Hiring Kristen as our doula was the best thing I did for my pregnancy and birth. She made herself available throughout the final few months of my pregnancy via countless texts and phone calls prepared to answer all the wild questions I had about any symptoms or feelings. When I finally went into labor, none of us knew I’d be in it for a whopping 60 hours before my son was in my arms. I could go on and on about all the things she did to help get my son in an optimal position (there were many) but at the end of the day, she was just there for me. There for me when I thought I’d be having an unmedicated birth center birth. There for me when we had to have a c-section instead. And there for me after while I processed it all. She is amazing and I’d hire her again and again and again.

Hi, I’m Kat! A doula, parent, and the heart behind Meadow’s Blossoming Bellies. For the past few years, I’ve been home with my daughter Meadow, watching her grow into this bright, fierce little human who’s taught me more about life and strength than I ever expected. She’s the reason I stepped into this work. I want her to see that it’s never too late to follow your passion—and that women can lead, heal, and build something powerful, even in the messiest seasons of life. My path to becoming a doula didn’t start with a dream. I found this work through my own experiences of birth, trauma, and healing. Meadow was born six weeks early and spent time in the NICU. Our journey included feeding challenges, a g-tube, postpartum depression, and a long road to bonding. It wasn’t easy, but it cracked me open. It made me realize how much support matters. Not just medically, but emotionally, spiritually, and human to human. That’s why I show up the way I do—as a birth, postpartum, and sibling doula who’s committed to creating a space where people feel safe, respected, and never alone. I’ve taken a range of trainings, mentorships, and classes, but most of what I bring to this work comes from lived experience and deep listening. I’m here to walk with you through the unknowns—offering grounding support, honest conversations, and care that fits you. My work is rooted in connection. I meet each family where they are, honoring your values, your needs, and your voice. Whether you’re navigating birth, adjusting to life with a newborn, or preparing your older child for a sibling, I’m here to support the whole experience with presence and compassion. This work is sacred to me. Every story matters. Every birth matters. And you deserve someone in your corner who sees you fully. If any of this resonates, I’d love to connect and see how I can support you.

From the very first interaction, it was clear that Kat is not only passionate about her work but deeply committed to providing remarkable support to expecting and new parents. Kat's expertise as a doula is matched only by her compassion and genuine care for her clients. Throughout my pregnancy journey, she offered personalized guidance, ensuring every step was designed to meet my needs. Her calm demeanor and reassuring presence during labor were invaluable – she made a significant difference, providing solid support that allowed me to feel empowered and secure during such a significant moment. What sets Kat apart is her holistic approach. It's not just about the birth; it's about the entire experience, encompassing prenatal care, postpartum support, and everything in between. Her attention to detail, continuous availability, and wealth of resources made the entire process feel seamless. Additionally, Kat's postpartum care was a game-changer. Her dedication went beyond expectation, offering invaluable guidance, practical assistance, and emotional support during those early weeks. Her commitment to nurturing the well-being of both the parent and the newborn is truly remarkable. Kat's warmth, expertise, and genuine passion for her work shine through in every interaction. I thrive on empowering clients and advocating for their voice in their birthing journeys. Through my ever evolving doula career, I have supported families through grief, loss, and abuse. I serve families at home, in hospitals, and at birth centers. I strive for all families to have a positive birthing experience full of compassion, nurturing, and love. I offer birth services, photography, placenta encapsulation, and postpartum support.   My passion for birth and support were inspired from my own passage through birth and motherhood. Through my own birth experience, I was drawn to support others the way my doula cared for me. My passion for a positive birth journey fuels my model of care. In my free time, I enjoy spending time hiking and camping with my husband, two daughters, and dog. I loves yoga, music, and travelling.

Everything you want to happen from a Doula during your pregnancy journey and birth, is what Ellie was able to mold herself into. Warm, detail oriented, easy to work with, and had great chemistry not only with me, but with my husband and 2 1/2-year-old as well. Her communication was on point, checking in after each doctors visit, And answering my endless, questions with ease and kindness. I had an amazing birth experience, I was very lucky, and I cannot imagine anyone else being there to welcome our second child. Ellie, our family is grateful for you, and you will always be part of it ❤️

Kaytlyn Devers

My name is Kaytlyn and I am 33 years old. I am a mother of three girls, 10, 7 and 2. I have been a full time nanny for 10 years for ages 0-8 years old, most often with multiple children in the household. I am transitioning my nanny work into expanding my expertise as a certified newborn care specialist and doula-in-training. Although I enjoy all ages of children, my favorite and speciality ages are newborn and infants, I want to focus more on supporting families during the tender stages of welcoming a new baby and the transition to parenthood. I come with years of hands-on experience as a nanny and a mother, first hand experience x3! My approach blends gentle care with practical support, helping families feel confident, rested, educated, and nurtured as they adjust to life with their little one. I offer daytime and overnight newborn care, postpartum support, and guidance for routines, feeding, soothing, and family transitions. Families describe me as dependable, calm, and resourceful. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where parents feel seen, babies feel secure, and the whole household can thrive.

Kaytlyn is an absolutely incredible nanny!! We worked with her for two years and I felt completely at ease with her caring for our two children. She has experience with all ages but our children ranged from newborn to 4 years old in her care. She is gentle and caring but also does a great job enforcing parents discipline or boundaries. Excellent communication surrounding the day to day and major milestones. Incredibly experienced and knowledgeable in nearly all areas of early child development and care. Very receptive to feedback. I truly cannot recommend her enough!! You won’t regret working with her!

Chrystal Sanborn Popular: among the most-viewed doulas in Colorado, last 60 days

Hi! Im Chrystal. Thank you for being here! I’m a DONA-certified Birth and Postpartum doula dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care to families throughout their birthing journey. Based in Littleton, I share my home with my husband and our beloved Springer Spaniel, Fisher. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration from Regis University and previously worked as a nurse aide and a midwife’s assistant, experiences that shaped my deep respect for both clinical care and the natural wisdom of birth. I began working as a doula in 2022, earned my certification in 2023, and have since had the honor of supporting more than 100 families. I have attended births of all varieties including home births, VBACs, cesarean, unmedicated, assisted, and more. Outside of birth work, I love spending time outdoors; identifying plants, hiking, camping, or simply walking with Fisher. I love the warmth from the sun and the sound of birds, they give me life! You’ll often find me enjoying a cup of tea with a good book, exploring creative outlets, or spending an afternoon wandering through Barnes&Noble or World Market. My guilty pleasure is rewatching media I’ve already seen and love, or rereading old books that I can’t forget. I like to think of my role as a consultant, advocate, and fairy godmother all in one. I support you in achieving your dream birth by offering continuous physical and emotional care, helping you maintain informed consent, and empowering your instincts while holding space for this incredible experience. I also work closely with your partner, giving them the confidence and tools to provide meaningful emotional and physical comfort. I value organization, timely communication, and nonjudgmental care. My goal for my clients is a labor that feels peaceful, informed, and joyful. In the labor room, my focus is always on my client’s comfort and their overall goals for birth. I prioritize finding the balance between letting labor unfold naturally and offering suggestions when they can truly make a positive difference. I often joke that just because I know Spinning Babies doesn’t mean I’m going to “flip you like a pancake”—those tools are there when they’re needed, not as a default. To me, your intuition is VIP, and medicine is a powerful tool we can use when it supports your safety and your vision. Past clients have mentioned my calm, reassuring presence and my soothing voice helping to ground them in intense moments. When helping families get acclimated at home in the first few weeks, my focus is on ensuring that my clients get off on the right foot. I prioritize guiding both parents and baby through the new life they are adjusting to, helping build structure and workflows that work for each individual family. My top two favorite parts of attending births are feeling like I have helped, and the look on your face when you realize; “I DID IT!” Thanks again for being here and congratulations!

Upon our first meeting with Chrystal she instantly entered our hearts. You can truly feel her care and compassion for this field. Chrystal was with us before the baby, during the delivery, and has continued to stay in contact. She stayed flexible and attentive during the birthing process. We felt very supported the whole way. We would could not recommend anyone more than Chrystal, and would love for her to be a part of our next birth story!
