Hello, my name is Ambria and I’m a certified birth doula through DONA international. I have several years of experience working in the healthcare industry including OBGYN, and my experience there has helped me come to the conclusion that I want to give women more individualized and direct care. I’ve provided both in-person and virtual doula support. I'm here to support you in having the birth that you feel is best for you and your health, whether that birth is a scheduled induction, a repeat cesarean section, a natural delivery, or a VBAC. Hi, I’ve been an overnight postpartum doula for 4 years and a birth doula for one year. I’m a mother of two and a grandmother to two grandson. I believe parents need support within the first few weeks after coming home with the new addition. Sleep deprivation is real and there might be older siblings that need you, so getting the proper attention of sleep is important . I am there to help you with whatever you need to make your life and your family’s life manageable. I will care for your baby overnight ( feeding, changing, burping, rocking etc)while you get the sleep you deserve. I’ll tidy up your kitchen and wash, dry and fold a load(s)of baby laundry that you might have. If your family has laundry I will be more than willing to wash their laundry as well. If you are breast feeding or bottle feeding I am here to help and support you in any way I can.

Hi, I’m Sai, a birth and postpartum doula, infant care specialist, and mom of four. My journey into this work began through my own lived experience with postpartum depression and anxiety, which opened my eyes to how deeply parents need support during pregnancy, birth, and the transition into parenthood, and how often they’re expected to navigate it alone. Emily is the founder and owner of Carolina Birth and Wellness. She is passionate about advancing maternal care throughout the Triangle and North Carolina as a whole. She started Carolina Birth and Wellness to fill this missing link in maternal care in the Triangle and has since grown a business that includes a team of 10 plus individuals that range from fertility, birth and postpartum doulas, childbirth educators, in home massage therapists, lactation consultants, yoga teachers, and other services to help pregnant and newly postpartum families. Her specific areas of interest include fertility support, postpartum planning, and the ways in which support can lessen the stigma of high risk pregnancies and postpartum periods.

Greetings!! It's such a pleasure to support families both locally and globally as a Global Maternal & Infant Health Specialist. As a Naturopath and Learning Midwife, I use my experience to support families with various needs (primarily virtual). Stacy is a full-spectrum doula and a community chaplain, currently completing a Master in Divinity in Interreligious Chaplaincy with a Certificate in Buddhist Chaplaincy. With nearly 20 years as a birth and postpartum doula, she has served as a breastfeeding counselor and student of midwifery.Her work supporting families through perinatal and postpartum loss revealed a critical need for deeper understanding, more wisdom, and expansion of care. Stacy spent one year studying the causes, impact and growth within trauma. Over the years, Stacy has been trained at Bumi Sehat, a birth center in Bali, Indonesia, where she had been learning and volunteering off and on for the last 18 years. Stacy is the mama to three daughters who were all born in their own ways on their own time at home. Earlier in life, to stay near her children, she taught in Waldorf education and guided youth on outdoor hikes. Movement and nature contribute to trauma recovery. For Taproot magazine, Stacy wrote an article about Bumi Sehat She loves the feeling of sunshine on skin, the smell of frankincense, the taste of spicy guacamole, the sound of the Gayatri mantra, and the sight of birds dancing together in the sky.

Dear Trinity believes everyone who desires a birthing companion should have one regardless of affordability. We are equipped with the tools to support birthing people through the entire spectrum of life (Full Spectrum Doula/Birthworker) and have true hearts for the dedication of birth and 4th Trimester/Post-Partum care. Every family will have a tailored birthing experience with us and we are so glad to be considered to be apart of your journey. Currently 3 birth workers and a peer support specialist dedicated to the support of the non-birthing partner/person is within Dear Trinity. We have been in 13 counties across North Carolina as well as 1 in South Carolina and expanding to Maryland in the Spring of 2024. I am a mother of three who didn't have a clue of how much support I needed until it was too late. Looking back on my own experiences motivated me to pursue this calling.
