Hello to all current and future mothers and families! My name is Sarah. I’ll be turning 20 on July 7th, 2025, and I was born right here in Calgary at Foothills Hospital. I currently work in both the hospitality and retail industries while preparing to launch my practice as a Holistic Doula. Starting a new business comes with its fair share of challenges—especially while working two jobs—but I’m dedicated to growing this practice and creating a supportive, nurturing space for individuals and families as they prepare to welcome a new life. In my spare time, I enjoy reading, singing, swimming, and occasionally acting or dancing. I’ve always had a strong connection with children and have a natural instinct to nurture and protect them. My friends and family often say I bring calm and comfort wherever I go, something I strive to offer every client I work with. As a doula, my goal is to provide compassionate, personalized care to all clients. I welcome people from all walks of life and am committed to treating every individual with dignity, respect, and kindness. I’m especially passionate about supporting those who may not always receive the care and understanding they deserve, including young mothers, individuals with disabilities, and others navigating unique circumstances. Looking forward to connecting with you all! 🤰🫄🫃 Love, Sarah Annaliese

Hi there! My name is Krista, and I am the owner of KKH Doula Services in Calgary, AB, Canada. It is so nice to meet you! I started my doula business in January 2023. I became a postpartum doula after struggling in my own postpartum journey. Lacking my own support, I was diagnosed with postpartum depression and anxiety. It was through my perinatal mental health groups that I learned about postpartum doulas and the amazing work they do! I immediately signed up for postpartum doula training, and the rest is history! I have been so fortunate to have supported many families in their postpartum journey. Families seek me out because of my lived experience with perinatal mental health disorders, grief, and over 12 years' experience in the disability and mental health field. I am described as a kind, calm, hard-working, reassuring, and knowledgeable person, and I bring these qualities to my doula practice. I would be honoured to support you in your own journey! Please reach out for a free consultation to see if I would be the right match for you and your family!

Hello! I’m Nicole, a Birth and Postpartum Doula based in Calgary, Alberta. My motto is simple: Your body. Your baby. YOUR choice. Period. Every human deserves full autonomy over their body—and my role as a doula is to walk beside you through life’s beginnings, endings, and everything in between. Alongside birth and postpartum care, I also serve as an End-of-Life Doula and am expanding my training in infertility, pregnancy, and infant loss support. In addition to being obsessed with babies—just call me the baby whisperer—I’m an animal lover, nature enthusiast, and strong advocate for “bringing back the village.” My practice is rooted in respect for all identities and lived experiences, with a focus on creating compassionate spaces where every voice is celebrated. Supporting families through birth and postpartum is both an honour and a calling I hold close to my heart. Through my own journey of learning how to advocate for myself and navigate our healthcare system, I understand how vital it is to feel heard and respected. My goal is to help give people their voice back—offering unbiased, non-judgmental support, evidence-based information, and personalized care, from prenatal visits and continuous labour support to postpartum guidance and community referrals. I’m especially passionate about serving underserved communities, advocating for inclusive, equitable care, and supporting those who’ve felt dismissed or unheard in healthcare settings. Outside of doula work, I enjoy hiking, camping, cooking, travelling, and going on adventures with my partner and our dog. I firmly believe everyone deserves compassionate support, which is why I offer a sliding scale for my services—making doula care accessible to all families.

Tracy's passion for serving and nurturing people goes way back to childhood. While she often said she wanted to be a waitress when she grew up, she absolutely loved babies and simply wanted to be a mommy - little did she know the 2 were synonymous! Fast forward to adulthood where, thanks to reality TV shows, she became an armchair birth expert. Only to find out with her first pregnancy and birth that she really knew nothing. After having her second baby, she stumbled across doula work and realized how beneficial a supportive birth professional could be, thus realizing her true passion in life (finally!!) Nurturer + passionate about birth + love of babies = the perfect mix for doula work! Tracy is a Certified Childbirth Educator, Birth Doula & Postpartum Doula. When not working, Tracy can can be found spending quality time with her 3 kids. Preferably outside - camping, travelling, seeing and exploring. Or sometimes inside - reading, bingeing on Netflix or blaring music way too loud while she embarrasses her kids with her awesome dance moves.

I’m Adele (she/her), birth and postpartum doula, perinatal educator, Evidence Based Birth Instructor, owner of The Hive Doula Services, RMT, mom to an 18 year old, and born in Ontario but lived in Calgary for almost 21 years. You can find me obsessing over birth photos and placentas, sending birthing videos to my bestie, and dreaming about the birth room. Birth is such a beautiful and empowering moment that we all get to witness. Your birth team should support and honour you, as this is your birth, your body, your baby. As your doula I offer evidence based information and resources. I 100% believe in you and your ability to go through this journey and into parenthood. And will low key throw some throat punches if needed (I’m mostly joking). I truly feel that everyone deserves a doula ♥️. Let’s connect and see if we are a fit.

Hi my name is Madi, and I’m a mixed Acadian/Migmaw birth and end-of-life doula in the Edmonton area. I decided to become a birth worker and end-of-life doula because I believe every single person deserves an advocate. Every person deserves autonomy and the right to make decisions. Every person should be allowed access to traditional medicines. Trained through DONA, I have practiced as a birth worker for about two years. I have serviced births in every Edmonton hospital, and I have experience with at home water births. Birthing to me is a sacred act that should be seen as just that - sacred. It is beautiful, incredibly difficult, joyful and life-changing. When it comes to my end-of-life, I have been certified as an Indigenous End of Life doula via Lifting Their Minds End-of-Life Indigenous Doula Training. It is incredibly important to me to hold space for both the entrance of life, and the departure of life as both worlds can sometimes coincide. I look forward to hopefully connecting with some of you x
