during the night as an extra set of hands so you can rest, recharge, and enjoy greater peace of mind. Whether you're looking for ongoing overnight support, or simply a few hours of uninterrupted sleep. CPR, First Aid, AED certified, in the process of completing DONA certification. I'm excited to continue growing my knowledge and gain hands on experience while supporting families during such a special season of life. I'm available to provide a few hours of support or on-going care, 2-3 nights a week. Families must be within 20 miles of Albany, NY. Thank you for considering me as part of your family's journey. Your support means so much as I work toward becoming a Certified Postpartum Doula. I can't wait to help families feel more rested, supported, and confident during those precious newborn days.

Having NiNi as your doula is the best thing you could possibly do for yourself and I mean that! She was there every step of the way, which I know wasn't easy because my anxiety was soooo high and I must have texted her at least 100 times throughout my pregnancy haha! She ALWAYS took the time to calm my worries and reassure me about whatever I was stressing about. But she didn't just calm me she prepared me for it all. I began this pregnancy scared because it was so unexpected and I didn't feel ready to deal with everything that comes with a pregnancy. it's soooo overwhelming because there are so many things you have to be aware of. Well I learned all about everything with NiNi. She introduced me to so many things. I never took herbs before, never did yoga or meditation. and now I do it regularly. My birth experience was so amazing!! I was positive I would be getting the epidural as soon as entering the birthing center- but NiNi and I worked those curbs and did our breathing techniques and she had my husband helping with the hip squeezes....by the time we got to the hospital I only had to push for 20 minutes or so and my baby boy made his appearance!! I have no words for how proud of myself I was! I just couldn't believe it. She really helped me see that I CAN and DID do that without drugs!! I plan to refer her to anyone I know who is pregnant because this lady is a blessing. Thank you again and whoever is reading this- hire her immediately. She goes out of her way to take care of you and treats you like a Goddess and that alone was worth the money. My husband now has to step his game up haha! But all jokes aside- I didn't even know what a doula was before this pregnancy and now I will never give birth without one again- if I do it again.

I am a trained birth and postpartum doula and lactation educator (CAPPA) providing care in the New York capital region from Albany to Glens Falls. As a Registered Dietitian I enjoy utilizing my nutrition background to help clients navigate the demanding physical and emotional demands of pregnancy and postpartum. I offer comprehensive birth and postpartum support, including overnight care to prioritize rest for new parents. I also incorporate my knowledge of perinatal nutrition to facilitate a nourishing pregnancy and postpartum recovery. My philosophy around birth and nutrition stem from the same principle; that our bodies and intuition are stronger than we often realize. I embrace an intuitive eating approach which relies on tuning inward and building trust with the body. These same skills can be employed when preparing for birth. I believe that you are the expert of your own body, and I am here to be a trusted source of evidence-based information and emotional support as you navigate pregnancy, birth, and parenthood.

Hiring Meghan and her doula partner, Lawren, was one of the best decisions I made for my first pregnancy & birth. They offered consistent guidance and reassurance, regularly reviewing pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum details, and addressing my numerous questions and anxieties. Meghan's background as a dietician also proved invaluable to me, particularly during pregnancy when I had alot of nutrition-related concerns. She ensured I felt informed and prepared for every situation through the knowledge shared during our meetings, & her calm & peaceful nature always left me feeling less stressed about my pregnancy & upcoming labor. Meghan was a constant presence during my very long & difficult labor. She helped me manage contractions, offered words of encouragement, guided me through various birthing positions, and made sure I ate & had water with electrolytes to stay hydrated. Throughout the entire process, she maintained her calm composure and demonstrated an understanding of my needs, even when I was uncertain. I truly don't know what I would have done without her during labor! The guidance, support, & care she provided was instrumental in my having a successful vaginal delivery!

I am a birth and postpartum doula, and breastfeeding consultant with a deep passion for supporting women and families through the transformative journey of birth and early parenthood. One of my greatest influences as a birth worker has been Ina May Gaskin, whose teachings have deeply shaped the way I view birth and the care I strive to provide. I am inspired by her trust in the wisdom of the female body, her reverence for the natural process of birth, and her belief in the incredible strength of women. I strive to embody these values in my own work, approaching each birth with patience, compassion, and deep respect for the person giving birth. I believe birth is so much more than a medical event. It is a deeply personal, powerful, and life-changing experience that deserves to be honored. My hope is to help every woman feel safe, heard, respected, and empowered as she moves through pregnancy, labor, and birth. I strive to create a calm, nurturing space where families can trust themselves, feel confident in their choices, and welcome their babies in a way that feels right for them. My care extends beyond the birth room. Through postpartum support and breastfeeding consulting, I offer guidance, reassurance, and practical care during the tender transition into parenthood. I believe the weeks and months after birth deserve just as much attention, nourishment, and support as pregnancy and labor. It is my hope that every family I work with feels cared for as they find their rhythm, build confidence, and grow into their new roles. For me, being a doula means holding space for the strength, vulnerability, and beauty of this season of life. It means offering a steady, compassionate presence, honoring each family's unique journey, and reminding women of the wisdom and capability they carry within themselves. It is an honor to walk alongside families during one of life's most meaningful transitions. My greatest hope is that the families I support feel nurtured, empowered, and deeply connected to their own experience of birth and early parenthood.

Hannah is an excellent doula. She provided us with help postpartum advising on our breastfeeding journey. She was able to quickly gather all the information to understand our specific situation and formulate a practical plan that was aligned with our comfort and goals. Her energy is exactly the kind you want around to help prepare for labor, assist during and to help with post-partum care. Warm, down to earth and motivated to help. You can tell she really loves doing this work. I felt immediately comfortable with her during our initial consultation and during her time working with us. Thanks Hannah!

Lawren Masters

I live in Rensselaer, NY with my fiancé, son and two cats. In my free time I love to cook, workout, and read. My philosophy is that every parent deserves to be met with unconditional support throughout their reproductive journey. It is my hope to always be able to offer my clients a way to be satisfied with their birth experience, no matter the circumstances. I have a special interest in the relationship between the mind, body, and baby during the process of birth and I often view the nervous system as a tool to tap into this system. I hope to pursue this interest and deepen my knowledge in the near future by completing a pre and post natal fitness coach certification.

As the husband, I had the privilege of witnessing Lawren's incredible support throughout our pregnancy, labor, and postpartum journey. My wife gave birth, and Lawren played an invaluable role in making the experience smooth and memorable for both of us. She excelled in communication, helping us craft a tailored birth plan and guiding me, a first-time dad, to be a supportive birthing partner. Lawren's expertise and her ability to work seamlessly with hospital staff made the labor experience much smoother and calmer. Her post-birth care and guidance during the postpartum period were invaluable. We can't thank Lawren enough for her unwavering support and recommend her wholeheartedly to anyone seeking an exceptional doula. She made our transition to parenthood a positive and memorable one.

Sarah was absolutely amazing with sleep training our baby. She made the entire process feel so much easier and less overwhelming. She was incredibly patient, supportive, knowledgeable, and always available to guide us through every step. Within such a short time, we saw such a huge difference, and our baby is now sleeping beautifully through the night. It has truly been life-changing for our whole family. I’m so grateful to Sarah and would highly recommend her to any parent looking for help with their baby’s sleep!

We started working with Sara when our daughter was just about a year old. Our daughter had been exclusively breastfed for the entire year, and fed to sleep every night which led to co sleeping for the year. I was super anxious started sleep training, not wanting it to be traumatic for me or our daughter. We ended up choosing the Peep to Sleep Signature Support package, providing us with 4 weeks of support. Sara guided us every step of the way, supporting us via text and call, providing encouragement and adjustments when needed. She wrote out a detailed sleep plan that when started, got our daughter sleeping through the night in just 2 nights. We truly couldn’t not believe how effective it was. I wouldn’t have gotten through it without Sara and we cannot recommend her enough. If you are questioning if it’s the right choose, we definitely would say it is!
