I served in the Army as a medic and worked as a civilian ski patroller for many years before starting my own family. I have a long-standing love for fitness, travel and the outdoors. Aside from a passion for helping families in their birth and postpartum journeys, I strive to make a difference in my community. I am the proud wife of a soldier, and I am a mother. I have a little boy, twin girls and a pup. My pregnancy and births led me to be passionate about closing the gap in modern healthcare and putting the power of birth back into the hands of parents.
