My name is Rebecca Gordon. I am the founder of Mindful Family Wellness, Certified Labor Doula, Postpartum Doula, Certified HypnoBirthing® Childbirth Educator, a North Carolina Licensed Nutritionist, Certified Nutrition Specialist, and Certified Placenta Arts Specialist.
