Hi there! I am a current IBCLC student and I have both a doula certification and a lactation educator certification. I have worked with first time parents and even parents having their 5th child. I am no stranger to the ins and outs of having babies and raising kids. I strive to always better myself, I am always reading and learning, so that I can best support the families that I work with. I really aim to support mothers to the best of my abilities. I understand the pros and cons of interventions and can help you understand them as well. I will help you advocate for your dream birth and I will support you with whatever you need.

Josie worked for my family as a nanny to my son, from age 3-10 months. She took excellent care of him and was always so engaged and caring. Her commitment to him and his development meant the world to us.

HI! I'm Catherine, a postpartum doula and sleep consultant in the Charlotte area. I am extremely passionate about women and children and supporting families with new family additions. I have been in newborn care for over 9 years. I also help train little ones to sleep through the night. I'd love to be a part of our postpartum journey. Much love.

Recent review

We used Catherine as a night nurse as well as a sleep trainer. She was invaluable to our family, especially in those first few weeks. She was always prompt, dependable, and truly cared for our sweet girl like she was her own. I had Post Partum Anxiety and Catherine was one of the only people I felt comfortable trusting my daughter with. By 8 weeks old our daughter was sleeping through the night, which was a huge game changer for our family. After a few illnesses my daughter was waking every 2 hours for nearby 8 weeks when she was around 6 months old. I called Catherine and she had our baby back to sleeping through the night in just 3 days. We love her dearly!

Hello! My name is Racquel. I am an advocate to my core. I have always been passionate about advocacy and support. It is my belief that we can all make better decisions when armed with the right information. We have choices in everything we do. I feel that when we make decisions from a place of being informed we feel better about the choices we make. My background is in education, counseling and advocacy. My journey to birth work began after the birth of my son and subsequent pregnancy losses. Through these experiences I was able to see the importance and need of birth workers to support families. Pregnancy, child birth and pregnancy loss are sacred times and can also be scary. It is my goal to help ease the fear and focus more the on the sacredness of this time. All women deserve support regardless of their journey; whether that is pregnancy, miscarriage, still birth, abortion, birth and postpartum.

Welcome to Nest and Nurture Doula Services holding space for your journey into parenthood. My name is Patricia, and I believe that birth is not just a physical event—it’s a sacred passage. As a doula and the heart behind Nest and Nurture Doula Services, I walk beside families during one of the most sensitive, powerful, and life-shaping moments: the creation of new life. Every birth is unique, every mother is different, and every family has its own rhythm. My role is to tune in, listen deeply, and support you in the way that you need most. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach. I tailor my care around your needs—whether that means offering grounding techniques during labor, emotional support for your partner, or simply being a calm, steady presence in the room. My philosophy is simple: when your mind feels safe and supported, your body can do what it was divinely designed to do. My goal is to empower your thoughts so your body can flow with strength, peace, and purpose. At Nest and Nurture Doula Services, we’re not just witnessing a birth—we’re helping nurture the legacy of love, resilience, and belonging you’re creating for your child. You don’t have to do this alone. I’m here to hold your hand, honor your choices, and walk with you—one breath, one wave, one beautiful moment at a time.

I am the Founder and Postpartum Doula behind Healing Touch. Healing Touch was created to support women and their families as they make their journey into parenthood. As a mother myself, I know how having a child transforms who you are, and I am honored to be part of this life-changing process. My desire to become a postpartum doula began after I experienced the struggles that come along with having a newborn. Although the fourth trimester is a very exciting time, it can also be extremely challenging. There was so much I didn’t know, especially around my mental health and what to expect. With my firstborn, my labor and delivery was long and hard, which led me to having certain interventions I didn’t plan on. For the next few months, I had feelings of inadequency and really struggled emotionally. I did not have close family living nearby to help and though it was tough at times, this journey gave me a profound appetite to support others in their postpartum journey. I have a passion for celebrating the postpartum period and educating, empowering, and helping families. When I’m not working as a doula, you can find me at home spending time with my husband and two boys (5 and 7), cuddling up with a good book or boating on Lake Norman.

I am a birth and postpartum doula serving all types of families and birthing people in the Charlotte area. A deeply held belief in intersectionality guided my path to this line of service. As a Black, queer, childless woman, I want to give others the encouragement to advocate for themselves and have the birthing and postpartum experience they dream of. Birth equity is only achievable when the entire person is acknowledged, including their experiences within the racial and social areas of healthcare. Outside of doula work, I recently received an MS in human nutrition. I also offer 1-on-1 wellness guidance sessions where we focus on designing the path to your nutrition goals. All of my offerings are specific to each client's needs and I emphasize our collaborative relationship in order to achieve milestones. Don't hesitate to reach out if something resonates with you! I can't wait to meet you!

She’s amazing- Hire her! I never planned on having a doula as part of my birthing experience, but I am SO grateful I did. Staci educated and enlightened me along the way, which not only granted for an incredible pregnancy and birth, but postpartum season as well. Her gentle and comforting approach is worth its weight in gold. I know my journey would not have unfolded as it did without her expertise. Thank you, Staci, for such an unforgettable, positive experience. ❤️

I’m currently a ProDoula Certified Labor Doula (CD-L) + A Dona International Certified Doula (CD). I am also a Certified Fertility Doula (CFD), Reproductive Health Specialist (RHS), Postpartum Doula (PPD), Newborn Care Specialist (NCS), and Infant Feeding Specialist (IFS). I know it’s a mouthful but it was all totally worth it. I support unmedicated and medicated births and believe they are both outstandingly beautiful. I also specialize in working with LGBTQ+ families. I am obsessed with multiples as a result of my younger twin siblings, Claire and Cooper. Thankfully, my obsession has led me to experience some amazing twin and triplet births (vaginal and cesarean). I also fully support and love those who birth their babies from their bellies. I now offer planned cesarean support as well! I have been trained in a variety of comfort measure techniques including, rebozo, acupressure, massage, guided meditation, and aromatherapy. I am a certified Hypnobabies Hypno-Doula. Additionally, I have significant experience with clients using other forms of Hypnosis for birth. I have a fierce desire to help clients who struggle with walking a unique fertility path. As the first Fertility Doula in Charlotte, NC, I know just how much support surrounding fertility complications and infertility is needed in our community. I have recently started organizing a collective of doulas committed to offering support to families and individuals undergoing any fertility assistance. Fertility work has led me to find passion in also supporting families with surrogates and those going through surrogacy. Breastfeeding/Chestfeeding, pumping, supplementing, and formula feeding are all journeys that I’m in full support of and have significant experience with as well. Cultivating an environment where you can bond with your baby, no matter how you feed them, is one of my favorite things to curate for clients. I’ve always loved supporting people - the deeply and passionately really truly type of love. There is nothing that has ever compared to feeling like I’m living my purpose. Being a doula isn’t what I am meant to do. Being a doula is what I was born to do.

Joy Day

Hi! I’m Joy, a registered nurse turned doula with a deep passion for family, holistic wellness, and empowering women to make confident, informed choices throughout their birth journeys. My background in nursing gives me a strong foundation in evidence-based care, while my heart is rooted in nurturing, education, and emotional support. When I’m not supporting families, you’ll find me baking something homemade, tending to my garden, or spending time with the three little people I love most. After years in nursing, I felt called to follow my deeper passion: walking alongside women as they bring new life into the world. I believe birth is a natural and sacred experience, one that unfolds best when women are trusted, respected, and supported. My approach blends medical knowledge with a holistic perspective, honoring the deep connection between mind, body, and spirit. It’s my greatest joy to help each woman feel seen, cared for, and empowered to make the choices that best serve her family and body. I’d be honored to be part of your story.

My name is Rachel Campbell. I'm a 30-something wife and mama to two crazy kiddos and one dog. I have been immersed in the pregnancy, birth, and postpartum world since 2017 and had two amazing doula-attended births of my own. I decided to take the plunge into doula work in 2021. I completed my CAPPA training in November of 2021 and I'm working toward my official certification. I've seen firsthand what it's like to have long and difficult labors, challenging physical and/or emotional recoveries in the postpartum period, and just about every breastfeeding struggle in the book. It is my hope that the skills I've learned in finding good help and working to identify solutions that aid both Mama AND Baby in equal measure can help other families.

I love helping others and am truly passionate about contributing to the greater good with small acts of kindness every day. My heart is in this work. In high school I learned how much I loved working with kids and their families. When I received consistent praise for my abilities, I committed to nannying for a livelihood. Nineteen years and many episodes of "One Born Every Minute," "A Baby Story," and "Maternity Ward" later, I am pursuing something that has been on my mind since childhood. Through my own therapeutic work and reproductive journey, I knew I had much more to offer than just childcare. I have always been fascinated by the human body and its capabilities during conception, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. Newborn and child development have always been at the forefront of my mind and something I love witnessing as a nanny and aunt. I have been a lifelong learner in these topics. I also love encouraging birthing folx to be empowered and confident in their choices and experiences instead of feeling embarrassment, shame, inferiority, or fear. So, here I am: mindful, present, and full of hope for the futures of new families and children everywhere. Here’s to lifelong learning and growing together to create a kinder, more compassionate, and inclusive world.
