Hi, I’m Natasa. I’m a PNSW and postpartum doula with over 17 years of experience supporting families through pregnancy, postpartum, newborn care, and all the real-life things that happen once a baby comes home. My approach is calm, practical, and very much based on what your family actually needs that day. Some days that means caring for baby so you can rest, shower, eat, or just have a minute to yourself. Other days it may mean helping with feeding routines, diapering, soothing, naps, baby laundry, bottles, or resetting the baby areas so the day feels a little less chaotic. I’m not there to judge your home, tell you you’re doing it wrong, or make postpartum feel like another thing you have to manage perfectly. I’m there to step in, support you, and help make the day feel more manageable. A big part of how I support families is by noticing where things are getting stuck and helping create simple routines or systems that make sense for your home. Nothing fancy. Nothing overcomplicated. Just practical support that helps your household run a little smoother while everyone is adjusting. Postpartum can feel like a lot, especially when you’re tired, healing, feeding, learning your baby, and trying to keep the house from staging a small rebellion. My goal is to be another capable, calm person in the room so you don’t have to carry everything on your own.

Hello! I am a certified labour doula, postpartum doula and childbirth educator. I love helping people feel educated and prepared to welcome their new little one. Everyone deserves good and equal care and I am here to make sure you are heard and respected to have a better birth experience.

Hello! My name is Katie :) As a birth and postpartum doula, I am passionate about honouring the birth and postpartum experience; by helping families feel supported, informed and heard throughout the process. Having experienced three beautiful births at home, I have a deep respect for the physical, emotional and immensely personal journey of bringing a baby into the world. My personal experience has lead me here - pursuing a career in birth work that is rooted in compassion, respect and empowerment for ALL families regardless of structure, identity or birth preferences. When I’m not working with families, you’ll usually find me at home in Grimsby, Ontario with my partner, our three kids, and two dogs - embracing the beautiful chaos of family life. I love practicing yoga, kitchen dance parties and you can usually spot me in the stands as that overly enthusiastic mom cheering way too loudly at my kids’ sports games.

Welcome! I’m Anna. I have a Health Science degree from the University of Waterloo, over 150 hours of university-level education in breastfeeding, and extensive clinical training in lactation support, in addition to my doula certification. I have attended over 100 births across five hospitals, three birth suites, and many (many) homes. I specialize in supporting gentle hospital births for high-risk pregnancies and IVF families. My services are often recognized by insurance providers like Sun Life and Carrot, as well as many HSAs and wellness spending accounts. Let’s connect for a chat. I’d love to help you find calm and confidence on your journey!

Hey everyone! My name is Chantell, and I am a Certifying Birth and Postpartum Doula located in Brampton, ON, Canada. I love all things about bringing new life into the world and the early years! With over 15 years of experience supporting children, youth, and families, my journey into doula work is rooted in a lifelong calling to nurture and uplift others. From babysitting, daycare assistant, children and youth mentorship to foster care, autism therapist and intervention support worker, I’ve always found purpose in creating safe, loving spaces for growth and transformation. As a sister, godmother, and dog mom, I bring a unique, empathetic lens to every family I serve—meeting you right where you are, without judgment or expectation. I’m deeply passionate about helping families feel safe, seen, and supported during the sacred transitions of birth and postpartum. I specialize in nurturing peaceful environments where your voice and choices are honoured. Whether you're preparing for your first birth or growing your family, I offer hands-on support, informed guidance, and a steady, affirming presence every step of the way. Hi, I’m Angelina, co-founder of Cradira and a Perinatal Support Worker/Postpartum Doula serving families across the Greater Toronto Area. I provide overnight postpartum support for expecting and new parents who need more rest, more reassurance, and fewer “are we supposed to know what we’re doing?” moments. My work includes newborn care, postpartum recovery support, feeding and sleep guidance, emotional reassurance, and practical help with the everyday reality of life after baby arrives. Because yes, the baby is a big part of postpartum. Obviously. But so are the dishes, the laundry, the night plan, the feeding setup, the relationship stress, the texts from people asking how they can help, and the fact that someone still needs to know where the clean sleepers are. Over the last 25 years, I’ve learned that families usually don’t need more pressure or perfect-parent advice. They need someone calm, experienced, and practical who can walk into the real-life version of their home and help things feel a little less chaotic. Many of the families I support are also carrying more than newborn care alone: anxiety, depression, PMADs, fertility stress, loss, neurodivergence, relationship strain, or the pressure of being the person who usually keeps everything running. I don’t diagnose or provide therapy, but I am very comfortable supporting families where these realities are part of the picture. That might mean taking over baby care so parents can sleep, supporting a feeding plan, talking through newborn sleep, helping with bottles or pump parts, giving parents a chance to rest, or helping make the household pieces a little easier to manage. Sometimes the biggest relief is not a complicated plan. It’s someone saying, “Okay. Here’s what we’re going to tackle next.” My approach is warm, inclusive, evidence-informed, and rooted in real life. I’m not here to tell families there is one right way to do this. I’m here to help them feel steadier, more supported, and less like they have to hold everything in their heads. Baby doesn’t need perfection. Your family needs steady support, realistic plans, and someone calm in the room when everything feels like a lot.

My name is Jocelyn Frank. I am a Doula, Childbirth Educator, and studying for my IBCLC exam. I serve women and families all over Toronto. I am passionate about helping women learn about physiological birth. I believe every woman deserves to experience a peaceful birth and I help them achieve it. Hi, I’m Patice, a full-spectrum doula serving Toronto and the GTA. Nine years of supporting individuals and families has taught me every person comes into pregnancy, birth, and postpartum with their own story, priorities, and idea of what support should look like. That’s why I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to doula care. My role is to understand what matters most to you and adapt my support as your needs and preferences evolve. Whether we’re talking through options during a prenatal visit, adjusting to unexpected changes in plans, finding ways to make labour more comfortable, or simply making space for a pause in the middle of it all, my goal is always the same: to help you feel informed, respected, and confident in the decisions you’re making. Good support isn’t about taking over. Support can be active in quiet ways. Sometimes it looks like breaking down options when things feel uncertain, so you can decide what feels right for you. Sometimes it looks like stepping back so you can focus on what your body and instincts are telling you. And sometimes it is simply making the space feel steady enough that you can pause and decide what comes next. The right support doesn’t draw attention to itself. It helps you feel more capable of navigating what is in front of you. Clients often describe me as calm, practical, and easy to talk to.

Hello birthing parents! My name is Linda May. I am an experienced doula ( over 12 years ), with a passion for helping clients who have experienced birth trauma. Congratulations on beginning your journey into motherhood! As a mother of four babies I remember what an exciting but also a little frightening time this is. I love being a doula because I can help women decrease their fear and turn it into empowerment. My background as a nurse helps me to understand the scientific evidence that shows having a doula as part of your birth decreases labour times and the need for interventions. It is wonderful that you’ve been able to reach out and find support. As Ina May Gaskin said, we are not lemons! I strongly resonate with her belief that we were created to birth, and it would be my honour to support you and help give you the birth that you are looking for, whatever that means for you. Sincerely, Linda May. Ps. Please bear with me with regards to my social media presence! I am in the process of updating everything including my website. Anything you wish to know please do not hesitate to contact me directly. (519)852-4064
