Although my role adjusted when becoming a mother, a fire was ignited through my birth experience, and I started researching how I could make a difference. After my daughter’s redeeming home birth in 2022, I knew that becoming a doula was a tangible way I could impact mothers and the next generation for the better. By providing emotional support, evidence-based information and physical support, I strive to make the family’s life changing, transitional time a smoother one. I am trained through DONA as a birth doula and Lifespan doulas for postpartum work. Besides classroom experience, I also have nannied for several families over the past few years.
