I am planning a hospital birth. I'm unfamiliar with these services so I'm honestly not sure what an appropriate budget would look like. I haven't yet started on my birth plan, but I know that I want more than one child so I'm hoping to make birth as pleasant of an experience as possible so I'll want to do it again! I'm really hoping for someone who is able to be my voice and help me stay educated and in the know throughout this process.
I plan on doing the epidural but I want to ensure I have a vaginal birth

Baby is to not be bathed either.

I am looking for a supportive birth doula for my wife. This is our first time navigating this, and she is starting to experience a lot of anxiety surrounding the labor and delivery process. We are looking for someone who excels in emotional support, anxiety management, and partner coaching so we can both feel confident. We currently plan to give birth at the Etobicoke General Hospital. Our estimated budget for a full birth support package is around $1300 but we are open to discussing rates for the right fit. We really want a doula who can help us advocate for her comfort preferences.
