Hi, I'm Olivia. Originally from London and now proudly based in Phoenix, Arizona, I'm a certified postpartum and infant care doula with a passion for helping families feel supported, confident, and cared for during one of life's biggest transitions. As a mother of three boys, I understand that no two babies—and no two families—are ever the same. My goal is to provide calm, compassionate, evidence-informed support tailored to your unique needs, whether that means helping you settle into life with your newborn, offering practical guidance, or simply being a reassuring presence during those early weeks. Before becoming a doula, I spent many years working as a television producer, coordinating complex projects, solving problems under pressure, and supporting people through fast-paced, ever-changing situations. Those skills, combined with my personal experience as a mother, have given me a calm, organized approach and an ability to anticipate the needs of the families I work with. I am certified in Postpartum & Infant Care through ProDoula, CPR certified, and currently expanding my education in lactation support by training to be a Certified Lactation Counsellor. I believe every family deserves to feel heard, respected, and empowered, and I strive to create a non-judgmental space where parents can ask questions, build confidence, and enjoy getting to know their new baby. It would be an honor to be part of your family's journey, and I look forward to supporting you with kindness, encouragement, and practical care every step of the way.

I truly don’t have enough words to describe how impactful it was having Christina as our doula. From the moment we connected, I felt a sense of calm and reassurance that I didn’t even realize I needed. Pregnancy can feel overwhelming, especially navigating all the information, decisions, and emotions—but Christina made everything feel manageable and grounded. She took the time to educate us without ever being pushy, supported our choices fully, and made sure we felt confident every step of the way. During labor, her presence was everything—she advocated for me, kept me centered, and created such a peaceful, empowering environment. I felt in control of my experience, which is something I will always cherish. Postpartum is where she truly went above and beyond. The overnight support changed my entire recovery. Being able to rest while knowing my baby was in safe, loving hands was priceless. She helped with feeds, kept things clean and organized, and even made sure I was eating and taking care of myself too. It never felt transactional—she genuinely cares. As a Black woman, having someone who understands the nuances of our care and shows up with both compassion and knowledge made all the difference. I felt seen, protected, and deeply supported. If you’re considering hiring a doula—this is your confirmation. Christina is the kind of support every family deserves.

As first time parents planning a home birth, we knew having a doula would be important navigating all things pregnancy, labor, birth, and postpartum. From our first time meeting Rebecca through a zoom call, we could feel her genuine love and dedication she has for birth work. After a very long, hard labor I birthed our daughter into the world in our bedroom. I truly could not have had the home birth I envisioned without Rebecca by my side the entire time. If you are looking for a doula with many years experience, who knows when to observe, and when to make suggestions during labor- Rebecca is your gal! She'll be your biggest cheerleader and a steady force when you it most. We couldn't be happier to have Rebecca as part of our care team, and made all the difference in our birthing story.

Hello! My name is Kaylee and I am a birth doula located in Phoenix, Arizona. I approach pregnancy and birth from a holistic space, believing that these experiences involve your WHOLE self: mind, body, and spirit. I believe birth is less about “powering through” and more about how you work with your body and your emotions. I offer evidence-based care and believe that being educated gives you the best opportunity to make informed decisions for yourself and your baby. I genuinely care about each of my clients and their hopes for their birth. Support is everything in birth. When you have a good team behind you, you’re able to focus on the real work: turning inwards, keeping a regulated nervous system, and surrendering to the process that is birth. If you feel like we may be a good fit, please reach out for a complimentary consultation call! When I’m not supporting my clients, you can find me with my two littles and amazing husband, cooking up delicious meals, painting with acrylics, sewing to my heart’s content (hopefully with a pattern one day), writing satisfactory “to-do” lists, dreaming and planning for the future, and just about everything else!

As a partner, having Kaylee with us during labor was incredibly valuable. She not only supported my wife throughout labor, but she also supported me and helped me stay calm and involved during the entire process. There were moments when things felt overwhelming, and her presence, guidance, and encouragement made a huge difference for both of us. She helped us feel informed and supported while still respecting every decision we made during birth. We are very grateful for everything she did for our family.

I've known Logan 5 years now...and in this half decade, I've seen her grow in her daycare business, as a nanny, and now as a certified doula and post partum sleep specialist. Logan continues to perfect her abilities in all these areas, supporting families professionally and personally, all while still being a support and caregiver to the children in her own family. As a new mom, I've learned so much just in the information she's shared while going through her journey as a sleep specialist. I have used Logan's services and advice during the post partum period. Through this initial sleepless time, Logan successfully got my babygirl on a steady sleep schedule, gave soothing techniques, and helped me better manage my time during baby's sleeping and waking cycles. Ive gotten more rest and housework done around my little's schedule... and I have Logan to thank for all of this! I would recommend her to anyone in need of post partum sleep care ❤️

I truly can’t say enough good things about Shannon and the support she gave me as my birth and postpartum doula for both of my babies. She is the best support person and an even better advocate. She also made sure my births were the way I wanted them to be. She was even there for my 2nd birth when we were told 4 weeks early I would have to be induced that day. I’m so grateful I got to experience her support with both of my children. If you’re looking for someone who will make you feel heard, supported, cared for, and never alone during your birth and postpartum journey, I couldn’t recommend her enough. ❤️

I’m so grateful we had Paty as our doula. She gave me the tools and guidance to feel prepared for birth, and when the time came, she was right by my side through all of it. What meant the most to me was that Paty gave me space to make my own decisions. I had hoped for a natural birth, but when things didn’t go as planned, she supported me as I adjusted my plan. I never felt judged or alone. I’ve heard so many women describe birth as traumatic, and I truly think mine could have felt that way without her. Instead, I look back on my delivery and smile through tears. The lights were low, a playlist my husband and I had listened to throughout my pregnancy was playing, and between pushes we were talking and laughing. Paty helped create the calm that made those moments possible. I was able to remember my breathing and push the way I had practiced. I also didn’t tear, which had been one of my biggest fears. Her care didn’t end when our son was born. Paty has helped us through three overnights, and with no family nearby, that support has meant the world to us. If you’re considering a doula for your birth, I wholeheartedly recommend Paty. I’ll always be grateful for the part she played in bringing our son into the world.

We can’t recommend Family Foundations highly enough. From our very first conversation, Bryn was fantastic with communication and went out of her way to be accommodating to our family’s needs. Our care provider Stephanie was incredible. She’s open, knowledgeable, and has such a comforting presence that we felt completely at ease leaving our newborn in her care instantly. A+ experience from start to finish. If you’re looking for care you can trust with your baby, look no further.
