Lisa was so wonderful to work with! I am a FTM and came into the process pretty clueless. Lisa was very communicative, caring, and a very important person to have with me during my pregnancy/ labor. She made me feel so important and listened to my wants and needs. I really appreciated her sitting down with my husband and me to explain all the different choices I was able to have during labor. Her prenatal yoga class was also the perfect addition to the whole experience. If a second is in our future, I’d 1000% have her as my doula again!

With my services I provide 3 prenatal visits, day of delivery and a postpartum family follow up. I give mom a nesting party to prepare for the baby. Mom receives a gift bag with my No Cramps tea to drink after birth to help with the bleeding and cramping. I also bengkung bind mom the day after delivery to help with posture and prevent diastasis recti.

Tiffany was my doula for my second pregnancy. She attended a few prenatals and was available via phone and text for any concerns I had. When I went past my due date she came over to exercise with me. She hosted a nesting party and provided herbs for pregnancy and postpartum support. During the birth she used her skills and knowledge to assist me through labor. She was a source of great support and affirmations throughout labor. She goes above and beyond for her clients and I am so lucky to have had her as my doula!
