Hi new parents! I’m Eliana and I am a postpartum doula with over ten years of experience serving growing families. In addition to my work as a doula, I am also a perinatal yoga teacher; I believe that the mind-body connection is essential for postpartum healing and recovery. I incorporate yoga and mindfulness practices into my doula work, offering families tools to help them feel more grounded, centered, and peaceful during this time of transition.
