Hello, I’m a new Wisconsinite but I’ve always been passionate about mommas and babies. I was called the “baby whisperer” many times when I babysat or worked in the nursery at my local church. I find joy in serving families, building friendships, and learning more and more how special it is bringing a new little into this world. I am not a mother yet, but I’ve had the privilege to serve some already and it gives me a great sense of accomplishment and builds my desire for myself and my husband to build our family. I eagerly look forward to meeting families and being allowed the privilege to support them in this beautiful, sacred birth of life.

Welcome! My name is Abigail, and I am an (AWWS) certified birth doula and the heart and hands behind Providence Doula Services, LLC. Though the official launch of Providence Doula Services is fairly recent, my love for birth work and babies is not! With each birth I witness and every mamma I have the privilege of serving, my awe and passion for God's incredible design deepens. I grew up in Wisconsin and am proud to serve families all across Sheboygan County and beyond. Moving to Wisconsin November 1, 2025. Izabel (she/her) is a birth doula trained through DONA International and a postpartum doula trained through CAPPA. She is in the final stages of completing her formal certifications for both. Izabel made her way into birth work in 2021 due to a strong desire to be with families at a monumental time and in 2024 added her transcutaneous electrical nerve stimulation (TENS) certifications to better support birthing parents who want more options around pain management. Supporting you and your family through something as special as birth makes her heart sing. She looks forward to supporting your family’s journey through pregnancy and throughout the postpartum period of time. In her free time she loves to hike and go white water kayaking and is an avid reader. Izabel expresses her creativity through crocheting, painting, and metalwork, and she loves cooking for others and sharing a love of food with those in her community.

Hi, I'm Stephanie! I'm a Milwaukee based Birth & Postpartum Doula with over 10 years of experience supporting new and growing families. My focus is providing support and education so that the choices you make are the right ones for you. I support births in hospital, birth centers, or at home! I'm very familiar with the hospitals in Milwaukee County and surrounding areas. I have experience with medicated and unmedicated vaginal birth, cesareans, VBAC/TOLAC, twins, IVF, loss, and surrogacy. In addition to Doula services, I am a trauma informed provider and certified lactation consultant. I am currently finishing my training to become a Childbirth Educator and IBCLC!

My husband and I faced the challenges of infertility for six years before conceiving our oldest daughter through IVF and our youngest daughter naturally. Each of my pregnancies and births was different from what I had imagined. I entered motherhood with a sense of naivety and quickly encountered postpartum depression and anxiety. I struggled during my early motherhood journey because I did not realize how important it was to feel grounded in order to be the best version of myself as a mom. With Grounded Mama Doula Services, my goal is to uplift mothers and be a part of their support system. I’m a Christian wife, mother, and RN who discovered a passion for birth work after having my own babies. I have been a birth doula since 2022 and a Certified Professional Midwife (CPM) since 2025. My midwifery practice is focused on faith and trust in the design of a woman’s and baby’s bodies to navigate the birth process. I work with my clients so that they can make informed decisions and consent. I consider myself a minimalist and love allowing the process unfold undisturbed unless absolutely necessary. As a birth doula, I have the most experience in attending unmedicated labors and do love to work with women who have this goal. However, I do still attend medicated births, planned or unplanned. I help my clients experience true informed consent so that they are empowered in their birth choices. In the labor room, I amplify their voice.
