Lakewood Ranch Lactation offers in home, in office and in home visits. We support mothers who want to provide breast milk to their babies. We also take many insurances and offer a sliding scale for those without supportive coverage if needed.

Stephanie is a board-certified lactation consultant (IBCLC), which is the gold standard for lactation and infant feeding support. She is currently practicing in and around Lakeland, FL through her private practice GROW Lakeland, LLC. She first started working with families in 2017 as a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist and postpartum doula, and quickly realized that supporting families was her professional calling. The road to IBCLC is long and challenging, but she aced the board exam in 2022 and launched GROW in 2023. Shortly after passing her board exam, she jumped straight into advanced training programs for oral function & ties, bottle refusal, and Infant Reflexes to better support local families dealing with the most difficult feeding challenges.

Celebrate Birth is an independent midwifery practice with the only birth center in Polk County, FL. Our staff is honored to serve women in pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. We offer women a variety of options for prenatal care, all designed to best meet their needs and preferences while maintaining the health and safety of their baby. Our clients can feel empowered through being an active participant in their pregnancy and childbirth experience. We are so honored to be a part of this beautiful season of a woman’s life! Lactation support at Celebrate Birth is available to everyone in our community, regardless of where they have chosen to receive prenatal care or deliver their baby.
