I’m a 24-year-old mom of two spirited girls! When I'm off the clock I love to stay at home with my family and play video games or watch tv with them. My home is always full of epic battles and giggles. Right now the girls fav tv is bluey and k-pop demon hunters. My partner and I love anima. There are way too many great options to pick just one of my favorites! I love to cook for my family. We try to eat new things and expand our menu on a regular basis. I also love to bake bread. My girls and I spend a lot of time doing plant chores together. I mainly plant house plants nowadays but I have had a garden a few times. My oldest has spent too many hours with me doing gardening. When she was little she would sneak past me and eat handfuls of tomatoes and peas almost every day. To this day when they go see their grandma they both try to sneak tomatoes from her garden. We have 2 very different cats. The youngest one is a spastastic and the older one is a calm darkness that doesn't like coming out very often. The youngest one is named Calypso, the girls picked it from the teacher in bluey, The oldest one is named Artemis. When I'm not home I'm an outdoor enthusiast, finding peace near any water source- be it waterfalls, oceans, or rivers. I absolutely love going on hikes even though sometimes my body doesn't. When I start to feel my disability show I just reroute myself to take it slow and steady to get to my goal. Why did I become a Doula? Well when I was younger my family would tell me all the time that I have a kind and caring demeanor., They would tell me stories of how when I was way younger I would watch tv about moms having babies and I never looked away. Honestly when I was presented with the opportunity to become a birthing doula I got so excited. It was something I dreamed about but never thought I would be able to do. I always thought I'd be a labor and delivery nurse or something like it and this was it. I think it's such a beautiful thing having people there to support you when you need it the most. With both my girls I didn't have support and I wish I would have known about doulas. While the nurses were amazing my family had no idea what to do and how to support me. I wish they had that little nudge to help them as well. When I was offered a chance to attend to someone I loves birth, I got to see how the room looks outside of my laboring eyes and I finally understood why my family was lost and confused about how to best support the laboring person . So I've studied and found a community to show me how to help others on the birthing journey. I've attended a birthing doula class and have joined the Doula Love mentor ship to get that continuous support. With that I've decided I want to help others who are new parents, seasons pros, single superheroes and the lgbtq community. This doula adventure has introduced me to a wonderful community and taught me heaps about the miracle of birth. My mission? To make sure you feel heard, seen, and supported, so you can have the birth experience you desire. Everyone deserves that extra sprinkle of support magic!

Sage feels called to this work as a natural-born caregiver who has loved working with babies from a young age. As she grew up, Sage discovered her passion for supporting not just babies, but the whole family as they navigate pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. She has spent the last 10 years working with infants and toddlers as a professional nanny, which has given her a talent for thinking on her feet and attuning to the needs of others. Sage is a proud Oregonian and was born and raised in Portland! She is an inquisitive life-long learner, crafting enthusiast, and enjoys being out in nature whenever she can. Though she treasures work with all kinds of people, Sage finds deep meaning in providing care to LGBTQIA2s+ families informed by her own queer lived experience. She is also enthusiastic about providing compassionate support for people of all sizes. As an animal lover, Sage has a special interest in guiding families as they prepare their furry kids to be good siblings to a new baby! When she is not caring for families she is spending her time cooking, baking, quilting, sewing, and enjoying Oregon’s stunning outdoors in a kayak.

Jupiter Wilson

Hi, I’m Jupiter — the heart behind The Daddy Doula. I’m a birth and postpartum doula supporting families who want care that is affirming, trauma informed, and deeply human. I specialize in working with LGBTQ+, trans, BIPOC, autistic, and neurodivergent families, and I believe everyone deserves to feel safe, respected, and fully supported through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum season. I’m also a parent myself, and becoming one reshaped everything I thought I knew about birth, partnership, and care. I know what it feels like to need steady support, clear information, and someone who can hold the room when things feel big. My work is rooted in consent, autonomy, and protecting the oxytocin bubble whether that looks like quiet presence, advocacy in medical spaces, or reminding you to breathe and come back into your body. I’m Portland Oregon based and offer sliding scale support because access to care matters. If you’re looking for a doula who shows up steady, affirming, and fully in your corner, you’re in the right place.

Hello! I am a newly trained doula, seeking my first clients to become officially state and DONA certified. I am getting into this work because I want to be able to help people feel empowered, both by providing information and emotional support. I really believe that maximizing informed consent and autonomy can make an enormous difference in our overall experiences, even if things are not able to go to plan 100% of the time. I truly believe that knowing someone is by your side, trusting and supporting you in whatever you feel is best for yourself, can be a make or break difference in almost all aspects of life. Pregnancy, birth, and postpartum are such a special and transformative time in a persons life and I want for people to be able to look back on their experience positively. I also place a high importance on personal and community health. I will wear a mask any time we are together, including home visits and the duration of the birth. If you or a loved one are immunocompromised and have extra requests for health precautions I am happy to accommodate. I am also very open to hearing any other disability accommodations that may be necessary.

Hello! Supporting families through the birth year as a birth and postpartum doula brings me immense joy. As a dear friend of mine said, "Helping people move through huge life transitions is where it's at." I bring non-judgmental, compassionate, inclusive, evidence-based care to you and your family, however "family" looks for you. My training includes DONA-approved workshops for birth and postpartum doulas, lactation support, newborn care, pregnancy loss, abortion support, and prenatal/postpartum yoga. When not involved in birth work, I love to bake, play with my puppy, and read mysteries.

Recent review

We are so grateful for Zoe’s loving support this past year as our doula. Zoe worked with us as a postpartum doula after our son Emmett was born. Her support was intuitive and natural, easily fitting in to our lives and jumping in to support in all the right ways. She was incredibly helpful both in practical ways helping us get back on track with our daily routine, but also was a wealth of information about breastfeeding, newborn phases and milestones, and labor recovery. Zoe shared helpful resources related to where we were at in the postpartum and newborn journey. She also made space to help us process and talk about things like our birth story, postpartum anxiety, and really anything else on our minds… which was a lot. We appreciate the calm and loving connection and support for our whole family.
