Unique from other IBCLCs and sleep consultants, I work with families to help understand & address the root cause of their baby's night wakings without ANY form of separation-based sleep training. My approach centers attachment and is informed by neuroscience & infant brain development, as well as biological feeding norms. Because I specialized training in lactation care, oral function, and nutrition, I have helped hundreds of families identify missed (or dismissed) issues affecting sleep and improve their child's health & well-being for life.
