Our baby is due in August, and we would like help with, newborn care (bottle feeding, diaper changes, etc), lactation education, general household help (cleaning, cooking), and postpartum mom support. Night support would be great, but we are still deciding/are flexible. A bonus is someone trained in Traditional Chinese medicine, but not required. Ideally looking for someone that my insurance covers, so budget can also be flexible.

I plan to give birth at home. I already have a midwife. I have 2 toddlers at home as well. I would like to have a water birth. I have an autistic 3 year old daughter and a 2 year old son who might be autistic. I would need help with maintaining schedules and other menial tasks throughout the day. I am also looking for a night nanny to help with said toddlers and the baby throughout the night. My toddlers have been struggling with their sleep schedules and I fear it’ll be twice as hard when the baby arrives.

Plan to give birth at St Peter’s Hospital Not sure on a budget yet I’m interested in giving birth in a hospital without an epidural, but am not 100% sure yet. I would like someone who can coach me through labor, and help me figure out breastfeeding
I am currently in my 24th week of pregnancy, and have so far had a smooth pregnancy. My due date is July 13, 2026 and I plan to give birth at St. Peter's hospital in Albany, NY. We are open to budget, but would like to stay under $3,000. I am not sure if I will need a lactation consultant, but wanted to look at options and learn more so I can make an informed decision about it. My birth plan is to ideally be minimally medicated, and not have a full epidural. I would like to be able to get up and walk around, use the bathroom, and switch birthing positions based on what feels comfortable with minimal limitations. I hope to have a vaginal birth and learn more ways to prepare for a safe one.
Home or birthing center birth preferred. Would like to see if my medical insurance covers any of the cost. Want to have a natural vaginal birth medication free.
