My passion for this work grew as I realized how little many women are taught about their bodies—I love helping women feel informed, supported, and confident during such a transformative time. One of my favorite parts of being a doula is witnessing women move through something challenging and come out feeling strong and empowered. I also spent 18 months doing service for my church where I learned Spanish, and I love supporting Spanish-speaking families whenever I can.

My experience includes overnight newborn care, infant sleep support, toddler sleep support, bottle/breastfeeding support, and helping families create calm, sustainable routines during the postpartum transition. I take a nurturing, attachment-based approach to care and value responsiveness, emotional connection, and developmentally appropriate support for babies. In your most sacred spaces, I act as a gentle guide +space holder in pregnancy, labor, postpartum and beyond. Supporting mothers/families during their greatest transitions, and weaving in ritual+cereomy as a means to support and honor these initiations and grand transitions is a passion of mine. It is through my own difficult experiences with child birth and the Matrescence time, that I feel deeply called to give other mothers/families what I did not receive.
