My Baby’s Doula was born in April 2023 out of a desire to help women empower their pregnancy by myself, Madelyn R. Ortiz. I am a Certified Full Spectrum Doula. As we grew, we focused on perfecting our solutions to provide not only quality doula care but to do it with impeccable work ethic and give women the appropriate support they need during pregnancy, labor, delivery and in the postpartum phase. After studying classical music in college, I decided that it made sense for me to pivot and focus on a career in childcare. Over the course of my career as a professional nanny and newborn care specialist, I’ve learned that I also love taking care of parents.
