I am a mom to 6 children. For over 9 years I’ve dedicated to being a stay at home parent. Being a doula has been my biggest dream once I became a mom to my first child. I knew my time would come that I am able to pursue my passion. That time has arrived and I’ve never been more grateful that I get to provide support during the most important day of your life. I hope to connect with you on your journey with care and kindness. You deserve to be treated with respect and have someone in your corner through this transformative time in your life. I look forward to being that person for you.

Families are not meant to be built in isolation. After 10 years working in education and clinical spaces, I transitioned into the private sector to provide more direct support to individuals planning and starting their families. I focus on providing high quality, personalized family care services in home and virtually for those who prefer less invasive household support. I have a strong passion for empowering new parents/ expecting parents by co-creating efficient home systems for family wellness. I provide a combination of child care services, sleep coaching, household operations assistance and postpartum support. I am looking forward to supporting you as your family grows!

Ashli was a wonderful caretaker for my children (ages 3 and 6). She played a lot with them and engaged with them through imaginative play, reading, art, and fort building! She was very outgoing, a good communicator and self directed. I highly recommend her!

HEY NEW BESTIE, I'M KIM AND I'M SO GLAD YOU'RE HERE. I am the owner and head doula for Birthing Days doula birth and postpartum services and education. I’m a certified birth and postpartum doula, childbirth educator, and sleep consultant. My passion is helping families feel confident, supported, and cared for through every stage of pregnancy, birth, and life with a newborn. I believe that every family’s journey is unique, and my role is to walk alongside you with encouragement, evidence-based information, and nonjudgmental support. Whether I’m guiding you through labor, helping you adjust during those tender postpartum weeks, teaching you the tools for an empowered birth, or supporting your baby’s sleep journey, my goal is always the same: to nurture your confidence and help you feel calm, capable, and cared for. A little about me: I was born and raised in Oregon, and I truly love all four seasons—each one brings its own joy and beauty. I’ve been married to my best friend for 24 years, and together we’ve raised three amazing children who continue to inspire me every day. When I’m not working with families, you’ll probably find me reading a good book, getting in a workout, or spending time outdoors camping and traveling. Disneyland has a special place in my heart, and I love creating memories there with my family. On game days, you’ll almost always catch me cheering for my teams—I’m a huge Oregon Ducks and Notre Dame Irish fan! Why I do this work: Motherhood and family life have shown me just how powerful, challenging, and beautiful these seasons can be. I know firsthand how important it is to feel supported, respected, and empowered—and that’s what I want every family I work with to experience. If you’re looking for someone who will meet you with compassion, encouragement, and a personalized approach, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on this journey

Hello! I'm a midwife in Forest Grove, OR, a small town west of Portland. I work with a small, skilled and dedicated team, and we have a cute office where we do most appointments. I believe that every birth deserves to be held sacred, and it should be honored as a sacred event. I do my best to blend ancient midwifery wisdom and modern medical tools to keep Mom and Baby safe and healthy while still giving the birth the time and space it deserves to unfold in its own way. I believe in providing clients the information and supporting them in their decisions. I focus on trust and relationship. The greatest goal for me is not just a healthy birth, but also for the family to feel stronger and supported during their experience. I hope my clients leave care feeling empowered and trusting their own intuition.

Hi there! I’m Stephanie, a birth doula based in Salem, and I’m so excited to support you and your family through this transformative journey. Before stepping into birth work, I spent 11 years as a teacher, working with students from diverse backgrounds. That experience shaped my deep belief in meeting people where they are, adapting my approach to their individual needs, and honoring their personal goals. Birth is not one-size-fits-all, and you deserve support that respects your choices, values, and instincts. Whether you're navigating pregnancy, preparing for birth, or adjusting to life with a new little one, I’m here to provide compassionate care every step of the way. I believe that knowledge is power—especially when it comes to birth. My approach is rooted in evidence-based care, giving you the knowledge and confidence to make informed decisions while leaving space for what feels right for you. Whether you’re planning a hospital birth, birth center experience, or home birth—with or without medication—I trust you to make the best choices for your body, your pregnancy, and your baby. My role is to provide guidance, reassurance, and continuous support so you can navigate this journey feeling empowered and prepared. I also understand that birth doesn’t happen in a vacuum—it’s an experience that impacts your partner, family, and birth team. That’s why I provide comprehensive support to your entire circle, making sure everyone feels informed, involved, and empowered. Birth isn’t just about the baby—it’s about you, your well-being, and the experience you want to create. Inclusivity and respect are at the heart of my practice. I’m passionate about de-stigmatizing mental health and emotional well-being, and I firmly believe that every family deserves the support they need—whether that’s through professional help, community resources, or simply having someone to lean on. I am committed to being an ally to the LGBTQIA+ community and advocating for anti-racist practices in all aspects of my work. Your family is unique, and I’m here to support you in a way that feels right for you. When I’m not supporting families, you’ll probably find me curled up with a romance or fantasy novel, getting lost in a new crafting project, or tending to my ever-growing collection of plants (and trying to give away new starts I’ve rooted on my windowsill). I also love experimenting with vegetarian and vegan recipes, going on long walks, and enjoying imaginative games with my husband and two kids. No matter how your birth unfolds, my goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and fully supported. Whether you're loving every moment of pregnancy or just trying to survive it, you don’t have to do it alone. I’d love to walk alongside you on this journey!

Hi, I’m Jupiter — the heart behind The Daddy Doula. I’m a birth and postpartum doula supporting families who want care that is affirming, trauma informed, and deeply human. I specialize in working with LGBTQ+, trans, BIPOC, autistic, and neurodivergent families, and I believe everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, and fully supported through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum season. I’m also a parent myself, and becoming one reshaped everything I thought I knew about birth, partnership, and care. I know what it feels like to need steady support, clear information, and someone who can hold the room when things feel big. My work is rooted in consent, autonomy, and protecting the oxytocin bubble whether that looks like quiet presence, advocacy in medical spaces, or reminding you to breathe and come back into your body. I’m Portland Oregon based and offer sliding scale support because access to care matters. If you’re looking for a doula who shows up steady, affirming, and fully in your corner, you’re in the right place.

Hi! My name is Skyler and I am a labor and postpartum doula serving Washougal, Camas, Vancouver and Portland. I have a bachelors degree in Exercise Science and have completed the Maternal Support Practitioner certification through Bebo Mia. It's my goal to create a space where you feel supported, empowered, and educated to make decisions that support yourself and your family. I have a passion for helping to create a village from pregnancy to postpartum!

Where do I begin? Skyler pretty much became part of our family now. She is just absolutely incredible at what she does and was the perfect postpartum doula. From listening to me cry through the Baby Blues to making sure I have enough water and eat lunch, Skyler always knew exactly what my family and I needed in the moment. She is extremely empathetic and has some kind of a sixth sense which helped her always do and say the right thing. The way she handled my toddler boys and my newborn baby girl with so much grace and patience was inspiring. Skyler is extremely organized, clean, an amazing cook and creative with looking after the older kids. I feel fortunate to have met her and create a bond that we now share. You cannot go wrong with hiring Skyler and I would even say, you absolutely need her to survive the postpartum period.

Amy’s professional and personal endeavors have always been driven by an unwavering commitment to supporting thriving children and empowered families- as a devoted eldest sister to 5 siblings, a professional nanny specializing in infants and toddlers, a direct support professional and in-home caregiver, a social worker, and now as a Postpartum Doula! Amy views the postpartum period as a time of profound transformation and is honored to witness and support families throughout the 4th trimester with non-judgmental, compassionate care. Amy integrates her social work education with her deep understanding of maternal mental health, infant development, and community resources to provide evidence-based information, emotional support, and referrals to local resources. Amy’s priority is to facilitate a space of nourishment where recovery and bonding can flourish. Amy hopes to leave the families she works with feeling confident, secure, and in connection with their babies and to their own intuitive wisdom. As well as empowered with knowledge and resources so they continue to thrive long after her time with them.

We feel so grateful to have found Amy as our postpartum doula. From the very beginning, she has been kind, caring, and nurturing, not only with our five-month-old baby, who absolutely adores her, but with our whole family. Amy truly understands postpartum life can be sometimes lonely and overwhelming. She has been such a wonderful presence, someone I can talk to openly, who listens and reassures without judgment. She makes me feel seen and supported, and she reminds me that it really does take a village to raise a little human. She consistently goes above and beyond in her care, and we’ve come to deeply trust her. She is always punctual, communicative, and dependable, which makes it easy to relax knowing our baby is in the best hands. Having Amy as part of our support system has made this season of life lighter and more joyful. We couldn’t recommend her more highly.
