I absolutely loved Mrs. Sabrina . She was very sweet, always available , helpful with resources and physical needs . This was my third pregnancy and I’ve never had a Doula . I heard great things about getting one so I did and as soon as I met Mrs.Sabrina It was a perfect match. I had to be induced for the first time and she helped me with a lot of exercises to get me dilated . I was blessed to not have to do the balloon because of these exercises and getting my body right . I was induced around 12 and had my babygirl by 5 am , thanks to our Doula . Of course the company and help of her coming afterwards also has been a plus . I highly recommend getting a Doula especially Mrs.Sabrina . Thank you so much for your services and kindness.

During a time that is blessing and exciting but also can be stressful and uncertain, Sabrina brought calm and a thoughtful presence into my pregnancy and postpartum experience. I felt immediately that If i was going to share this experience with anyone other than my loved ones it was going to be her! She added to peace and knowledge to a very personal time.

Postpartum care is essential for both mother and baby. It is important to make sure that your mental, emotional, and physical well-being are supported and balanced during this important season. Having an extended village is also incredibly valuable, which is why I chose to invest in a doula during this pregnancy. Mrs. Sabrina Cooper, @from_womb_to_mom, is truly a phenomenal doula. Mrs. Cooper supported me throughout my labor and delivery and served as my advocate during moments when I could not remember certain needs and details included in my birth plan. One of the greatest parts of my experience was the love, care, and support she provided during my postpartum journey. I booked her for two weeks, and during that time, I was able to get much-needed rest, eat nourishing meals, and learn helpful techniques for caring for my newborn. I miss her already! Doulas are needed, and I truly believe we should see more of them supporting families in our hospitals and homes. If you are currently pregnant and located in the Hampton Roads area, please book Mrs. Cooper now! The love, support, guidance, and care that you and your baby or babies will receive will truly make your experience unforgettable. Thank you so much, Mrs. Cooper, for everything you have done for me and my family. Your support has meant more than words can express. May GOD continue to bless you and the beautiful work you do. 🙏🏾🫂👶🏾 Mrs. Cooper captured the hospital picture of my newborn. I think she should go into photography. 🤗 Website: https://www.fromwombtomom.com/
