As a doula, clinical herbalist, and massage therapist, I walk alongside mothers with a presence that is both gentle and deeply grounded. I believe that healing thrives in environments of trust, tenderness, and nourishment, and I cultivate that space for every family I serve. The fourth trimester is a sacred window of transformation, and my role is to help you move through it with steadiness, warmth, and compassionate support. My philosophy is rooted in honoring your intuition and the ancient wisdom of the body. I offer a holistic blend of postpartum care, therapeutic touch, and plant-based remedies to help soothe the nervous system, reduce tension, and support your full-body healing. Whether preparing nourishing meals, providing bodywork, or simply holding space for your emotions, my intention is always the same: to help you feel seen, supported, and deeply resourced as you settle into life with your baby.

Jennifer was absolutely amazing! I cannot recommend her enough. She is an incredible chef, a knowledgeable herbalist, a skilled masseuse, and truly one of the kindest souls I’ve ever met. We feel so blessed to have found her and for everything she has brought into our lives. As a postpartum doula, she was unbelievably supportive. She helped with the baby, cooked nourishing meals for me, and did light household chores—relieving so much pressure during those early weeks. She meal-prepped any recipe I requested and offered thoughtful suggestions based on where I was in my postpartum journey.  Her herbal remedies were also a game changer. She created custom teas to support when I had low iron and low vitamin D, as well as one one to help with UTIs. Her tinctures are some of the best I’ve ever tasted—smooth rather than harsh. I especially loved the schisandra berry elixir, the lion’s mane elixir, and the cacao reishi elixir. I also used her seasonal oxymel for allergies. Her skincare products are equally amazing; her womb-warming oil and belly balm tallow both smelled incredible and made me feel so cared for. On top of all that, she is a fantastic masseuse. She even taught me a few massage techniques to help break down scar tissue from my emergency cesarean. If you’re looking for a kind, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated doula, Jennifer is your lady!

Hello, my name is Alyx Cucci and I am a certified birthworker living in the beautiful Pacific Northwest. I have personally experienced a hospital birth, a birth center birth as well as a home birth and although they were all exceptionally different I loved each of them equally. As a birthworker I am a firm believer in the magic that is created by a birthing person and their partner during the entirety of the birth process. I am always grateful to be chosen as a witness to these extraordinary experiences and my ultimate hope is that I am more of a witness than anything else. I work hard to educate and empower a couple before the arrival of their baby so when the time comes, they are able to confidently and comfortably take control of their birth with me their merely as an extra set of hands when needed or sometimes to simply hold space. I also believe that there is a birthworker for everyone. We are not one size fits all and neither are you. And….THATS OKAY. I love chatting with potential clients and seeing if we are a match. Most often we are, and sometimes we are not. Childbirth can make women feel vulnerable and unsure. They need somebody they can completely trust and open up to. Somebody they can feel vulnerable and unsure with. And let’s be honest, sometimes we just done jive with others. I want potential clients to understand that I am just one type of doula. I am open and honest and blunt. I believe in this magic down in the deepest parts of my soul. I am knowledgeable and empowering; I care genuinely for each of my clients but I am not the fit for every woman. Thankfully, if I am not, there is another who is. And I want you to have that birthworker attend your birth and stand witness to your miracle. Lets chat, no hard feelings. 😊

Birth is a beautiful time for support and connection, and the loving care you receive from your support team is a transformative way to begin the new phase of life that your baby is starting! I’m a certified birth and postpartum doula serving the Corvallis area. I also have my Traditional Healthcare Worker certification and am a member of the Community Doula Program and will be able to bill Medicaid by the end of March. I am nonbinary and welcome trans and gender non-conforming clients and families. I have two young children and have lived experience with prematurity, NICU stays, and pregnancy loss. I have experienced several different birthing situations. Additionally I have personal experience and experience working as a doula for several infants who struggle to feed and gain weight. I grew up in Corvallis and feel deeply connected to the community here. I worked in early childhood education for several years after graduating from UO while also moving around the country, enjoying spending time in both San Francisco, CA and Austin, TX. Both of those cities also allowed me to pursue modern dance which I’ve enjoyed since I was a child! Dancing, yoga, and movement are a huge part of who I am and there’s a deep connect for me between movement and birth work. I find joy, peace, and belonging in movement, building community and sharing the things I love with my children.

I felt so cared for and supported by Heather during my postpartum as a first time mom. Their guidance helped me practically and, more importantly, emotionally, as I navigated becoming a mother. Heather was there for me during my hardest and longest days and nights. Heather is a pillar of strength and support, and full of endless wisdom. They are also well connected in our community, which helped me and my little one connect with professional support like lactation consultants, and also with mom support groups and other families, bringing us into the wonderful world of parenthood surrounded in community.

Now Booking for summer 2026! I believe everyone deserves a village. I also know that asking for help, especially during the transition to parenthood, is one of the bravest and most vulnerable things a person can do. My role as a postpartum doula is to come alongside families during this tender season, helping them identify their unique needs and supporting them as they grow into their new roles. One of the greatest gifts I can offer is helping families feel more rested, confident, and resourced. I approach each family with care and curiosity, always honoring their culture, beliefs, values, hopes, and goals. By centering your family’s identity, I can help support a home that truly reflects who you are. I have experience working with a wide range of families and circumstances, including addiction recovery, infants with special needs, and sleep support. No two families are the same, and I believe deeply that what works beautifully for one family may not work at all for another. As a postpartum doula, my primary goal is to meet families exactly where they are. By getting to know you and your needs, I can offer thoughtful, individualized support that helps establish a balanced and nurturing home. I try to be a non-judgmental, compassionate presence and someone who accepts you as you are and supports you as you become the parents you hope to be. I aim to be your biggest cheerleader, offering reassurance, practical help, and guidance along the way. At this time, I provide overnight postpartum care exclusively. ⸻ About Me As a mother to a vivacious pre-teen, I’ve experienced both the profound joys and the very real challenges of motherhood. While my kiddo and I are happy and healthy today, our early years were marked by unexpected hospital stays, long periods of solo parenting, and eventually the work of building a successful co-parenting relationship. These experiences shaped me deeply and ignited my passion for supporting families navigating recovery, mental health challenges, past trauma, limited support systems, and complex family dynamics. When I gave birth in 2013, I had no idea postpartum doula support even existed. I believed new parents were simply supposed to figure it out on their own, and if they struggled, it meant they were failing. I now know how UNTRUE and harmful that belief can be. My mission is to ensure families know that support is available, and that they were never meant to do this alone. Before becoming a postpartum doula, I spent more than 20 years working as a nanny and childcare provider and earned an associate degree in pre-education. Four years ago, a friend introduced me to postpartum doula work, a role I had never heard of, but instantly knew was meant for me. Within weeks, I began my training, and I’ve never looked back. I wake up every day feeling grateful to do work that is meaningful, supportive, and deeply aligned with who I am. As a lifelong night owl who spent years trying to fit into a morning-person world, I’ve finally found my calling providing overnight postpartum care during my natural “prime time” hours. Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, I’ve been happily married to my best friend and biggest cheerleader for over three years. Together, we’ve blended our family with my kiddo and his son. Now that our children are older, we share a passion for travel, curiosity, and fully experiencing the world around us. After years of letting life pass by, I now make a conscious effort to savor experiences (big and small) as they come. My friends and family often joke about my boundless energy and zest for life, and together with my husband and kids, we are always embracing what comes next.

From our very first introductory meeting, Larah immediately put me at ease. She was open, thoughtful, and generous with her time, patiently answering all of my (many!) questions and helping me feel confident as I searched for the right support for my baby on the way! Throughout the first four months of our baby’s life, Larah was incredibly dependable, gentle, and kind. She brought a calm, reassuring presence each night and offered helpful insights and guidance whenever questions came up. What we appreciated most was her balance: she provided expert suggestions when needed, but was also completely respectful and supportive when we wanted to follow our own instincts or adjust our approach. Larah clearly gave so much genuine love and care to our baby, and that meant the world to us as new parents. She was always willing to tap into her wider resource network if additional support or information was needed, which made us feel even more supported. We are deeply grateful for her care and would wholeheartedly recommend her to any family looking for a compassionate, knowledgeable night doula.

HEY NEW BESTIE, I'M KIM AND I'M SO GLAD YOU'RE HERE. I am the owner and head doula for Birthing Days doula birth and postpartum services and education. I’m a certified birth and postpartum doula, childbirth educator, and sleep consultant. My passion is helping families feel confident, supported, and cared for through every stage of pregnancy, birth, and life with a newborn. I believe that every family’s journey is unique, and my role is to walk alongside you with encouragement, evidence-based information, and nonjudgmental support. Whether I’m guiding you through labor, helping you adjust during those tender postpartum weeks, teaching you the tools for an empowered birth, or supporting your baby’s sleep journey, my goal is always the same: to nurture your confidence and help you feel calm, capable, and cared for. A little about me: I was born and raised in Oregon, and I truly love all four seasons—each one brings its own joy and beauty. I’ve been married to my best friend for 24 years, and together we’ve raised three amazing children who continue to inspire me every day. When I’m not working with families, you’ll probably find me reading a good book, getting in a workout, or spending time outdoors camping and traveling. Disneyland has a special place in my heart, and I love creating memories there with my family. On game days, you’ll almost always catch me cheering for my teams—I’m a huge Oregon Ducks and Notre Dame Irish fan! Why I do this work: Motherhood and family life have shown me just how powerful, challenging, and beautiful these seasons can be. I know firsthand how important it is to feel supported, respected, and empowered—and that’s what I want every family I work with to experience. If you’re looking for someone who will meet you with compassion, encouragement, and a personalized approach, I’d be honored to walk alongside you on this journey
