Hello, I am mainly looking for a birth doula. We are welcoming our second baby in November, however we don’t have any family that lives in our area. I am looking for support during my labor in case my husband can’t fully be there for me while looking after our daughter. We are planning to give birth in a hospital. I haven’t really thought about a birth plan for this baby yet.

Hi! My due date is June 15 and I’m giving birth at AdventHealth Avista in Louisville. I’m looking for a bilingual English/Spanish doula who can support me during labor and also help me prepare beforehand with things like: * breathing techniques * exercises/positions for vaginal delivery * labor preparation * comfort techniques * partner guidance * general birth education I’m still deciding how I feel about pain medication/epidural, so I’m looking for someone supportive and non-judgmental who can guide me through the process and help me feel calm and prepared.

I am looking for a holistic doula that can support me through my pregnancy, labor, and postpartum era. This pregnancy I want someone I can rely on in this new journey. I would love to have a black or indigenous doula.

Doula Services Request Birth Location & Plan I am planning a hospital birth at a civilian facility (non-MTF). My birth plan prioritizes a low-intervention approach with a focus on movement, breathwork, and physical comfort measures, though I am open to medical support if necessary. I am looking for a doula who can provide continuous in-person labor support and advocacy within a hospital setting. Provider Requirements (TRICARE Compliance) To qualify for coverage under the TRICARE CBSD, the provider must meet the following criteria: Certification: Must hold a current certification as a Certified Labor Doula (CLD) from one of the approved bodies (e.g., DONA International, CAPPA, BirthWorks, ICEA, toLabor, or the National Black Doula Association). Experience: Must have attended at least 3 births as the primary doula (including at least 2 vaginal births) and have provided antepartum/postpartum support for at least one birth. Documentation: Must have a National Provider Identifier (NPI) number and be willing to sign a TRICARE Participation Agreement to accept TRICARE’s maximum allowable charge as payment in full. Safety: Must maintain current adult, child, and infant CPR certification. Care Recipients & Additional Duties The care is for myself (adult) and my newborn. Requirements include: Primary Focus: Antepartum visits, continuous labor support, and postpartum follow-up. Feeding Support: Assistance with initial breastfeeding/latching during the immediate postpartum period. Note on Duties: Per TRICARE guidelines, I am seeking "Certified Labor Doula" services. I understand that purely elective services like heavy cleaning, intensive cooking, or dedicated sleep training are not covered under the demonstration benefit. Insurance & Budget Insurance Provider: TRICARE (Region: West/TriWest). Plan Details: I am currently enrolled in TRICARE Prime. I will obtain the necessary referral from my PCM/OB for doula services to ensure $0 out-of-pocket costs for covered visits. Budget: My budget is aligned with the TRICARE allowable rates. For services outside the scope of the CBSD (such as photography or placenta encapsulation), I am prepared to discuss private-pay options if a separate waiver is provided.
Hi! I am expecting a new addition to our family in August and am looking for a postpartum chef or meal service that can service me in the Loveland area (80537). I was hoping you might be able to point me in the right direction. I'm specifically looking for someone who specializes in healing, nutrient-dense meals that support postpartum recovery and milk production. We are a family of three (my 14-month-old son is G-tube fed), so meals will be for two adults. We are looking for something mid-range as far as pricing, not bare-bones but not luxury either. Any referrals or recommendations you might have would be greatly appreciated! Thank you so much for your time!
We plan to give birth at the hospital, but I'd like to labor as long as possible at home. I'm looking to have a low-intervention water birth. immediate skin to skin after birth (mom + Dad), delayed cord clamping (waiting until cord is white & no longer pulsating), no baby bath, first feed, minimal cervical checks, mobile baby monitoring so I can walk around, no pitocin or epidural, IV hep-lock/saline-lock, & no hep b vaccine. Pregnant with my first, 25 years old, would like breastfeeding support. as well
