My name is Joy. I am a mother to three sweet kids, one fur baby and wife to my husband, Joey. I am an ECC Veterinary Technician turned Doula and so excited for this new chapter. I am a caretaker, supporter and encourager by nature. I grew up as the oldest of four children, always the caretaker and mini mother. Helping people is where I have always thrived and felt most at home. I am now using these God given gifts to support women during what can be one of the most vulnerable, emotional, and impactful times of their life.

Hi I'm Chris! I'm super passionate about all things birth. I'm a birth and postpartum doula and a lactation councelor. I have 4 grown children, I was a sign language interpreter many years ago, and worked in a local church for 20 years. I was incredibly nieve and uninformed when I had my children and it is my hearts desire to support moms through pregnancy and birth as well as those first few months after baby is born. I have no preconcieved notions as to how your birth should or should not go. I believe in supporting you in the way that fits you the best while informing you of all your options. I am honored to share this space with you as a doula, supporting women through hormonal health, fertility, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum care. My passion for menstrual health began over a decade ago during my senior year of nursing school. I pushed my body to its limits with early mornings, long days, and too much coffee, until symptoms like deep cystic acne and debilitating cramps forced me to listen. I sought out a practitioner who helped me understand my body and its messages, empowering me to heal myself. I went on to study plant medicine, the nervous system, and energy work, earning a master’s in clinical herbalism. In 2021, I moved to a cottage, creating medicinal gardens and deepening my connection with the natural world. The garden taught me how the body mirrors the larger cycles of life, and I now work intuitively with plants, creating teas for the women I support. That same year, I started a relationship that further refined my understanding of emotions and cyclical health.
