Plan to give birth in the hospital and I don’t have a huge budget but it depends. I don’t have a solid birth plan but i definitely want the epidural and the shots and eye ointment for my baby. I want delayed cord clamping and immediate skin to skin with the baby. No episiotomy unless 1000% necessary. I’m switching to tricare so I’m looking ahead of time for if there is anyone available

Hi ! My wife and I are local to Northeast Tacoma, and we’re expecting our first child on September 21, 2026. I wanted to reach out to learn more about your postpartum doula services and see what your availability looks like over the next few months. We’re especially interested in overnight support after the baby arrives. Since this is our first child, we would really value someone who can help us feel more confident during the newborn stage, support us with nighttime care and feeding routines, and help us understand what is normal as we adjust to life with a new baby. Ideally, we’re looking for someone who can assist with things such as soothing and settling the baby, diaper changes, bottle preparation or bringing the baby to my wife for breastfeeding, burping, helping the baby return to sleep, washing bottles or pump parts, and offering practical guidance when needed. We would also appreciate support that allows my wife to recover and both of us to get more consistent rest. We’re still figuring out exactly how many nights per week and how long we would need support, so we’d love to hear about the schedules and packages you offer. Hello. This is my first pregnancy and I plan on giving birth in a hospital setting. My husband said it would wise to get a dula. I do want to go towards the holistic way. Unmedicated. Ideally I want the least amount of interventions and someone who can vouch for me in a time of need. A dula that speaks English and is on the spiritual side of things. Working for more than 5 years

Tacoma general, hopefully keeping it to a minimum but i want to give birth i medicated. I make it to a 9 every time with no epidural but not the right support. I want to try laboring in the tub if needed, just no medications, delayed cord clamping, golden hour skin to skin and absolutely no episiotomy

I am looking for a birth doula for a first time mother, I will be attempting to give birth in a hospital (preferably a baby friendly hospital in Kirkland, to promote breastfeeding) but i want to avoid medications and surgeries if possible. I dont have a set budget, I will be saving for this during the next few months and asking my family for assistance if they have anything to help.
