I have been a Birth Doula since 2014 and a Fertility Educator since 2016. I am passionate about helping women understand their bodies better from preconception through postpartum. I was inspired by my own experiences throughout my 4 pregnancies and have worked with clients from all backgrounds and delivery scenarios including, but not limited to: hospital, birth center, home birth, c-sections, VBACs, medicated, Un-medicated, multiples, high-risk, micro-preemies, and adoption (birth and/or adoptive parent support). As a Doula, my goal is to help my clients experience the birth of their dreams. My training is body-centric and focused on optimizing fetal positioning for a more comfortable pregnancy, smoother delivery, and better postpartum recovery. I am hands on and often provide comforting touch and release work. As a Fertility Educator I support clients who want to better understand their menstrual cycle to either avoid or achieve pregnancy through private, virtual classes.

We worked with Tara during my pregnancy and postpartum period, and she has been absolutely wonderful. Although I ultimately gave birth out of state, Tara provided invaluable support before and after the birth. She is incredibly knowledgeable about both the birth process and the postpartum period for mom and baby. Just as importantly, she brings a very warm, calm, and reassuring presence. During one of the most vulnerable and intense periods of life as a new family, Tara consistently showed up as a steady, thoughtful guide. She was generous with her time, answered our many questions patiently and with expertise, and helped us feel more confident navigating the early weeks with our newborn. Every visit left us feeling more supported and grounded. I would wholeheartedly recommend Tara to any family looking for a knowledgeable, compassionate, and dependable doula.

Hello! My name is Bridgette, and I would love to be your doula! I began my journey as a birth doula with my training under the LEADoula program including class hours and practical hands-on birth support and am certified through DONA International. I have supported many families including first time parents to fourth time parents. I have assisted families with support during scheduled inductions, TOLAC/VBAC, planned and unplanned C-sections. I have assisted families with unmedicated and medicated births. I am also a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist. I can assist you in your lactation journey as well. My passion comes from my love of advocacy. There is no greater joy than watching a family grow! Allow me to support you in your journey!

Bridgette helped me during my pregnancy and birth of my daughter born October 2025. She is professional, helpful, and such a warm/calming presence. As it was my first pregnancy, i was very anxious and unsure about what was to come. Bridgette took time to explain things to me and answer any questions I had while keeping the energy light and fun. My personal favorite was her “lock in” method when i was pushing during labor. I firmly believe my first child came out after only about 10 minutes of pushing due to that method. Thank you Bridgette! You are the best. If i ever get pregnant again, you will surely be hearing from me❤️ !

Hi! I’m Trisha, a postpartum doula with a big heart for babies and the people who bring them into this world. I’ve spent over 15 years caring for little ones and supporting new families, and I truly believe that no one should have to walk this journey alone. Those early days (and nights!) with a newborn can be beautiful, overwhelming, and everything in between. I’m here to be a calm and steady presence, someone who shows up with open arms, a listening ear, and a helping hand. Through Melodies in Bloom Doula Services, I offer both daytime and overnight support. Whether you need extra rest, help with newborn care, or just someone to talk to during a 3 a.m. feeding, I’ve got you. My goal is to support you in a way that feels natural and empowering, like having a good friend who happens to know a lot about babies! You’ve got this… and I’ve got you.

I cannot recommend Trisha highly enough. From the very beginning, she was an incredible source of steady guidance and reassurance as I navigated the unknowns of new motherhood. Her depth of knowledge, calm presence, and thoughtful support made such a meaningful difference during a vulnerable and transformative time. She was always punctual, professional, and completely reliable—but what truly set her apart was the genuine care she showed for our family. She took the time to listen and to support me not just physically, but emotionally. She anticipated needs I didn’t even know I had yet and helped me feel more confident, capable, and at peace in my role as a new mother. Over time, she became far more than just our doula—she became a trusted confidante and a dear friend. Her presence brought comfort and warmth into our home, and I will always be deeply grateful for the role she played in our postpartum journey. Any family would be extraordinarily lucky to have her by their side.
