I’m married to my best friend and together we have two of the sweetest little nuggets. I’m a homesteader, home baker, and stay at home mama when I’m not doing birth-y things. I am a ProDoula Certified Labor Doula. Just before my youngest’s first birthday, I had the opportunity to attend my first doula workshop and I immediately jumped headfirst into the doula life after years of yearning to experience doula work. I’ve been able to support dozens of families thus far on my journey to better birth experiences & it’s an absolute honor to be included in such a sacred and life changing moment, every single time. I’m beyond thrilled to be immersed in this work and helping families use their voices (even if they shake) to advocate for what’s right for them, birth the way they choose, and help smooth the transition into parenthood along the way.
