I plan birthing in a hospital I wanna be as active as possible during labor I'm aiming to use breathing techniques calm setting low lighting and meditation along with nitrous oxide but I'm not opposed to the epidural I am planning on breast feeding and pumping I have Medicaid I just want someone to guide me and help me make educated decisions through labor and postpartum number of experience is not really an expectation or deal breaker

Since the practice doesn't pair you with the same practitioner for every appt or delivery, I would like to have a doula to trust for information and logistics on the day of the birth. I prefer someone seasoned since I am not a young mom. I would also love education around breastfeeding.
