I am a certified DONA Birth and Postpartum Doula, an ICEA accredited childbirth educator, parenting group coordinator, mental health advocate and community organizer. All of the diverse education and training, as well as years of experience, provided me the space to confidently educate the community of expectant parents during their reproductive years, while simultaneously providing unbiased evidence based care. I moved to Salt Lake City from Akron, Ohio in 2018 to get my Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Ballet from the University of Utah. While I was studying for my degree, I started reading everything I could find about becoming a birthworker. My interest turned into an obsession and after dancing professionally for a year post-grad, I felt ready to take a break from dance and pursue birth work full time!    As your birth support, I lean on my intuition and learned skills to guide me. Entering your space with a regulated nervous system allows me to tap into that intuition and support you to the best of my abilities.
