Aris is an absolutely incredible doula. I recently gave birth to my first child and can honestly say that having Aris at my birth made what would have otherwise been a pretty traumatic experience, a very calm and empowering one. My birth plan had to pretty much go out the window due to unpredictable events during labor, and Aris was with me every step of the way, helping me feel like I was still in control when everything seemed like it was crumbling. She helped me reframe things in ways that my brain could understand at the time, and for that I am so grateful! She also advocated for me at multiple points to keep whatever aspects of my birth plan could still be safely implemented. She constantly anticipated my needs during the labor process and never once seemed tired despite staying up with us all throughout the night. She was also amazing at physically supporting me during labor with various counter-pressure and distracting sensation techniques. She taught my husband what to do as well, but honestly she was 1000x better at it and was so much stronger than him lol! My husband and I are both physicians who are relatively educated about the birth process, but she is truly a labor and delivery expert and taught us so much. Her experience as a labor and delivery nurse as well as a mother of five children makes her extremely qualified for this role. I cannot think of anyone I would recommend more if you are looking for a doula. If you are considering having a doula support you during your pregnancy/birth/postpartum, choose Aris -- you won't regret it! It was truly the best decision we made for my birth.

Eva is not only a great doula but also a genuinely down to earth and funny person who brings joy and laughter to your pregnancy and birth. She made me feel like the sister I never had was there as well as a knowledgeable and sweet doula. I seriously would not have been able to do this birth thing without her!! I felt comforted and like I had a supportive friend there for my husband and I throughout my entire labor and even after. When my water broke, she was there with me to labor most of the day at home and spent all night in the hospital with us. Labor and delivery is filled with many highs and lows, and there are so many emotions that take place, but I was so thankful for Ashley during it all. She really added so much joy and value to my labor experience, and cheered me on as I made my final pushes for our sweet baby girl to join us!! It was incredible and I was so grateful. Highly, highly recommend her 10000x!!! I also really appreciated her costs. We were really struggling financially at the time and I really wanted a doula but so many were so expensive, and then I found her and was so thankful despite our struggle, we were able to come up with a plan and make it work! Desiree turned what could have been a traumatic pregnancy and birth experience into an experience where I was well informed, prepared and put at ease. I had a high risk pregnancy and was told at only 20 weeks that I would give birth prematurely. Desiree was always available when I called her with news from the doctor and not only did she remain calm at all times, but she gave me great advice which ultimately taught me how to advocate for myself and my child. My children love Mikah ! She’s absolutely great and we were so grateful /excited to have her apart of our support system . We did find her a little late in our pregnancy going into my 3rd trimester but she responded immediately and we didn’t waste time after that . She’s quite the help (: , she provided us with one of her lactation consultant friend Sandra , who gave us tips on how to breastfeed more effectively and they were both very knowledgeable about the proper nutrition needed to keep up my milk supply. Her gentle and calming nature helped ease our anxieties and we felt extremely comfortable leaving our son Joshua in her care while we were able to get a few hours rest. Mikah is just overall amazing and a great person to open up to as well and I would highly recommend her to anyone that needs/wants a doula . She also meal prepared for us - which btw was DELICIOUS!!! And provided the best freshly pressed juice I’ve ever had which also helped me shed some postpartum weight off .

I have nothing but great things to say about Debra! I was her client during 2024, and had my son in November 2024. I never hired a doula with my oldest so the process was as new to me and I wasn't sure what to expect, but Debra met me where I was at and guided me through the process so it was effortless. She was always available either by text or call and always checked in on me and made sure that I had any information and support I may need! I'm not in contact with my mother so Debra, being and mother and grandmother herself brought the motherly vibes which looking back is something I personally preferred Vs having a doula around my age. She actively listened to my preferences surrounding my birth experience and when the time came she was both respectful and thoughtful of my wishes. I had the pleasure of having Kamya as my doula, and she was amazing. From our first meeting I knew I would be well taken care of. She accommodated her time, she was always available whenever I had questions as well as having helpful material throughout my experience. Kamya has helped me with understanding the stages of labor and what was to be expected. She also gave me tips on how to better communicate with doctors during visits. During labor, I was able to stick with my birth plan with the help of Kamya. I wanted a vaginal birth, and a C section was brought up, due to my dilation not changing. I communicated this with Kamya she came to the hospital right away and with the help of different positions she gave me I was able to successfully give a vaginal birth. As a first time mom, I didn’t know what to expect, and Kamya made my experience one of the best. If you are looking for a doula I would highly recommend Kamya, she was great to me.

When I got pregnant with our fourth child my husband and I both knew without a doubt that we wanted Logan to be our doula. She’s everything a pregnant momma could ask for! Logan is a great encourager, advocate, and educator. She takes the time to listen to other people’s needs and desires and works to make those a reality. I have complicated pregnancies and Logan made sure to take the time to do some research regarding my needs, pointed me to many valuable resources, and helped me think through what the best options were for me. She is honest, yet gentle and genuinely cares about those she works with. Logan was willing to go to doctors appointments with me as well to help voice my desires when my OB was unwilling to listen to or work with me. With her by my side I always felt much more at ease and prepared to welcome a precious new life into the world. I would choose Logan for a doula again every single time, hands down!
