In 2021, I was pregnant with my second kiddo and excited to welcome another baby at Bella Vie in Salem. I met Amanda at my second or third appointment and immediately knew she was the midwife for me. She was incredibly easy to talk to, clear about what we were looking for at each appointment and why, and always had thoughtful answers and advice regarding any questions or concerns I brought up. As a huge bonus, my 3-year-old loved her! The day I gave birth, Amanda was exactly where I needed her, when I needed her. She offered tailored support through gentle guidance and confident reminders that I was safe and so very capable. My first few postpartum hours were also a breeze because of Amanda- both my baby and I were helped to rest and closely monitored for proper signs of healing. Every question and concern was met with knowledgeable, timely care. She is an amazing human being and midwife, and I honestly cannot recommend her enough ♡

Jennifer was absolutely amazing! I cannot recommend her enough. She is an incredible chef, a knowledgeable herbalist, a skilled masseuse, and truly one of the kindest souls I’ve ever met. We feel so blessed to have found her and for everything she has brought into our lives. As a postpartum doula, she was unbelievably supportive. She helped with the baby, cooked nourishing meals for me, and did light household chores—relieving so much pressure during those early weeks. She meal-prepped any recipe I requested and offered thoughtful suggestions based on where I was in my postpartum journey.  Her herbal remedies were also a game changer. She created custom teas to support when I had low iron and low vitamin D, as well as one one to help with UTIs. Her tinctures are some of the best I’ve ever tasted—smooth rather than harsh. I especially loved the schisandra berry elixir, the lion’s mane elixir, and the cacao reishi elixir. I also used her seasonal oxymel for allergies. Her skincare products are equally amazing; her womb-warming oil and belly balm tallow both smelled incredible and made me feel so cared for. On top of all that, she is a fantastic masseuse. She even taught me a few massage techniques to help break down scar tissue from my emergency cesarean. If you’re looking for a kind, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated doula, Jennifer is your lady!

We cannot say enough wonderful things about our doula Rebecca. From the very beginning, she was attentive, compassionate, and genuinely invested in making our birth experience as positive and stress-free as possible. She was incredibly hands-on, always available to answer questions, provide reassurance, and offer practical guidance every step of the way. Her knowledge, professionalism, and calm presence gave us confidence during a time that could have felt overwhelming. Whether it was helping us prepare before labor, providing comfort measures during labor, or offering support postpartum, her dedication never wavered. What truly set her apart was how much she cared. She made us feel heard, respected, and supported throughout the entire journey. We are so grateful for her expertise, kindness, and unwavering commitment to our family. Kim was so helpful- a calming and informative presence. This was so needed, especially when everything went haywire- she adapted to our needs as I went into labor a month early, and had to unexpectedly change hospitals. She was quite literally my only predictable factor in this experience. Her advocacy and communication skills were always on point, and she was so easy to talk to. I would highly recommend her services to anyone!

I’m a mom of four—two daughters I had when I was young, and two sons I’ve had in my 30s with my husband, whom I married last year. My journey as a teen mom taught me resilience, the importance of support, and the power of community—lessons I carry with me every day. Family and community are central to my life: I’m connected through our church, and I spend a lot of time with my three sisters, raising our children together, exploring hikes, and finding outdoor adventures. I’ve homeschooled my older daughters from kindergarten through 4th grade, participating in a co-op school and fostering a love of learning along the way. Outside of family, I enjoy volunteering with YoungLives to support teen parents, playing board games, video games and reading. I’ve had a variety of jobs over the years, but the one I’ve enjoyed the most is raising my children—it’s taught me patience, creativity, and a deep appreciation for the small moments that matter most

There aren’t enough words to express how incredible Jackiie is! I wasn’t sure if I wanted a doula when I was pregnant with my first baby. I interviewed a couple doulas before Jackiie, and my husband and I decided against hiring a doula. It is such a sacred and vulnerable place to bring someone into, and it made me nervous. However, I met Jackiie and she ended up being just what we needed! I don’t know what we would have done without her. During my very long labor, Jackiie was right there by my side and immediately felt like family. She was so knowledgeable, comforting, and encouraging the whole time. Jackiie is very dedicated and has such a calming presence. She is such a huge supporter and was so supportive of my unmedicated birth plan. I know she would be supportive of whatever a mama wants even if it’s not an unmedicated birth! Her presence was everything I needed when my labor and delivery didn’t go as I’d hoped or planned. She was a gentle and empowering guide and support to my husband as well. Not only did I need her support, but so did my husband. I am absolutely hiring Jackiie for all my future births and can’t recommend her enough!

I booked Sara Luna for an overnight service and she was fantastic. She was so warm, helpful, and supportive, did our laundry and dishes overnight and even offered to cook for us! Cannot recommend her enough. I also had an issue with the payment that was completely my fault and Sara was so incredibly gracious and understanding ❤️ you can't go wrong with her support :)

Going into the birth of my first child, I had a lot of anxiety surrounding the entire experience. Katie was such a calming, nurturing, and supportive presence throughout the entire process. She walked me through every scenario, helped me understand what was happening, and constantly encouraged me with positive reassurance throughout labor. She was incredibly hands-on and attentive, helping me through my back labor contractions and reminding me to breathe through each one. Katie made me feel strong, capable, and powerful as I brought my baby girl earthside. I truly don’t think I could have gotten through my birthing experience without Katie. I am so grateful for her support, encouragement, and presence during such an important and life-changing moment. She made me feel safe, heard, and confident every step of the way.

My husband and I loved the birth dates classes! They were fun, educational and even got my husband talking about *gasp* his feelings ! Haha being this was my first time being a mom I wanted to know the ins and outs or what to expect from a reliable source. Sherilee was amazing! Informative and entertaining. My husband even learned new things as a third time dad. This was worth the investment. Birth dates brought us closer together and made us a little wiser too.
