I am a full spectrum doula serving Spokane and the surrounding areas. Whether you are seeking support while trying to conceive, or in the midst of pregnancy, birth or postpartum, I am here to support you! My goal is to create a safe space for everyone regardless of orientation, race, size, background or situation. Building a family can be such a beautiful but overwhelming process. It's important to know that you are not alone and that there are resources available to support you. For over a decade I have had the honor of supporting over 160 individuals and families during their life changing journey into parenthood. It brings me so much joy to help provide people with the education, information and support they need. My hope is that my education and experience create a safe place for anyone to learn and grow through these important years.

With expertise in evidence-based practices & inclusive care, I strive to empower families to navigate their journey with confidence & joy. My Mission At Eileithyia Birth Services, I’m committed to transforming the way families experience pregnancy and birth - replacing anxiety with anticipation, fear with knowledge, and isolation with community. I believes that with the right support, every family can achieve their ideal birth experience, whatever that looks like for them.

I am happily married to my best friend, and we are blessed with three wonderful sons. My interest in birth and breastfeeding has always been a passion of mine. The birth of my first son was at the hospital and was a life-changing experience that ignited a fire within me. I knew then that I wanted to support families as they welcomed, nourished, and nurtured new life. I became a certified doula in January of 2021 and began attending births. Being welcomed into someone's birth space is an incredible honor. Witnessing the transformative and miraculous experience of birth is truly awe-inspiring. In 2022, we welcomed our second baby at home, and the night and day difference in my experiences solidified my dream of becoming a midwife. I am excited to learn and grow as a student midwife and to serve families. When I am not attending births, I enjoy spending quality time with my family, reading, and cooking.

Hi there! I’m Aja, and I LOVE birth work. My passion started with my first pregnancy in 2020, and has only grown from there! My main goal and priority is doing everything I can to ensure my clients get the birth and postpartum they want. I believe birth of any sort and manner demands support, both mentally and physically. I am certified as a DONA birth and postpartum doula, and am also lactation certified. I just really love all things pregnancy, birth and baby related. I’d love to help you!
