My name is Dana and I’m an RN-BSN, IBCLC. My passion for breastfeeding education began as I was in nursing school and working at a local birthing center in 2015. I continued my nursing career in the Neonatal ICU and it was there that I recognized how much more support and education mothers and babies truly need. I have two beautiful children whom I love with all of my heart and have collectively breastfed for 5+ years. After a successful 15 year career in nonprofit fundraising and international higher education, I found my life’s purpose in supporting growing families during one of the most life changing event, childbirth. My doula journey started in 2017 and I quickly integrated my years of yoga practice into my doula services by completing my 200-hour and prenatal yoga teacher training in 2018 and my traditional Thai massage training in 2019.
