My name is Taylor (27) and my husband and I are expecting our first baby in September! We are new to Pueblo and moved just this last week from California due to a job change. Ben will be joining the men’s basketball staff at CSUP! So far, pregnancy has been very kind to me and we are excited to do a natural birth in a hospital setting - likely in the Colorado Springs area. Our budget for doula services is $2000. Would want lactation services and birthing education as well as at least one postpartum checkup. Our faith is very important to us and something we are really desiring is a doula who will come alongside us with a lense of Christian spirituality and lots of prayer!

A certificate and English/Spanish preferred. New parent. Kaiser Permanente.

I wish to have a home birth, this will be my second home birth. My first birth went well. After I hemorrhaged, and had to be transferred to the hospital.

On tricare so I may have to give birth in a hospital but would prefer as much as a home birth experience as possible. Will be paying out of pocket because tri are doesn’t cover doulas for active duty.

Planning to give birth in a hospital, tricare should completely cover costs for a doula, no birth plan established yet, at least 5 years of doula experience is preferred, my wife's age is 22 and she is a type 1 diabetic meaning it is a high-risk pregnancy. Requirements from Tricare for doulas: A current certification from one of the following: BirthWorks International, Childbirth and Postpartum Professional Association (CAPPA), Doulas of North America (DONA) International, International Childbirth Education Association (ICEA), ToLABOR, or National Black Doulas Association (NBDA). Participation in a qualified, statewide Medicaid program may be recognized in lieu of one of these national certifications. Hello, I am 35 and this is our first baby and we’re looking for a doula and lactation consultant to help us along the way. We plan to give birth at the hospital, no set birth plan but know I so want epidurals, am interested in the controlled pushing with slow delivery and delayed cord cutting. Certfications and years of experience needed. Sleep training a plus as well. Not sure on budget as this is all new to us.

My birth plan is to try without interventions as long as I can but if need be that’s totally fine. I’m not against any interventions.

Looking for a birth doula for hospital birth at Poudre Valley Hospital in Fort Collins, Colorado mid-august due date. My insurance (Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield) appears to have required coverage of doula services, but none listed in network in fort collins, so I don't want to have to pay out of pocket, I want a doula covered by insurance as an in network provider. Insurance is Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield in Colorado.

I’m looking specifically for support during birth. This is my second birth and the first was very traumatic specifically with the epidural. I’m now very fearful of getting another epidural and would like to try go the non-medicated route this time but I know that I will need extra support to accomplish this goal. I have Anthem bcbs through my husband’s employment with the city of Colorado Springs, if you have any experience with that it would be helpful as paying out of pocket would be hard financially for my family.
