It's so nice to meet you! I'm Cass — a birth doula who strives to bring heart and humor to all I do. I believe strongly in reproductive justice and the power of every individual's autonomy. I work with clients to help them approach their fertility, birth, and postpartum journey in a way that feels most aligned to them. My background as a yoga teacher helps me bring tools like breathwork and positioning into birth prep, as well as labor and delivery. As a queer person who has experienced working within systems that weren't made for me, I'm passionate about helping people of all backgrounds and identities create spaces where they feel safe, seen, and valued.

Working with our Cass was hands-down the best decision we made for our birth journey. From our very first meeting, her calm, reassuring presence completely eased our anxieties and helped us feel empowered. During the most intense moments of labor, she was an incredible coach and a steady rock for both my husband and me. She advocated beautifully for our birth plan, ensuring our choices were respected by the medical staff while guiding us through positions, induction processes, and pain relief with so much knowledge and gentleness. We truly felt like we had an expert and a dear friend by our side the entire time. If you are looking for a doula who is deeply compassionate, attentive, and empowering, we cannot recommend her highly enough!

Hannah Hosey

I'm Hannah, a birth and postpartum doula serving families across Northern Colorado. I've supported families through pregnancy, birth, and the weeks after, most of them in hospitals and birth centers. More than half had high-risk conditions like severe preeclampsia. My approach is evidence-based and grounded in informed consent. I give you real information, not a personal agenda, so you can make decisions that feel right for you. I work alongside your doctor or midwife, never in place of them. Now I also offer daytime postpartum support in your home: feeding help, recovery check-ins, newborn care, and time for you to rest, shower, and eat. I don't offer overnights. I accept Health First Colorado (Medicaid), CHP+, and TriWest, plus HSA and FSA. Cost should never be the reason you go without support.

I just wanted to take a big thank you and recommend my birthing doula to anyone who needs that extra support during their pregnancy! Hannah Hosey is so sweet and really cares about you and your birthing experience. She consistently checked on me the couple of months I had her. She was there to answer any question I had and literally would respond the second I needed advice about my pregnancy. And I went into a VERY fast labor where I checked into the hospital and had my baby girl within a 40 minutes of being there and she arrived there literally in like 20 minutes. She made a very intense situation for me a lot calmer. Her energy is just so caring and great! I’m happy I have met her! 🫶♥️

Marissa Nelson

Hello, my name is Marissa and I'm honored to meet you. I am fascinated by the innate, primitive, and beautiful ability of our bodies to create new life. A hodgepodge of things led me to becoming a certified birth doula and yoga instructor. The two most influential being the births of my own babes. Those close to me would say I have a unique ability to calm a situation, hold a positive space, and intuitively allow things to be. These qualities made sense as a Doula. Additionally, yoga is a big part of my life (a lifestyle, I'd say...) and was immensely helpful through my pregnancies. That's why I offer a holistic approach with prenatal yoga to prepare your mind/body/spirit for an optimal birth. As an LGBTQIA+ doula, I understand that families can be built in many different ways. All that matters is that when a family is created, it happens on a foundation of love, support, trust, and safety. For birthing people, my intention is to support you tenaciously in having the most empowering, transformative, and safe birthing experience as possible. We are not meant to birth alone. As human beings bringing new human beings into the world, it is pivotal to feel affirmed and validated during our most vulnerable and authentic moments. I want you to look back on your birth experience and feel triumphant! No matter what you’ve been through in the past, or what you are envisioning currently, I am here to 100% support your goals and help them come to fruition. For those not birthing and creating a family in a different way, my intention is to support you through all aspects of your unique experience; Planning, transitioning, bringing baby home, etc. I can offer resources and referrals for all of your family's needs. More importantly I can provide Empathy, Compassion, and Presence.

We hired Marissa to be our birth doula and we couldn't be happier with that choice. She visited us couple of times before the due date and she was with us throughout labor and delivery and also saw us a couple of times after the birth of our son. Having her with us in the delivery room was very helpful as she coached me through the contractions consistently. She also supported and cheered us on during difficult times and helped us make the right choices for our labor and delivery. She is really sweet and we connected with her instantly since day 1. We highly recommend her.

Adrienne Leeds

I'm a licensed homebirth midwife serving Boulder, Longmont, the Peak-to-Peak and Northern Colorado. I've been attending births since 2001 and launched my midwifery practice in 2009. I'm an Enneagram 3; Capricorn Sun, Libra Moon & Libra Rising; and Empress Tarot archetype. When I work with families in the perinatal time, we engage in a soul-level contract together. I love holding space as women go deeply within and are transformed by the sacred space of birth. I value informed decision-making, critical thinking, connection, and hugs. Learning and sharing knowledge brings me joy. I'm trained in several Bodywork modalities: craniosacral and myofascial release, and the Arvigo techniques of Maya abdominal therapy. It's a great honor to teach at birth conferences and lead classes & workshops in my community. I bring extensive knowledge of herbs, homeopathy, flower essences and nutritional supplements. Being truly holistic, I also use conventional medicine when indicated. I'm a married mother of two home-birthed and naturally raised children. I'm also an herbalist, gardener, hiker and rollerblader.

Adrienne is an incredible human and midwife -- we are eternally grateful we found her! She is supportive, warm, wise, funny, relatable, patient, knowledgable, and grounded. We had a dream water birth at home! And a great start with our newborn baby boy. We used a different midwife with our daughter and the difference was so vast -- Adrienne made me feel so supported and safe, and I know that helped us have the birth we desired. I also loved all the little touches Adrienne did, like postpartum snack mixes for digestion, the "closing the bones" ceremony at 6 weeks, and the placenta art just to name a few. I wish we were having another baby and that we could work with Adrienne again!
