Before we became pregnant again, I was researching what we had missed and awoke a passion for childbirth and maternal care that has only deepened over the years. After our three kids were born, I became a Childbirth Educator in 2017 and a Birth Doula in 2018. I also delivered two babies as a gestational surrogate in 2019 and 2021. After she had her children, she realized there is a definite need for Doula support, knowledge and advocacy, so she changed her career path and trained to become a certified Doula and now attends and supports births. Lindsay also works with a local non-profit organization offering on-call Doula support to a local hospital where she attends and supports one to two births per month.
