When I had my children I found the hardest part was the never-ending well-intentioned advice from my mother, mother-in-law, and friends. I was beginning to doubt myself as a mom. Back then sleep coaching wasn’t a thing. I wish I knew what I know now, and wish there were sleep coaches when my children were little as it would have spared me so many tearful and sleepless nights. My passion and desire are to help women and families through these endless sleepless nights. I am a certified health coach, concentrating on the woman and her health and wellbeing. I firmly believe that you need to be good to yourself so you can be good for your family, and the best gift is the gift of precious sleep! After becoming a health coach I had more of a desire to help young growing families, so after extensive research, I joined the Gentle Sleep training program.
