I love taking a physiology first approach to interventions, meaning that regardless of what medical support you need (or want) during your birth we are setting up your body for success by optimizing it's natural processes. I acquired my BFA in Modern Dance and Education from the University of Utah in 2009 and shortly after gained my yoga teacher training in Hatha and Prenatal Yoga.
