We truly cannot say enough amazing things about Autum Rose! From our very first meeting, she immediately put us at ease. She came to our house for our first meeting, stayed over time, and took the time to explain the entire birth process in so much detail. As first-time parents, this was incredibly helpful and made us feel so much more prepared and confident going into our birth. Little did we know, my water would break that very night! Autum was immediately there to guide us through the next steps and answer all of our questions. She met us at the hospital the following day and stayed with us for over 30 hours. She was there through every moment of our labor, even sleeping on a little bench just to be close by and ready whenever we needed her. She came so prepared with massage tools, different labor positions, room spray, shower gel, and so many other little things that made such a difference. She helped us navigate each stage of labor, provided guidance when we needed it, and helped us have informed and empowered conversations when interventions came up. We always felt supported, heard, and cared for. One of the things we are especially grateful for is that Autum also took photos throughout our labor and birth. Having those moments captured is something we will treasure forever, and we are so thankful that she thought to document such an incredibly emotional and meaningful day for our family. Her care didn’t end when our baby was born, either. Our postpartum visit with Autum was so incredibly healing. Having the time and space to sit down and talk through our birth experience with someone who had been there for every moment meant so much to us. She also brought her massage table and worked on me, helping relieve so much of the tension and soreness I had been carrying. It was such a thoughtful and special part of her care, and we left feeling so supported both physically and emotionally. It is so obvious that Autum truly loves what she does. Her care, passion, patience, and dedication shine through in everything she does. She went above and beyond for us in every possible way, and we feel incredibly lucky that she was the person beside us during such a life-changing experience. We are so incredibly grateful for Autum and everything she did for our family. She made us feel safe, informed, supported, and cared for from the very beginning through postpartum. We will 100% be using her again and cannot recommend her enough to anyone looking for a doula. She is truly one of a kind! ❤️

Hi! My name is Stephanie and I am a Birth Doula, Childbirth Educator, and Birth Story Listener. I felt called to work with birth as a young adult, and love helping folks prepare for and navigate their birth journeys, as well as their relationship to their birth stories. My goal is to help birthing people find an empowered way through whatever comes up for them, and for them to feel supported and seen throughout the process. I also enjoy homeschooling my kids, teaching theater classes, singing in my community choir, and working for a local organic farm at the farmers market in Claremont!

I worked with Stephanie prenatally, during labor/delivery, and postpartum too. She was wonderful to work with, a great listener, guided me and my husband well through what we could expect with having our first child, supported me through my various anxieties, and really showed up for us during labor. She was a vital advocate for me while I was at the hospital. She is knowledgable about Spinning Babies (and has received their training), did a visualization exercise with my husband and I in thinking about the unknowns of parenthood and embracing all that was to come, and she was ready and prepared to support us when she came to the hospital. She supported me emotionally and physically through early labor and all the various interventions that became necessary because I was not dilating and my labor was not progressing. Loved working with Stephanie and would recommend her to anyone for support during the birth or new mom phase of life.

Hi, I'm Monica—the heart behind Bloom & Breathe Doula Co. I'm a proud Mexican and Guatemalan woman, born and raised in Southern California, where family, community, and caring for others have always been at the center of my life. At 31 years old, I've spent the last five years working in the field of child development, supporting children and families through some of their most important milestones. That passion naturally led me to birth work, where I discovered my calling: walking alongside growing families with compassionate, evidence-based care during one of life's most transformative seasons. As mom to an energetic, fun-loving, and incredibly kind two-year-old who wholeheartedly believes he's Spider-Man, motherhood has been the greatest gift of my life, and it's given me a deep appreciation for the joys, challenges, and incredible strength that come with raising a child. Happily married to the man who made me a mom and my biggest source of support throughout my pregnancy, labor, and delivery, he stood beside me every step of the way—offering encouragement, reassurance, and unwavering love. Experiencing that kind of support firsthand shaped my understanding of how powerful it is to feel truly seen, cared for, and advocated for during birth. It's one of the reasons I'm so passionate about ensuring every family feels supported in a way that reflects their own needs and values. I believe every parent deserves to feel heard, respected, and empowered throughout pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. As your doula, my role is to provide continuous emotional, physical, and educational support while honoring your unique preferences, values, and birth goals. Whether you're planning an unmedicated birth, an epidural, a scheduled cesarean, a VBAC, or anything in between, I am committed to creating a calm, judgment-free space where you feel confident making informed decisions for yourself and your baby. My approach is deeply personal because no two families are the same. I take the time to understand your hopes, answer your questions, and support you through every stage of your journey. From prenatal preparation and labor support to postpartum care, my goal is to ensure you always feel informed, nurtured, and never alone. For me, being a doula is about so much more than birth—it's about building meaningful relationships and helping families begin this new chapter feeling confident, supported, and deeply cared for. It would be an honor to walk alongside you, celebrate your strength, and help you welcome your little one with peace, confidence, and unwavering support.

We hired Monica as a postpartum mommy helper starting when our baby was 2 weeks old, and she was wonderful to have during those early, overwhelming weeks. Our baby had some digestive issues and was quite fussy, and Monica was very patient and attentive with him, she had so many practical tips and suggestions for soothing him that genuinely made a difference for our whole household. She has clearly worked with a lot of babies and it showed in how calm and confident she was, even during the hard stretches. She was also wonderful with our 3-year-old, who needed extra attention during this transition, and it meant so much to see him looked after with the same warmth and care. We felt so supported having her with us during this time and would recommend her to any family, especially those navigating a fussy or colicky baby. Thank you, Monica!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Doula Who Was Truly God-Sent! If I could give Nicole Jones more than five stars, I absolutely would! From the introduction to the birth day, I knew we were in the presence of someone truly special. Nicole went above and beyond to create a peaceful, soothing, and comfortable environment for my daughter. She thoughtfully transformed the room with soft mood lighting, flickering candles, the refreshing aroma of eucalyptus, and calming spa music. Every detail reflected her genuine care, professionalism, and dedication to making this experience as beautiful and comfortable as possible. Nicole maintained the highest level of professionalism throughout the entire experience. Her knowledge, expertise, attentiveness, and calming presence were remarkable. She clearly understands her role and carries it out with confidence, compassion, and excellence. She didn’t simply show up to do a job; she created an atmosphere of comfort, reassurance, and support when my daughter needed it most. As a mother, watching my daughter go through childbirth was an emotional and unforgettable experience. Having Nicole there was such a blessing. The level of comfort, care, and support she provided was beyond what I could have hoped for. My daughter was amazing, and I truly believe having Nicole by her side helped make the experience that much more special. Nicole was truly God-sent! You deserve someone who makes you feel cared for, supported, and confident throughout the journey—and Nicole delivers that and more. Nicole, thank you for being such an incredible blessing to my daughter and our family. We are forever grateful for the care you provided. You were exactly who we needed, right when we needed you. May God continue to bless your hands, your heart, and the beautiful work you do for growing families! ❤️

ANGELINA, we have already made it clear to you. You have already went to yelp. We have reviewed your reviews., you go around making bad reviews because at a snap of a finger, one time visit we could not make due to an emergency induction for another mom. Out of 300 births, you are the only person who has ever tried to hurt my business the way you have. I personally feel that you have to heal in your postpartum that’s a priority to me versus my feelings at this point I have parted ways with you for more than one reason this is a public platform and I will not disclose any of your personal information. I did an absolutely fantastic job as doula , I did not ask you to write a review on this website, you made flaws claims and accusations about contracts. I have never made anyone sign. You made false claims about me not being communicative with you about a postpartum visit. You made false claims in regards to my professional professionalism. I helped watch your sweet baby boy while you were able to have a successful delivery. I have treated your family with absolute respect. But one thing I will not tolerate about my business as false accusation.. I will not move forward with any type of care in the future, and we have parted ways.

Carla is a true God send! I'm so grateful to have found her. I was searching for a doula because I needed someone to go into the labor/delivery room and advocate for me should things not go as planned. With her help and guidance, I was able to labor successfully at home, managing my own pain, and she was right there with me to welcome my little one into the world. After leaving the hospital, I struggled tremendously with breastfeeding. She knew how important it was to me so she wouldn't let me give up. Thanks to her wisdom and helpful tips, I successfully nursed my little one for a yr and a half! Thank you again!!

Oh my God, I love Pearl! Every time I need to book an appointment, I look forward to seeing her. During my prenatal visits, she was always so supportive. Whenever I complained about back pain, she would give me a back rub that really helped. She also taught me breathing techniques and shared many helpful tips throughout my pregnancy. After my baby was born, Pearl continued to be an amazing support. She showed me how to bathe my baby and helped me feel more confident as a new mom. She would even watch my baby while I took a shower, ate a meal, or took care of personal things. I highly recommend Pearl to anyone looking for a caring, knowledgeable, and supportive doula. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients!

I have worked closely with Asia for many years and in some very high-intensity, high-performing situations. While I may not have hired her as my doula on account of not being pregnant (because I'm a male) I can definitely recommend her on a professional level. Asia is a very positive and confident person, an intuitive listener, and a selfless caregiver. She is very knowledgeable and is able to deliver quality care and anticipate your needs. She is the type of person I refer my expecting patients to, and the right one for the job of helping you welcome your newest one into the world. I recommend Asia without any reservation or hesitation to anyone in the greater Austin area looking for a competent and confidence-instilling doula!

A calling that has been nurtured for 32 years. I began my career with children as a teenage babysitter. I have been fascinated by child development since I was little more than a child myself. Arriving in the USA in 1991 from Barranquilla, Colombia I was immediately employed by Universal Studios Child Care Center. This experience offered a wide range of infants to care for and deepened my desire to advance in my calling as a childcare specialist. It was in my interactions with various parents that I soon realized how what came naturally to me was frightening to some. In a very short time, parents were asking me to provide services outside of the care center. I was helping with establishing baby sleep schedules, nighttime care and creating baby routines for families. In 1998 I had met my birthing doula trainer and mentor Carmen of Gyntle Touch Birth. At Carmen’s recommendation I also became a certified massage therapist from Touch Therapy Institute. Immediately I offered my time as a birthing and prenatal doula to help low-income unwed mothers. This was my way of giving back in gratitude of my being able to pursue my life’s purpose and obtain a vast amount of experience with a diverse group of mothers. Over the last 32 years I have worked with hundreds of families, from birthing babies, preparing hospital care routines and directives, setting up nursery supplies, prenatal doula, lactation coach, night care, postpartum care, pregnancy and baby massage. Along the way I married and was blessed to deliver my own two children, with my mentor Carmen presiding as my birthing doula. A not so well-kept secret is that my husband and I are gourmet chefs, an additional service many families are excited to have made available to them. I consider myself truly blessed in that I am able to share in the most important part of a family. Incredibly, many of the children I have had a hand in raising continue to contact me throughout their life. I have had the wonderfully good fortune to attend many, confirmations, bar & bat mitzvahs, graduations from elementary, Jr. High, High School, College and recently my first Graduate school ceremony. I respect privacy and discretion, am able to travel, provide meal preparation and offer household management services.

We found Diana through Doulas of OC. She served as our birth doula as well as a postpartum night doula. During the interview, I immediately felt like she'd be a great fit for our family. As a first time mom I wanted someone with lots of experience and Diana came with so much! She came to the house for several prenatal visits to go over my birth preferences as well as provide education, and help prepare me - mentally and physically. She was so helpful in days leading up to delivery when I had questions I could text her or call her. Once my water broke she quickly came to the hospital and was with us until we were ready to go down to the Mother a baby unit. She was another set of ears and eyes during my birth that was amazing to have for me and my partner. Postpartum night visits were incredibly valuable. For helping ensure that my daughter was latching properly, to grabbing me snacks from the fridge in the middle of the night. She was amazing. And our baby now sleeps through the night which she started to do almost by 1 mo; I credit Diana for a lot of the legwork that helped our daughter gain the skills to do that. And she remains in touch which is wonderful. If we have a second baby, Diana will be on speed dial again. If you are able to use Diana you will not be disappointed.

I love writing reviews, but only for people who truly deserve it — and Suzi Schwartz absolutely does! We hired Suzi to help with potty training our daughter, and I honestly cannot thank her enough. Suzi is incredibly knowledgeable, with years of experience, and the moment she explained what was going on and shared her tips, everything finally made sense. I had tried potty training twice on my own before and felt like I failed each time. The third time, I wanted to make sure I didn’t fail again — so I hired Suzi, and it was the best decision. After just one month, my daughter was fully potty trained. She started at 2 years 3 months old and was completely trained by 2 years 4 months. Suzi made the whole process smooth, supported us the entire time, and truly set us up for success. Thank you so much, Suzi. It was wonderful working with you, and I’m so grateful for the amazing outcome!

My passion has always been rooted in childcare, beginning my career as an early childhood educator with a certificate in Child Development and Early Childhood Education from Cerritos College. In 2026, my passion for family building led me to become a gestational surrogate, giving me the incredible opportunity to experience pregnancy, labor, and postpartum recovery for a second time. Having recently gone through postpartum myself, including pumping, Labor, OBYGN appointments I bring even more firsthand knowledge, understanding, and compassion to the families I support. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Becky with Birth to Latch has been absolutely amazing. Our experience with her has brought us so much peace, confidence, and excitement as we prepare to welcome our first baby. Going into this pregnancy, we had no real guidance on what to expect during labor and birth. As a first-time father, I honestly wasn’t sure what my role would be or how I could best support my wife. After attending Becky’s Comfort Measures class, everything changed. I walked away with a clear understanding of my role as a husband and father during labor, along with practical tools and the confidence to be the support my wife deserves. What makes Becky so special is her warmth and kindness. She creates such a safe, welcoming environment that it genuinely feels like you’re learning from a trusted family member rather than someone you just met. She has a gift for making everyone feel comfortable, heard, and empowered. I especially appreciate that Becky doesn’t just focus on preparing moms she places just as much importance on educating and empowering the birth partner. That made a huge difference for us and strengthened our confidence as a team going into this life-changing experience. If you’re looking for a doula who is knowledgeable, compassionate, and truly invested in helping both parents feel prepared, I cannot recommend Becky and Birth to Latch enough. We are incredibly grateful to have her as part of our birth journey.

Hi there! 🤍 Thank you so much for visiting my profile! I’d love to share a little about myself, my journey into birth work, and how I can support you and your family through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period. After the birth of my first daughter, I realized just how unprepared I had been for labor and delivery. Looking back, I felt that too many things had happened to me rather than feeling empowered to make informed decisions based on evidence, my preferences, and my maternal instincts. During my second pregnancy, I knew I wanted a different experience. I immersed myself in research, explored evidence-based birth practices, and became intentional about the kind of birth experience I wanted for myself and my baby. That experience changed everything. I discovered the power of feeling informed, supported, and confident in my choices, and I knew I wanted to help other families experience that same sense of empowerment. What began as a personal journey became a passion for supporting families through one of life’s most transformative seasons. As a doula, my goal is to provide compassionate, judgment-free support that honors your unique needs, values, and vision for your family. Whether you’re preparing for birth, navigating the early days of parenthood, or simply needing someone in your corner, I’m here to offer gentle education, evidence-based information, encouragement, and hands-on support. I believe you deserve to feel heard, respected, and cared for every step of the way. I am trained through DONA International and have additional training in childbirth education and breastfeeding support. As a first-time dad, I wasn’t totally sure what a doula did—I just knew I wanted my wife to feel supported during labor. What I didn’t expect was how much I would benefit from having her there, too. From the moment we hired Janée, she made both of us feel informed, confident, and ready. She took the time to educate us on the stages of labor, comfort techniques, and what to expect in the hospital. By the time my wife went into labor, I actually felt prepared instead of overwhelmed. During the birth, she was absolutely incredible. She supported my wife emotionally and physically, but she also guided me on how to support her better—whether it was suggesting positions, showing me how to apply counter-pressure, or reassuring me when things got intense. I never once felt useless or in the way. Instead, I felt like an active part of the process, which meant everything to me. She created a calm, encouraging atmosphere the entire time. Anytime we had questions, she explained things clearly and helped us feel comfortable with the decisions we were making. Her presence took so much stress off both of us, allowing me to focus on my wife and stay grounded. Looking back, hiring Janée was one of the best decisions we made. She didn’t just support my wife—she empowered me as a husband and new father. If you’re on the fence, especially as a dad, take it from me: a good doula is worth every bit of it. She made our birth experience something we’ll be grateful for forever.

We truly couldn’t have asked for a better newborn care specialist than Zala! She was with us from our very first night home and quickly became an invaluable part of our postpartum experience. As first-time parents, we learned so much from her, and her knowledge, patience, and reassurance helped us feel so much more confident in caring for our daughter. She even helped get our baby sleeping through the night! Zala is incredibly caring, patient, flexible, and reliable, and we always felt completely at ease knowing our baby was in such wonderful hands. Having her support during those early newborn days made such a difference for our entire family. We are so grateful for everything she did for us and would recommend her to anyone in a heartbeat!
