**2026 UPDATE: Sorelle Birth Co. is now accepting most insurances for birth doula services + postpartum meal delivery**** Hey there, I’m so happy you found me here! I’m Shelby, partner at Sorelle Birth Co. I’d best describe myself as an outgoing, holistic minded, birth loving mama. I’m a mother to two, and have been in the birth world for over 7 years. I have experience with home birth, birth center, hospital births(unmedicated, medicated, cesarean, inductions), as well as twin mamas. I am a trained birth and postpartum doula with a plethora of education including holistic health in pregnancy, nutrition, birth, breastfeeding, and all things postpartum. I’m here to help empower you to do everything you can to set yourself up for your dream birth, and also how to prepare for any outcome , mentally and physically. I know it’s hard to find the perfect person to welcome into your birth space and I would love to be given the chance to be what you need. Whether you’re a first time mom, experienced birther looking to do things differently, or praying for your redemptive birth, I’m here for you.

Working with Shelby was one of the greatest gifts during the birth of our first baby. I truly believe my labor would have been longer and far more overwhelming without her guidance, coaching, and calming presence. She supported not only me, but my husband too, and continued to care for us after birth through postpartum recovery and breastfeeding support. Her guidance helped us feel less alone and more confident in such a life-changing season. We are so grateful for Shelby and the difference she made for our family. She will always be a special part of our story. — Erica, Ilan & Baby Ben 💙

Diane was my Doula, and she was simply fab!! I had a very difficult pregnancy with various things, extreme nausea, stressful situations, emotional ups and downs with hormones etc, and Diane was understanding and soothing and helped me to approach my baby’s birth in a calmer way, however it happened. She held my hand and supported me during a very painful external cephalic version, I was screaming but her being there helped so much! And the day after I was a wreck but she made sure to check in and was very caring. I lost my mum a few years ago and although Diane was in a doula role she was also like my family, like a mum, as soon as I met her, she was exactly what I needed and she just seemed to instinctively know what she needed to do to help. Thanks so much Diane! I hope we will always stay in touch! Lots of love, Carrie, Michael and Matt xxxxxx

Morgan Gray

Hi there! My name is Morgan and I am a birth and postpartum doula in Sacramento, CA. I am currently working towards my Maternal Support Practitioner certification through Bebo Mia. I’ve always been fascinated by birth, but after experiencing an unplanned cesarean with my first son, then achieving a VBAC with my second son, my fascination transformed into a passion. Everyone’s birth is different and unpredictable. My dream, in the chaos and beauty of birth, is to make sure all birthers feel safe, supported, and nurtured, both during labor and in the postpartum period. Being there to support one of the most transformational and emotional moments of life is truly such an honor. As I’m working towards my certification and need a specific amount of hours/births attended in order to reach that goal, I’m more than happy to work with sliding scale. Currently, I am unable to accept insurance but hope to in the future! When I’m not absorbing everything I can about pregnancy, birth, and beyond, you can usually find me trying to sneak in a few chapters of a romantasy novel, playing monster trucks with my boys, or laughing with loved ones.

Morgan has been absolutely amazing for our family. As a postpartum mom, one of my biggest fears was returning to work and leaving my son, Cruz, in someone else’s care. Having Morgan has eased that transition more than I can express. She is loving, attentive, and genuinely caring. I have full confidence in her — she truly understands babies and what they need. Her knowledge, instincts, and calm presence give me complete peace of mind every day. Cruz absolutely adores her, and it’s clear she cares for him as if he were her own. Morgan is always on time (often even early), dependable, and consistently shows up with a positive attitude and a smile. Beyond caring for Cruz, she thoughtfully helps with tasks around the house, which has been such a blessing during this season of life. Postpartum can be a difficult and emotional time, especially adjusting to life as a mom of two. Morgan has supported me through this transition more than she probably realizes. We are so grateful to have her, and any family would be incredibly lucky to work with her.
