I simply believe in physiology and a woman's baseline, biological ability to grow, birth and nourish her baby, contrary to a growing system that has taken what is inherently feminine, diminished it, and replaced power, self trust, and raw beauty with self doubt/ fear, control and protocol. A little about me: I am a certified birth doula, wife, and a mother to 3 amazing kiddos! Michael (6), Julia (4) and Damien (2). Becoming a mother, along with witnessing the birth of my niece was the reason I wanted to become a doula. There is so much I wish I would have known when i was pregnant with my first born and so I am passionate about informing moms of their choices and helping them navigate pregnancy and birth.
