I provide support through pregnancy, birth, postpartum, newborn care, and pregnancy loss, with the goal of making sure every family I work with feels heard, cared for, informed, and supported. I’m also a Certified Breastfeeding Specialist, Pediatric Sleep Consultant, and Newborn Care Specialist, which allows me to continue supporting families well beyond the birth itself. I’m there. My approach is nurturing, hands-on, and judgment free. I’ll educate you, advocate for you, encourage you, and remind you that your voice matters. I’m not there to tell you what your birth or postpartum experience should look like. I’m there to help you feel confident making the choices that feel right for you and your family. I'm called Your Favorite Doula for a reason... I want you to feel like you have someone in your corner who genuinely cares about you, your baby, and your experience

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Cheryl and the support she provided throughout my pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience. From the beginning, Cheryl and I connected so well, and I immediately felt comfortable with her. As a first-time mom, that was so important to me. I was in a new city, delivering at a new hospital, and trusting a care team I had never worked with before, so having someone in my corner who I genuinely trusted made such a difference. One of the things I appreciated most was how much Cheryl prepared both my husband and I before I went into labor. She helped us create our birth plan, taught us different exercises, positions, and circuits I could use to prepare for labor and during labor, and most importantly, taught us how to advocate for ourselves and communicate what I wanted during my birth experience. That preparation gave us so much more confidence going into the hospital. Her support continued immediately after I gave birth. Cheryl helped me navigate those first moments of postpartum, including helping my baby latch for breastfeeding, which meant so much to me as a first-time mom. She made sure I felt supported, comfortable, and cared for during such a new and vulnerable moment. What makes Cheryl even more amazing is that her care didn’t stop after I gave birth. Five months postpartum, she STILL checks in, not only to see how I’m doing and adjusting to motherhood, but also to ask about my baby and my husband. She remembers our names, asks about each of us, and genuinely cares about how we’re doing as a family. She has also made it a priority to hear and understand my experience as a first-time Black mother, which has been incredibly meaningful to me. Her support has never felt like simply providing a service and moving on once the baby was born. The connection we built is genuine, and it’s clear that Cheryl truly cares about the mother, the baby, and the family as a whole. I’m so grateful that Cheryl was part of such an important chapter in our lives. She made me feel heard, prepared, cared for, and supported during one of the biggest transitions of my life. If you’re looking for a doula who is knowledgeable and compassionate but also someone who will genuinely get to know you and care about your family beyond your delivery day, I HIGHLY recommend Cheryl. ❤️

I’m a DONA certified birth and postpartum doula who blends city grit with grounded, nature-rooted care. My journey began by supporting friends through birth and postpartum while navigating the unpredictable life of a military family. A path that taught me flexibility, compassion, and a deep respect for the strength of parents. Before becoming a doula, I worked as a corrections officer, where I learned to stay calm under pressure and advocate fiercely for others. Today, I bring that same steady confidence to the families I serve through pregnancy, birth, and early parenthood. Once a city girl and now deeply connected to nature, I offer a balance of strength and softness in my work as a birth and postpartum doula, infant sleep consultant, and placenta encapsulation specialist. I also provide traditional belly binding support to promote healing, grounding, and body awareness during the postpartum transition. As a mom to two spirited boys and two lovable fur babies, I know firsthand how messy, magical, and transformative those early days can be. My goal is to walk beside you with knowledge, warmth, and zero judgment. Whether you’re preparing for birth, navigating postpartum recovery, supporting your body’s healing journey, or finding rhythm and rest with your newborn. I’m honored to support families through every layer of this season- body, mind, and heart.

From our very first phone call, I knew Lindzee and I would get along and work well together. I could not imagine going through labor without Lindzee by my side. When I went into labor, Lindzee came to our home and stayed through the night, helping me progress and supporting me through every stage. Once we went to the hospital, her guidance, encouragement, and gentle push helped me keep going, especially when we worked together to help get my daughter into the right position. Although my labor ultimately did not go the way I had hoped or expected, Lindzee was there every step of the way with love, support, reassurance, and comfort. She helped me feel heard and cared for during some of the hardest moments of my birth experience. One of my favorite memories that I still think about is when I needed a distraction during my long labor, and Lindzee and I ended up playing Tapple while my mom watched us. It was such a simple moment, but it perfectly captures the kind of support she gave me, helping me through the difficult moments while also making me laugh and feel like myself. We bonded throughout my long labor, and I feel incredibly lucky that I gained not only an amazing doula but also a friend through this experience. I will always be grateful for Lindzee and the role she played in bringing my daughter into the world. I truly cannot recommend her enough.

I found Camila through Carrot’s recommended list of postpartum doulas, and as a first-time mom, I’ll admit I was nervous about having someone else care for my daughter. After our consultation, I had such a good feeling about Camila, and that’s where it all began. We had Camila with us for six weeks, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better postpartum doula. Her experience with babies is evident in everything she does. She cared for my daughter as if she were her own—with so much patience, love, and understanding, even through the most restless nights. Beyond caring for my daughter, Camila was also an incredible source of support for me. She gave me so many helpful tips and advice as a new mom, and I’m incredibly grateful for the confidence she helped give me during those early weeks. She was not only our doula but also became a friend who was there to help me navigate the ups and downs of new motherhood. Knowing my daughter was in such capable and loving hands allowed me to truly rest at night, which was invaluable during those first six weeks. I’m so grateful we found Camila and would highly recommend her to any new mom looking for compassionate, experienced, and trustworthy postpartum support. She was such an important part of our transition into parenthood, and we’ll always appreciate everything she did for our family.

Hello there! My name is Sharon Jensen-Cody, and I'm thrilled to connect with you here. In my world, I share my life with my wonderful husband and our 2 kids who fill our days with joy and surprises. My journey into the world of birth-work stems from a deep-rooted passion for pregnancy and childbirth that took hold of me at a young age. The pivotal moment came when I witnessed my sister giving birth when I was just 17. The duality of the experience, both challenging and profoundly beautiful, left an indelible mark on me. My mission as a DONA trained Birth Doula is rooted in empowering women to shape their birth experiences according to their desires. I am dedicated to championing maternal-fetal health and providing unwavering support to women as they embark on one of life's most incredible journeys. I am here to walk alongside you, offering mental, emotional, and physical guidance to make your birth journey a truly empowering and memorable one. I am also a certified pediatric sleep consultant, passionate about teaching families how to gain restorative sleep with their little ones. I look forward to the privilege of being a part of your birth story and helping you navigate this extraordinary time in your life.

Working with Sharon was one of the most reassuring parts of our entire birth experience. From the very beginning, her communication style put us at ease. She paid close attention to the details of our birth plan and made sure our preferences were understood and respected throughout the process. One thing we especially appreciated was her flexibility around when to join us at the hospital. She checked in often, helped us navigate the early stages from afar, and arrived right when we entered active labor. From that moment on, her presence made a noticeable difference. She helped lower our stress, and we trusted her implicitly in how she advocated for us with the nursing staff. Her strong rapport with the team at Woodland Hills Kaiser Permanente made everything feel that much smoother. Sharon’s depth of experience came through in every interaction. She was calm when we needed calm, confident when we needed guidance, and always focused on making sure we felt supported. We’re incredibly grateful for her and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to any family looking for a doula who is both highly skilled and genuinely compassionate. 10 out of 10 would highly recommend.

From the moment I stepped into the world of birth and postpartum work, I knew this was my calling. I’m a Birth & Postpartum Doula and Newborn & Infant Care Specialist serving families across the Bay Area and East Bay, with a background grounded in evidence-based care, cultural sensitivity, and a genuine passion for supporting parents during one of the most transformative seasons of their lives. My training includes Cross-Certification through ProDoula as a Certified Postpartum & Infant Care Doula, Hospital Friendly Doula (HFD) Certification as a Birth and Postpartum Doula, Newborn Care Specialist certification through the University of Colorado, CPR & First Aid through the Menlo Park Fire Department, CERT Member through the Menlo Park Fire Department, Child Development through Abilene, continuing education in Lactation (UCSD), Infant Massage, and professional development in Sleep Shaping/Sleep Training through Summer Sleep Secrets. I am also an active volunteer doula at Alta Bates Summit Medical Center, supporting birthing people and families from diverse backgrounds. Families often describe my approach as a blend of warmth, intuition, and grounded professionalism. I deeply believe in meeting each family where they are — without judgment, without pressure, and with a plan that reflects their unique rhythms, identities, and goals. I proudly support LGBTQ+ families, offering fully inclusive, gender-affirming care and language so every parent feels safe, welcomed, and respected. My philosophy is rooted in gentle structure and the Montessori method, encouraging independence for both parents and babies through simple, responsive routines. I specialize in newborn behavior, feeding, sleep foundations, and emotional support — helping families understand their baby’s cues and build healthy rhythms from the very beginning. One of my strongest areas of expertise is sleep shaping, using age-appropriate techniques that allow many babies to sleep through the night by 4–5 months, always with a respectful, attachment-minded approach. Clients often share that I have an effortless way of integrating into the home, anticipating needs before they are spoken, and creating an environment of peace, order, and emotional safety. Whether supporting breastfeeding, troubleshooting sleep, soothing a fussy newborn, guiding siblings, or caring for a recovering parent, my goal is always the same: to bring calm, clarity, and confidence to the postpartum experience. For me, being a doula is more than a profession — it’s a devotion to nurturing, empowering, and walking alongside families during a beautiful and vulnerable chapter. Every home I enter becomes part of my heart, and it is an honor to support parents as they grow into their new roles with confidence, joy, and rest. If you’re looking for someone who will care for your baby with tenderness, support your recovery with evidence-based expertise, honor your family’s identity, and guide you with compassion every step of the way, I would be honored to walk this journey with you.

I had the pleasure of working with Josy as my postpartum doula, and I cannot recommend her highly enough. From day one, she was incredibly respectful of our family's needs and preferences, always communicating clearly and checking in to make sure we felt supported. Josy's knowledge of infant care is exceptional. She guided us through everything from feeding and sleep routines to soothing techniques with confidence and expertise. She supported me on my nursing journey and with infant massage, especially tummy massage in the early weeks. What truly impressed me was her commitment to continuously learning and deepening her skills—she stayed current with the latest research and best practices, which gave me tremendous peace of mind during those early weeks. Her calm and joyful presence and genuine care made such a difference during a vulnerable time. If you're looking for a postpartum doula who is professional, knowledgeable, and truly dedicated to her craft, Josy is an outstanding choice. Beyond her technical expertise, what truly set Josy apart was her extraordinary kindness and emotional intelligence. She understood that welcoming a newborn into the family is about so much more than feeding schedules and sleep—it's about navigating a profound life transition with all its joys and challenges. Josy met us exactly where we were, without judgment, and created a safe space for us to ask questions, express concerns, and adjust to our new reality. Her deep understanding of the needs of families with newborns was evident in countless small but meaningful ways. She anticipated our needs before we even voiced them, whether it was preparing a nourishing snack, tidying up the kitchen so we could rest, or simply sitting with me during a difficult moment and offering reassurance. She recognized when I needed encouragement and when I just needed someone to listen. Josy also showed remarkable sensitivity to the dynamics of our whole family. She understood that postpartum support isn't just about the baby—it's about caring for parents as they adjust to their new roles, managing recovery, sleep deprivation, and the emotional roller coaster of those first weeks. Her presence brought a sense of calm and competence that allowed us to feel more confident as parents. What I valued most was her genuine warmth and the way she made us feel seen and supported as individuals, not just clients. Josy truly cares about the families she works with, and that compassion shines through in everything she does. Having her by our side during those precious early weeks was an invaluable gift.

Hi I'm Kyndal! My path into postpartum care began in 2017 as a nanny for families with newborns. I had the privilege of growing alongside many families during their baby's first year of life, most of them first-time parents. While I loved caring for newborns, I quickly realized my true passion was educating and supporting parents as they transitioned from the hospital to home. Over the years, I have had the opportunity to work with a wide variety of families, including those welcoming premature babies, growing their families through adoption or surrogacy, and, most recently, caring for twins and multiples, a specialty that has become one of my most recent favorites. In 2021, I completed my training through Newborn Care Solutions to become a Newborn Care Specialist, allowing me to deepen my knowledge and provide even more comprehensive support to families. Then, in 2024, while working with a family on newborn sleep, I was given the opportunity to pursue my certification as a Postpartum Doula. After becoming certified, I retired from full-time nannying to dedicate my career exclusively to overnight postpartum care. My career and entrepreneurial journey have uniquely positioned me to support families beyond the traditional six-week postpartum period. Rather than offering short-term care, I work with families for 16 to 21 weeks. This extended support allows us to establish healthy newborn sleep habits from the very beginning while giving parents a trusted newborn guide they can rely on during one of the biggest transitions of their lives. My goal is to support your entire family, not just your baby. From your in-home newborn care and postpartum preparation class during pregnancy to my very last overnight, I am there to support your physical recovery, emotional well-being, and growing confidence as a parent. I don't believe my role ends when things become more challenging. Babies change quickly, and every stage brings new questions, new routines, and new adjustments. I want to walk alongside your family through those changes, helping you troubleshoot, adapt, and discover what works best for your unique home. When my time with your family comes to an end, my hope is that you don't feel overwhelmed or uncertain. Instead, I want you to feel rested, supported, educated, If you're looking for a postpartum doula who prioritizes your recovery while helping your baby build healthy sleep habits from the very beginning, I'd love to connect. I specialize in long-term support, partnering with families for a minimum of 16 weeks to create lasting routines and confidence.

My Husband , 3 kids & I just bought a house in Sacramento county 💖💪🏻 I just finished up sleep training a set of twins and would like to book my next growing family’s in the Sacramento & surrounding areas. I’m registered with Trustline, Carrot Insurance approved, up to date with liability insurance as well as Adult & Pediatric CPR /AED certification. I’ve got years of continuous hands on experience working with Singletons , multiple sets twins & one set of triplets . I’m hoping to continue my career & passion back home. Nurturing families through the 4th trimester, setting up a solid & smooth foundation. ✨The most rewarding part of my “job” is guiding new parents through the first stages of Motherhood, giving parents the confidence & assurance that they’ve got this!! It goes by so quickly! Especially after birth… the hormones, fear & doubt are SO real! People rarely talk about the postpartum experience.

Hi, I'm Carrie-Lee! I'm a postpartum specialist with over fifteen years supporting families. Families I've worked with often say the same thing, that I put them instantly at ease, that I teach without ever making them feel overwhelmed, and more than one has told me they felt like they won the lottery finding me. That means everything to me. I raised three wildly creative, wonderfully unique kids to adulthood, and that experience shapes everything I bring into a family's home. Over the years I've kept training so I could support postpartum families in every direction they need it, baby care, parent education, helping parents sleep, helping baby sleep, meal prep, lactation support, all of it. So instead of piecing together three or four different specialists, you get one person who already knows your family. I'm laid back, calm under pressure, and genuinely love what I do. When I'm not with a family you'll find me camping, roller skating, gardening, canning, practicing archery, or slowly working my way toward conversational Spanish. We had an exceptional experience with Carrie-Lee. As first-time parents bringing our newborn home, having her support as our postpartum doula made an incredible difference for our family. From the moment we met her, Carrie-Lee was warm, kind, and immediately put us at ease. Her extensive knowledge and experience with newborn care were evident in everything she did, and we trusted her completely to care for our daughter while we caught up on some much-needed sleep. Knowing our baby was in such capable and loving hands gave us tremendous peace of mind. Beyond the practical support, Carrie-Lee was also an amazing teacher. We learned so much simply by watching her interact with our daughter and through the thoughtful guidance and advice she shared with us. She has a wonderful ability to share her expertise in a way that feels encouraging, approachable, and never overwhelming. Carrie-Lee is not only exceptionally skilled but also incredibly down-to-earth and genuinely kind. We are so grateful she was part of our postpartum journey and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her to anyone welcoming a new baby, including our own family and closest friends. She is truly an invaluable resource, and we feel incredibly fortunate to have had her support during such a special time.

Hello! I’m Jordan, and I'm deeply passionate about nurturing families and caring for little ones. After spending more than a decade as a nanny, I discovered just how much I love showing up for families in whatever way they need, day by day. Being closely connected to many families and dear friends during their pregnancies, births, and postpartum journeys opened my eyes to just how transformative and intense the perinatal season can be. That experience sparked a desire in me to learn everything I could about supporting people during this sacred time, and it quickly became clear that becoming a doula was my calling. I went on to train as a fertility, birth, and postpartum doula, and found myself especially drawn to supporting families during the postpartum period. It's a time that often feels overlooked, despite being so crucial. I completed my postpartum doula certification and began my work, focusing on offering real, tangible support when families need it most. As a postpartum doula, I’m here to walk alongside new parents as they find their footing and build confidence in their own instincts. My approach is rooted in being a calm, grounding, and consistent presence during what can be an overwhelming transition. I tailor my support to meet each family's individual needs because no two postpartum journeys look the same. It’s incredibly important to me that the families I support feel safe, heard, and cared for, every step of the way. One of the biggest challenges I noticed early on was sleep, or more accurately, the serious lack of it. Wanting to better guide families through that hurdle, I became certified as an Infant and Family Sleep Specialist. Supporting families with sleep, including overnight care, has since become a core part of my work and something I care deeply about. As a queer person, I’m especially passionate about affirming and supporting families of all kinds. It’s a true honor to be welcomed into such a personal and powerful chapter in someone’s life, and I’m endlessly grateful for the opportunity to do this work. Please note: I have a the majority of my testimonials on google under Bun and Bundle

Having Jordan become part of our village during our first weeks with a newborn was one of the best decisions we've made as new parents. From the very first night, she brought a calm, steady presence into our home. Jordan was incredibly kind, endlessly patient, and completely unfazed by the chaos of newborn life and the messy, emotional reality of postpartum recovery. She was warm and gentle with our baby—someone we fully trusted to care for them while we got some much-needed rest. Jordan's flexibility with scheduling and willingness to adapt as our needs changed was something we didn’t realize we’d value so much until we were in it. Jordan also has that rare ability to show up with quiet confidence and deep compassion, without ever making it about her. She just makes things feel manageable—and in those early weeks, that’s everything. If you're on the fence, don’t be. Jordan is the kind of support every family deserves in the thick of those exhausting, beautiful first months.

Hiring an overnight doula from Peaceful Passages was one of the best decisions I made for my postpartum recovery. Not only did my doula lovingly care for me and my newborn, she went above and beyond—prepping nourishing meals, providing breastfeeding support, organizing the baby’s nursery, and even helping with my twin toddlers so I could rest. Her calm, professional presence made my healing after a c-section so much easier. I was especially impressed by how seamless everything was—she was professionally dressed, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. On top of that, Peaceful Passages accepted my Carrot insurance and handled all the billing with ease, which lifted such a burden off my shoulders. I’m Emilee, affectionately known as Nanny Emmy. I’m a career nanny with over thirty years of experience caring for children of all ages. For nearly the past decade, I’ve focused exclusively on newborn and postpartum care, supporting more than fifty families through one of the most important transitions of their lives. Working with families is not about showing up with a checklist. It is about walking into a home and immediately understanding what is needed. From the baby who is struggling to settle, to the parent running on empty, to the small details no one else has time to think about, I bring experience, confidence, and a listening ear. I provide a combination of newborn care and postpartum support, whether during the day, overnight, or both. My care is practical, intuitive, and grounded in evidence-based practice. Whether I'm caring for your baby through the night, helping establish healthy sleep habits, or managing a few household tasks while you rest, my presence is intentional and my care is always tailored to your family’s needs. What sets me apart is not just experience. It is the ability to assess a situation, respond with purpose, and care for the family as a whole. I understand what recovery actually looks like. I understand what newborns need. And I know how to bring relief and routine into a home that feels stretched thin. My goal is to leave families feeling confident and capable without the guesswork. You already know you need the help. The next step is saying yes. Getting started is simple, and the support that follows brings real peace of mind.

We had the absolute pleasure of working with Tiffany for postpartum doula support, and we truly couldn’t be more grateful for her care and expertise. As first-time parents, we were navigating unfamiliar territory and looking for someone who could guide us through the early days with our newborn son. Tiffany exceeded every expectation. She supported us in so many important ways—from troubleshooting feeding and gas issues to helping establish healthy sleep habits (as much as possible with a newborn!). Her guidance gave us the confidence we needed as new parents, and her calm, reassuring presence was invaluable. Tiffany cared for our son twice a week for several hours at a time, giving both mom and dad a chance to rest and recharge. Beyond caring for our baby, she was also a tremendous support to me as a first-time mom. Her thoughtful check-ins before and after the birth made me feel genuinely cared for, and she consistently encouraged me to prioritize rest and recovery during those crucial early weeks. Tiffany is both professional and deeply compassionate. We wholeheartedly recommend her to any family looking for postpartum support—you’ll be in the best hands.
