Hello! My name is Katie :) As a birth and postpartum doula, I am passionate about honouring the birth and postpartum experience; by helping families feel supported, informed and heard throughout the process. Having experienced three beautiful births at home, I have a deep respect for the physical, emotional and immensely personal journey of bringing a baby into the world. My personal experience has lead me here - pursuing a career in birth work that is rooted in compassion, respect and empowerment for ALL families regardless of structure, identity or birth preferences. When I’m not working with families, you’ll usually find me at home in Grimsby, Ontario with my partner, our three kids, and two dogs - embracing the beautiful chaos of family life. I love practicing yoga, kitchen dance parties and you can usually spot me in the stands as that overly enthusiastic mom cheering way too loudly at my kids’ sports games.

Hi I’m Aileen! I am a certified Baby-Led Sleep and Well-Being Specialist and a proud mama of two little ones: a 5 year old boy and a 2 year old girl. My goal is to help families with their baby or toddler’s sleep by providing guidance and resources needed to understand the root cause of any sleep issues and co-create a sleep plan that works for you, always keeping the attachment relationship between you and your child at the forefront. I never use any form of sleep training but will guide you through how to make parent-led changes while supporting your child’s emotions. I also am a firm advocate for promoting normalinfant sleep and providing you reassurance that you are doing an amazing job as a parent! Hello, my name is Grace. I am a caring, compassionate, and dependable person who is passionate about supporting mothers and families during pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. As a mother of three, I understand the physical and emotional changes that come with pregnancy and childbirth. My personal experience has taught me the importance of providing comfort, encouragement, and practical support to families. I am a good listener, patient, respectful, and committed to making every family feel safe, heard, and supported. I believe every mother deserves compassionate care and someone who will advocate for her needs throughout her journey. I am eager to continue learning, growing my skills, and working as part of a team to provide excellent doula care. My goal is to help parents feel confident, informed, and empowered as they welcome their new baby.

Hi there! I'm so happy you're here. I am a certified full spectrum doula in Toronto. I am so honoured to do this meaningful work in supporting families during pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum. I have assisted over 300 families, and love seeing you come into your power and confidence as a new family. It takes a village and I am happy to be part of yours. Hello my name is Trina and I am a Registered Nurse and have 21 years experience in postpartum nursing. In the last 4 years I have transitioned to helping families by supporting them at home. I also support international families who come to Canada to have there babies and will be here for a short period of time. I am a mother of 4 and a grandmother of 1 and look forward to working with you.

I am a birth worker since 2012, I have provided a variety of services in a variety of settings around the world. I am located in Toronto, Canada, but I am available to travel for minimum one month commitments. I have worked in Macau & Hong Kong, Manila, Nairobi, Vancouver, and Guadalajara, and have a global perspective on birth physiology and traditions. I provide trauma-informed, and culturally safe care, be it education, lactation support, birth and postpartum doula services, or midwifery care. I’m available as a midwife only where a license isn’t required. My approach is very collaborative—rather than “save” you from unsafe practitioners, I prefer to work with you comprehensively in the prenatal period to be sure you have the environment you need for a peaceful and satisfying (physiologic, if possible) birth. My years and depth of experience and knowledge sets me apart from most locally-focused doulas, so I tend to work well with expats and globe-trotters like myself. My happy place is home in Ontario in the near North, at the cottage that has been a part of my family’s experience for 100+ years. I love all animals but especially dogs, and I ADORE drinking coffee and discussing big ideas.

Hi I'm Wendy a birth and postpartum doula serving Toronto Ontario in Canada. If you are looking for compassionate, evidence based care and to feel like your family is embraced in a warm hug then reach out for more on my services.

Hi, I’m Emma, your local birth bestie and birth aficionado! I’m a DONA trained doula based out of Toronto, ON looking to support families throughout their birth journey. My goal is to provide amazing care to each client, tailored to their specific needs. Ever since I was young, I have been passionate about supporting families. Inspired by my childhood dreams of being a early childhood educator, an OBGYN and later a midwife, I have always felt a strong pull towards family care and birth work. In my community, I started by becoming the favourite neighborhood babysitter, then in University I became a loving part time nanny, then moved on to work as a manager of a children’s swim school for several years. Alongside my passion for birth support, I have a deep appreciation for art and creativity. I spent three years working at an art gallery and went on to get my Bachelor’s of Fine Arts degree in Painting. Even then, my dream of caring for families never left me, with my passions leading me to run impromptu prenatal education sessions during lunch breaks at work. In May of 2024 I made the exciting decision to take a step back from my art career and focus full time on becoming a doula. Now, I am dedicated to being the best “birth bestie” I can be for my clients by proving them with compassionate care, encouragement, and unwavering support every step of the way.

Hello! My name is Lauren, the hands on and heart led birth and postpartum doula in Durham Region. I'm also a big homebody who loves to read, craft my own tea blends, make natural skincare products and candles, and spend time in nature as much as possible. Becoming a doula felt like stepping into a path that was already laid out for me. I have always felt a fierce protection for other women, and connected easily and deeply with the women in my life. Combined with my interest in herbal healing and natural remedies, my previous work with and love for children and babies, my need to feed everyone I love home cooked, nourishing meals, and my interest in birth & the medical system, I realized that I already was a doula, I just needed to take the leap onto the path.   Early in 2025, I completed a 10 day doula training retreat in Costa Rica, which was a beautiful way to begin my new career. In the past couple of years I have been amazed by the women I work with, the births I have experienced by their sides, and the cocoon of postpartum. I love this work! I believe that birth and postpartum are some of the most transformational and impactful moments of a woman’s life, and they deserve to be positive experiences. Feeling cared for, understood, nourished, and supported are essential in the journey from Maiden, to Mother (and from mother of one, to two, to three…).  If you’re looking for a doula you want to feel cared for by, someone you feel comfortable texting “is this my mucous plug?,” and someone who knows how important the little details are and takes care of them so you don’t have to (like LED candles at your birth and a warm cup of tea postpartum), then hello! Now, Id love to get to know you.

Hi there! My journey as a birth and postpartum doula began with a simple yet powerful realization: too many families face parenthood weighed down by fear, doubt, and isolation. My work is about helping you build confidence, trust your instincts, and embrace the beautiful, imperfect journey of parenthood with peace and strength. From the very first flutter of possibility through the tender, tiring, beautiful early days of parenthood, my team and I aim to be the bridge that helps families feel supported, informed, and empowered. My approach to birth blends practical knowledge with heartfelt care—nurturing nutrition, mindset preparation, and gentle body movement—so every family feels ready, capable, and never alone. When I'm not serving as a doula, you'll find me nose-deep in a book, wandering through nature, or soaking up time with my own family—the very thing that inspired this work in the first place.

Hello! I’m Shelby — a certified Full Spectrum Doula with 4+ years of experience supporting families, with a primary focus on postpartum care. My journey into birthwork began during my own first pregnancy and postpartum experience, which led me to train with Birthing Advocacy Doula Trainings (BADT). I’m also CPR and First Aid certified. I provide compassionate, non-judgmental, hands-on postpartum support tailored to your family's unique needs so you can feel confident, informed, and truly cared for during this transformative season. It would be an honour to support you and your family on this new journey.

Hello, my name is Isabel, and I am a Certified Birth and Postpartum Doula based in Oakville. I support families in Oakville, Burlington, Hamilton, Brampton, Mississauga, and Toronto. I believe every family deserves to feel supported, informed, and confident throughout their journey into parenthood. My approach is compassionate, intuitive, and grounded in evidence-based care. I honor birth as a sacred and meaningful experience, and I aim to create a calm and supportive environment where parents feel safe, respected, and empowered to make choices that align with their values. My philosophy is to meet each family exactly where they are, offering non-judgmental support, clear information, and gentle guidance so you can navigate pregnancy, birth, and the early postpartum period with confidence.

I’m Amanda :) I’m a Newborn Care Specialist and Postpartum Doula with 20 years of experience as a caregiver supporting families and caring for children from the newborn stage through early childhood (and beyond). I bring a warm, calm, and intuitive approach to helping babies—and parents—feel cared for, supported, and loved. I loved completing my training to become a Postpartum Doula and Newborn Care Specialist, deepening my skills in newborn sleep, feeding, recovery support, multiples care and gentle nighttime routines. Families often describe me as a “baby whisperer” and “real-life Mary Poppins.” I have a background in teaching, psychology, and Master Life Coaching, with studies in child development, attachment, trauma-informed care, and emotional regulation—all of which guide my responsive, heart-centered approach. I’m Infant/Child/Adult CPR certified and experienced in supporting healthy sleep routines, emotional attunement, and nurturing environments. My care style is gentle, playful, and grounded in child-centred connection. Whether I’m feeding, burping & soothing a newborn, playing with a toddler (helping soothe tantrums or find ease & connection in transitions), or helping parents find more play or rest in parenting, I bring compassion and genuine love for the work I do & the families I get to care for. When I’m not with little ones, I also support parents and children as a Play-Based Healer and Family Coach, helping families navigate big emotions, communication, and connection. If you’re looking for calm, caring daytime infant/postpartum care or nighttime support for your baby (or babies!), I’d love to be part of your family’s journey. 💜 Supporting families in these early days & being part of your family's care team is truly an honour. I look forward to getting to know you & your little one(s)! :)
