Today, as both a mother and grandmother, I've had the privilege of watching motherhood unfold across generations. Those experiences have given me a deep appreciation for just how significant birth is. Every mother is different. Every baby is different. And every birth story is different. That's why I believe good doula care begins with listening. I was drawn to doula work because I wanted to provide women with the kind of steady, compassionate support that can be so meaningful during labor and birth. My approach is especially centered around comfort care and birth coaching.
