I provide emotional, informational, and physical support for every birth type whether that be in a hospital, birth center, or homebirth setting. I believe it's important each person find the right fit for them, so I provide a free meet & greet interview to all potential clients. Every mom deserves a doula, and every baby deserves a peaceful and happy welcome on their birthday.

Jayde is a true gem in the world of birth support, and her presence can truly make a difference in your birthing experience. I recently welcomed my baby girl unmedicated, in the quiet environment of my own home. I couldn’t have done this without the unwavering support of Jayde as my doula. Jayde is nothing short of phenomenal. Since the first day we met, she showed up prepared to listen, understand my needs, talk over my fears and doubts, and offered many resources to prepare for D-day and postpartum. During the birthing process, Jayde knew how to guide me to follow intuitively what my body needed, offered various options to ease and soothe the labor intensity. Her repeated affirmations and physical strength supported me in pushing through many physical and mental edges of labor. She also skillfully created a space that allowed my partner to actively participate while providing the physical cues and mental strength needed to navigate the process. Jayde is selfless; she is fully present and focused on supporting her clients. This, and more, makes her an outstanding, reliable doula to add to your team.

Hello, I’m Menita Aka Nita , a certified doula and the heart behind Royal Goddess Doula. With a background in childcare. I’ve spent the last year and half passionately supporting families through one of life’s most transformative experiences: bringing a new soul into the world. My journey into doula work was inspired by my two best friends and their journey to motherhood and support and scary situations they were in during labor and delivery . I realized that every family’s birthing journey is profoundly unique and deserves individualized emotional, physical, and informational support. I offer a variety of services tailored to your needs, including prenatal consultations, continuous labor support, and postpartum care. My approach is rooted in evidence-based practice and a deep respect for the natural process of childbirth. I aim to provide a nurturing, safe, and empowering environment for you and your family, helping you make informed choices that align with your personal birth plan. I’d be honored to be a part of your birthing team and support you in creating the birth experience you desire.

Menita is an incredible doula. She truly brings you comfort, confidence, charisma and makes you feel like the Goddess you are. Having her for your birth experience is incredible, she sets up an ambience of warmth, soothing music, dim lights and just the right amount of encouragement to bring the beautiful life into the world. Not only does she support you and guide you through prenatal care, labor and delivery, she also tenderly cares for you during postpartum. When you need that nurturing and empathy the most, she is right by your side. I Highly recommend to have Menita as your doula.

I am a mother of four and love helping new moms as well as experienced moms have a smooth and healing postpartum experience. I have experience with breastfeeding (having breastfed all four babies as well as exclusively pumped) as well as how to overcome nursing strikes and bottle preference. I can teach new moms infant care - breast or bottle feeding, diaper changing, swaddling, bathing, safe sleep, introducing solids, tummy time and onto toddler care and beyond. I enjoy cooking and preparing nourishing postpartum meals that include milk-boosting superfoods, food rich in minerals and vitamins that postpartum moms need as well as comforting foods that will help moms feel taken care of. During my postpartum experiences, I focused on nutrient dense soups, stews, broths and teas and can offer this service to my clients as well. Whether you want someone to stock your freezer before baby arrives or have someone drop off meals once or twice a week - this service can be a huge benefit for moms who need the extra support. My care taking philosophy is a combination of the traditional Chinese medicine approach to nourishing the postpartum mother with intentional food choices as well as a time-old tradition of mothering the mother so that she can fully focus on her baby and rest during those precious early days together. When I was a new mom, I read all the baby books from attachment parenting to sleep training to baby led weaning. And as my kids got older, I read all the parenting books as well from French parenting to simplicity parenting. Now that I have a pre-teen, elementary age, almost preschooler and late newborn, I’ve realized that as long as you know the basics and baby is safe, loved and fed - everything else is figure-out able. And I would love to help new moms as they learn the basics, grow into their own and figure out the new routine/ rhythm that works best for them and their babies.

I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible support I received from my doula, Valentina, throughout my pregnancy and birth. From the very beginning, Valentina was a source of unwavering encouragement, knowledge, and comfort. During my pregnancy, Valentina provided invaluable guidance on everything from prenatal care to preparing for the baby's arrival. She was always available to answer my questions, no matter how big or small, and she made sure I felt confident and informed every step of the way. Her warmth and empathy made me feel truly cared for, and her expertise gave me the peace of mind I needed. As my due date approached, I had a strong desire to achieve a natural birth. Valentina was instrumental in helping me make this dream a reality. She offered evidence-based advice on natural birth techniques and helped me create a birth plan that aligned with my goals. During labor, Valentina was a calming and reassuring presence, providing both emotional support and practical assistance. She used various comfort measures, such as massages, counter pressures and breathing techniques, to help me manage the intensity of labor. Thanks to Valentina's support, I was able to have the natural birth I had hoped for. Her belief in my ability to birth naturally and her unwavering support made all the difference. I felt empowered and strong throughout the entire process, and I couldn't have done it without her. Valentina is not just a doula; she is a true advocate and has also become a life long friend. Her dedication to her clients is evident in everything she does. I highly recommend Valentina to anyone seeking a compassionate, knowledgeable, and supportive doula. She made and continues to make a profound impact on my pregnancy as I am expecting my second baby. I will be forever grateful for her presence in my life.

Hello, my name is Vonda Osborn and I am the owner of Baby Bump Birthing Services. I service the Orlando and central Florida area. I have 6 children of my own and truly love helping other moms navigate the journey of pregnancy, labor, postpartum and motherhood. I am a completely judgement free zone. What ever you are hoping for your birth I want to help achieve it. My motto is your baby, your body my support. In my free time I enjoy event organizing and just being with my family.

Recent review

My husband and I decided to hire a doula a little bit reluctantly, not really knowing what we needed or how beneficial it would be. When I met Vonda, I immediately got this sense that she was caring and compassionate but yet also very competent and confident in her work as a Doula. This gave me so much comfort, and regardless of whether our goal was to deliver at home, a birth center, or hospital, she was willing to support us and our choices and not try to impose opinions on us unless we asked for them (which was huge since opinions can run very strong and extreme on opposite spectrums in the birth world). What I loved most about the idea of hiring her, beyond being able to trust her and know she was for us, was that she would be the consistency in my care from prenatal to delivery to postpartum. This birth was going to be with my second child but I was hoping to have a successful VBAC (vaginal birth after cesarean) birth, so everything about labor and birth would be a new experience for me. She met with us twice during my 3rd trimester. Those meetings were incredibly informative and brought us so much peace leading up to what was foreign territory to us. She talked with us about our birth plan and let us know what our options were, taught my husband and I physical comfort techniques that could be helpful during labor, and also educated us on the birth process and what would happen to my body and with the baby during the process. Having the ability to contact her anytime after we hired her to get her input and feedback was so helpful. My husband wanted to be as involved and helpful to me as he could but he also didn't know what to expect and I didn't know what I would need, He really appreciated everything Vonda taught us beforehand, but then also having her with us during the birth to help him help me and to be our voice at the hospital since she knew our wishes and could speak for us while my mind was focused on having a baby and my husband was focused on me. Aspects of everything she prepared us for came into play when labor started, and I can't imagine going through labor and birth without having been as prepared as I felt, even when I still didn't know what to expect. Hiring Vonda as our Doula was worth every penny! I would highly recommend her to any mama AND her support person. She was there for me AND my husband, and if we did it again, we'd definitely have Vonda with us!
